SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an integrated basement ventilation apparatus. It comprises: an air supply fan installed in an air supply inlet of each floor of a basement structure; air exhaust fan installed in an air exhaust outlet in each floor toward an air exhaust shaft of the basement structure; plurality of connecting fans, installed on a ceiling of each floor of the basement structure; and a controller receiving electrical signals from sensors uniformly distributed in the ceiling of each floor of the basement structure for generally controlling of fans; air supply fan and the air exhaust fan include a cylindrical fan supported in a polygonal column-shaped frame, at least one of the air supply fan and the air exhaust fan is additionally provided with a fire-fighting damper which is opened or closed depending on whether the fan operates or not and which can be forcedly closed through a temperature-dependently operated fuse, at least one of the air supply fan and the air exhaust fan is additionally provided with spray nozzles which suck in water by means of negative pressure generated due to the air blowing to finely spray the water. In particular, the present invention can remarkably improve condition and maintenance of whole facilities by significantly enhancing air quality of the basement structure as well as being capable of extinguishing fire at an early stage.
EFFECT: thus, the present invention can control an increase in temperature within a basement structure at a low cost and improve fire safety by preventing fire from spreading to other floors.

FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: blower comprises an electric motor attached to the upper wall of a heat tunnel case with the motor flange being coupled with the upper wall 1 by bolts, and an impeller 3 coupled with the electric motor 2. The longitudinal axis of the electric motor and its shaft 4 is set vertically in respect to the longitudinal axis of the heat tunnel, one end of an extender 5 is connected immovably to the shaft, with the possibility of vertical alignment, the other extender end is fitted by an impeller 10. A hot air pressure blower 13 made as a box and fitted with holes in its lower wall is installed on the lower case wall, the impeller 10 is set in the cavity of the pressure blower 13 which is communicated with the blower air ducts 18 attached to the side case walls. Each air duct 18 is provided with holes directed to the side of the horizontal surface of a conveyor, the extender is set in the holes of the upper and lower case walls. The impeller comprises a round metal disk with blades, the end of every blade is inclined to the radial plane and has a root zone, a middle zone and an end zone along its height. The blade in its cross section is twisted around its symmetry axis in opposite directions so that its cross section is of a zigzag form. The blade twist angles in the section set closer to the blade root zone at the distance of 1/3 of the blade height fall within the range from 45° to 90°, and the blade twist angles in the section set at the distance of 2/3 of the blade height fall within the range from 15° to 45°. Each twist angle is placed between a tangent passing through the midpoint of the blade and a tangent passing through the extreme point of the blade.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for improved packing quality and the heat tunnel efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: supply device comprises an insulated vessel, inside which there is a windproof valve, a noise-suppression insert, a filter, a controlled ventilation grid, an external protective grid. The windproof valve in its turn comprises a vessel with a stop plank and several windproof tabs of various mass with stiffening ribs. Windproof tabs are hingedly fixed in vessel walls with the possibility of displacement relative to the axis of fixation, and are arranged with present curvature of surface. Automatic control of air flow is carried out by serial closure of windproof tabs, modification of their shape (curvature) at high pressure drops, and accordingly opening of tabs with reduction of pressure drops. The noise-suppression insert is made from a finely porous material and comprises a row of inclined slots made at the angle to the frontal surface.

SUBSTANCE: method is developed for the removal of excessive heat from a room. Outdoor incoming air is supplied to a pocket through an inlet air duct by means of a fresh air fan, an intake check valve. The pocket serves as a mixing chamber and is formed by a suspended ceiling, part of side walls and basic room ceiling. Then the air is mixed with the excessively heated air present in the pocket and supplied from the used room, the air is put down due to the temperature difference, and withdrawn outdoors through the holes in the suspended ceiling to the used room from where the excessively heated air is coming up to the suspended ceiling and through an exhaust air duct by means of an exhaust fan and an exhaust check valve.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method.
FIELD: cleaning engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises coating made of a set plates that abut one against the other. The plates are rectangular or square in the plane. Each plate has the central through passage arranged along one of the longitudinal axes of the plate parallel to its outer surface and side passages. The slot that connects the side passage with the outer side of the plate is made along the length of each of the side passages. The central through passages of all plates are oriented in a single direction, and coaxial central through passages of any two adjacent plates are interconnected to form a common passage that is connected with the pipeline connected with the device for pumping out fluid.

SUBSTANCE: the air conditioner using a suspended ceiling and providing air distribution along the walls, making it possible to admit the treated air to the space volume between the ceiling, suspended ceiling and walls has struts between the wall and the fastening shaped section of the suspended ceiling, having a small width on the section parallel with the wall and divided by equal intervals, the struts fastened on the wall or on the fastening shaped section of the suspended ceiling form a space between the wall and the suspended ceiling in such a way that air is distributed in the whole perimeter of the room. The air conditioner is provided with one or several strips fastened by spring clamps between the section and the wall for overlapping the space in the zones, in which air distribution is to be blocked.

In addition, floor panel of supply and exhaust plant features access hole in intermediate horizontal partition, top half of upper heat exchangers is protruding beyond recuperator case flanges and integrated through the access hole in the floor panel of supply and exhaust plant into supply chamber with tight connection of recuperator case flanges to the floor panel and of loose ends of upper heat exchangers to side walls of supply air chamber, recuperator is integrated by top ridges of upper heat exchangers into the main hole of intermediate horizontal partition, supply and exhaust plant features transverse partition in the main hole of intermediate horizontal partition, mounted on vertical partition of recuperator and connected to top panel of supply and exhaust plant thus forming air ducts connecting upper heat exchangers of recuperator with chambers of supply and exhaust plant, supply air cooler is made in the form of adiabatic damper of exhaust air with feeding water pipeline that are positioned in the exhaust chamber between controlled air valve and recuperator, bypass valve is installed in additional inlet pipe of supply chamber at the inlet before air filter, discharge pipe of exhaust chamber is positioned above inlet pipe of supply chamber, and side walls and bottom of recuperator feature maintenance hatches.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes a housing, a plate-like recuperative heat recovery unit, suction and exhaust fans, a filter element, a heating element of outlet plenum air, a heating element for exhaust air, a bypass valve, inlet and outlet holes for plenum air, inlet and outlet holes for exhaust air, and a condensate drain tray. The bypass valve is located between an outlet zone of exhaust air from the plant and an inlet zone of exhaust air to the plant. A control unit is made in the form of a microprocessor and connected to the suction fan with possibility of its being disconnected by switching in a defrosting mode of a plate-like recuperative heat recovery unit for circulation of exhaust air through the plate-like recuperative heat recovery unit via a closed circuit. Possibility of exhaust air flow via the closed circuit through the plate-like recuperative heat recovery unit allows using the heating element of outlet plenum air of lower capacity.
EFFECT: increasing energy saving of the plant due to reduction of energy consumption at operation of the plant in the defrosting mode of the recuperative heat recovery unit; simple design at absence of imbalance of plenum and exhaust air in a room at operation of the plant in the defrosting mode of the recuperative heat recovery unit.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation and temperature control in the chambers for electronic equipment, particularly to devices and methods for controlling the air flow in these chambers. The chamber (110) for equipment with temperature control comprises: an air inlet opening (113) with an air blower (228) for supplying air into the chamber from the external environment through the air inlet opening, creating the pressurised air in the chamber when it is turned on; an air outlet opening (150); an air duct (125) extending in the interior volume (115) of the chamber between the cabinet (121) with the equipment and the outlet opening; and exhaust fan (127) to force air through the cabinet and the air duct toward the outlet opening. At that the air duct comprises the means (240) of air bypass, connecting the internal volume of the chamber with an internal volume of the air duct, so that when the air blower is turned off the air moved using the exhaust fan recirculates within the internal volume of the chamber, and when the supply fan is turned on the air is discharged from the chamber through the air outlet opening.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of cooling by directing heat generated by the electrical equipment in the room to the external environment, which reduces the power consumption and frequency of maintenance and costs for it.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices providing initiation of natural extraction of polluted air due to wind pressure, cleaning it from dust and micro-organisms, and can be used in the fields of agroindustrial complex, characterised by a high bacterial contamination and dust content in the air of the work area, such as animal production and poultry industry. The proposed deflector eliminates the emission of dust and microorganisms in the atmosphere, improves the ecological situation while maintaining the effectiveness of operation of the ventilation system due to the fact that, in this deflector comprising a diffuser, a sidewall and an umbrella-cover with a thermal insulation layer and a protective screen, according to the invention, the diffuser is equipped with a replaceable filter which is mounted on supports formed in the upper inner cylindrical part of the diffuser, and from above it is pressed by a metal ring of rectangular cross section, which is fixed through the filter on the supports by detachable fixing connection.
EFFECT: elimination of dust and microorganisms in the atmosphere, improving the ecological situation, while maintaining the effectiveness of operation of the ventilation system.

SUBSTANCE: system of ventilation and heating of bathrooms in multistory buildings comprises heating devices of bathrooms, joined with supply and return pipelines of hot water circulation and air ducts of natural ventilation with connected ventilation holes. The novelty is the fact that the system additionally comprises a heat pump, the ventilation pump of which is made with input holes in the lower part joined via the collector with air ducts of natural ventilation, a unit of automatic control installed on a hydraulic module, a heat exchanger-capacitor of which via a circulation pump is connected with the supply and return pipeline of hot water circulation with heating devices of bathrooms, and also a heat-regulating valve installed on the return pipeline with coolant, for instance, freon in the liquid-state phase.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in withdrawal of dirt-laden air into collecting air duct by means of local suction units; air is further withdrawn from duct to suction branch of blow fan of boiler. Also before supply into the boiler air is purified by means of bleed water of the steam boiler. Water is supplied as absorbing liquid into sprayers for water sprinkling. The sprayers are installed in the collecting air duct.

SUBSTANCE: waste heat recovery unit includes a heat transfer surface in the form of heat transfer plates, alternating slot-type ducts for hot and cold heat carriers, horizontal bottom and cover plate with gaskets from elastic material, inlet and outlet branch pipes with fairings located in them and closing the corresponding ducts, a frame consisting of horizontal and vertical braces and hold-down planks, spacing pieces in the ducts, holes made at the bottom, the cavities of which are connected to a drainage header. Inlet and outlet branch pipes for hot and cold heat carriers are located in pairs on sides of vertical edges of the heat-conducting plates; vertical edges have angular cuts, and the heat-conducting plates have sections bent in semi-circles, which are alternated with straight sections and together forming coil bands, or sections of the heat-conducting plates bent as to semi-circles and quarter parts of the circles are connected in series so that spirals are formed.
EFFECT: increasing heat transfer intensity, reducing overall dimensions and material consumption; providing continuous work of waste heat recovery unit during winter period and improving its thermal effectiveness.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for replacement of at least some part of air at least in some part of a building containing an inside room and a floor. The method involves supply of the first air volume from the first station to the inside room of the building or to space interconnected through the first air duct, and/or removal of the second air volume from the room of the building or from the space to the second station through the second air duct. Cross-section of the first air duct is reduced in the direction from the first end of the first air duct to the second end of the first air duct, and/or cross-section of the second air duct is reduced in the direction from the first end of the second air duct to the second end of the second air duct. A system of cubicles includes at least two sections of cubicles. A system of ventilation passages includes the first air duct, the second air duct, the first suction, pumping or blowing device and the second suction, pumping or blowing device. The first end of the first air duct faces to the second end of the second air duct or to the first end of the second air duct. The first and the second air ducts are located at some distance from each other or have a common wall. The system can be used for optimisation of total animal transportation distance so that the shortest possible distance of transportation is provided.
