SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the construction of foundations of buildings and structures, in particular to the construction of girder and post waterproof shallow foundations. Method of monolithic erection of a shallow foundation includes excavation, installation of a formwork in working position, placement of concrete into the formwork, foundation formation, removal of the formwork, filling of open ground. Foundation is erected with an external waterproofing coating, for the arrangement of which multi-layer prefabricated waterproofing products installed in the formwork before the placement of concrete are used. Waterproofing products are installed on the inner walls of the formwork with the help of threaded studs, skipped through the products and formwork, the joints are sealed. After forming, the formwork is removed from the studs and nuts are screwed onto the protruding threaded ends of the studs, the waterproofing products are fixed on the foundation by means of the nuts.

EFFECT: technical result consists in shortening the terms and improving the quality of foundation works for the erection of the waterproof foundation by using the removable formwork with prefabricated waterproofing installed therein.

Preliminary soil excavation is performed at the planned foundation point to form 'trough' with horizontal bottom covered by sand filling. Then posts are embedded by pressing to a definite depth, and horizontal thermal insulation screen is laid on prepared sand filling in horizontal 'trough' bottom plane by putting the screen on embedded posts from above in the holes for posts made in the screen in advance, with further mounting of capping beam onto embedded posts by junction units. Then sleeper wall of basement element is attached to external side of embedded posts, which in turn carries vertical thermal insulation screen linked to horizontal thermal insulation screen, and water-proof key covering embedded horizontal plate of thermal insulation screen from above is placed in 'trough' onto the space formed by two screens, with thermal insulation screen covered by sand cushion and then by flagged path.
