SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical technique, namely to a compression mask for post-operative cooling of the soft tissues of a patient's face. Mask body with slots for the eyes, mouth and nose of the patient is made of 0.5–2.0 mm thick from a biocompatible and non-toxic polymeric material. Configuration of the mask body is modeled on the results of a pre-made computed tomography, a 3D photographic image of the patient's soft tissue, and also on the basis of the model created and produced using printing on a 3D printer with the boundaries of the postoperative area of the patient's face soft tissues. Mask is equipped with the means of fastening and fixing it on the head of the operated patient in the form of an elastic fastening strap, which is regulated by the degree of compression pressure on the surface of the soft tissues of the patient's face. Inner body surface of the compression mask is equipped with a cooling system of the surface of the operated patient's face soft tissues. Cooling system is made in the form of a continuous and curved mask placed vertically on the inner surface of the body without intersecting the serpentine branches with rounded passages of the cooling tube with the supply inlet and outlet of the cooling liquid or gaseous. Cooling tubes are made of biocompatible and non-toxic polymeric tubular material with an outer diameter of 2–3 mm with the distances between two adjacent branches of the cooling tube from 5 to 8 mm.
EFFECT: technical result is reliable provision of the given immobilization, cooling and maintenance of the operated tissues.

SUBSTANCE: method includes carrying out general hydrodynamic massage (GHDM), hydrodynamic massage of the hair surface of the head, gut lavage, psychotherapy. GHDM and hydrodynamic massage of the hair surface of the head are carried out by means of a nozzle, which provides the supply of water by a water funnel principle. GHDM procedures are carried out 3 days running with the following one-day break. During massage the entire body surface, including the face, is treated by massage movements. Procedures of hydrodynamic massage of the head hair surface, including the zones with impaired hair growth, are carried out before GHDM and the gut lavage procedure. During massage, first, the entire area of the head hair surface is massaged, then point influence on alopecia zones is performed, holding the nozzle in these zones for 5-10 seconds. Duration of the influence on one zone of alopecia during one procedure constitutes not less than 20 seconds. Massage is carried out before GHDM and the gut lavage procedure. The procedure of gut lavage is carried out on the days, when GHDM is not performed. Psychotherapy is carried out in the form of music therapy, realised at the background of GHDM, hydrodynamic massage of the head hair surface and gut lavage. Carrying out GHDM is accompanied by music therapy of a relaxing nature, and carrying out hydrodynamic massage of the head hair surface and carrying out gut lavage is accompanied by music of a tonic nature. The course of the complex influence is carried out for not less than 18 days, starting from hydrodynamic massage procedures.
EFFECT: recovery of hair-covering due to the improvement of microcirculation of the hair part of the head, increased trophism of hair follicles, acceleration of reparative processes, and an increase of the immune system activity.

Device for estimating thermalgetic and vibration sensitivity contains first unit for application of stimulating impact to localised points on patient's body, representing vibration and temperature changes, and second data-collecting unit. First unit contains outer case, means for vibration impact and means for creation of cold/warmth for direct impact on patient, as well as mans for switching on/switching off and control for bringing first unit into action and changing vibration intensity and temperature. Means for vibration impact and means for creation of cold/warmth are located inside outer case and move with respect to case for extending from it in the process of stimulating impact application. Second unit contains means for data input, means for data display, means for indication of different modes of first unit operation, as well as means for quantitative estimation of data, obtained from means for data input. Exchange by data between first and second units is realised by means of two-way wireless transmission. Means for vibration impact contain tuning fork with two antennae, converging in the central point. Vibration applicator, on butt end of which Teflon or polynil tip is put on, extends from said point. Applicator represents lever, deviating from the main axis of first unit by 30° angle, and is connected with outer case by means of rubber gasket. One of Peltier cell sides is placed on localised part of skin of right foot sole, then procedure is repeated on left sole, and then on upper extremities. Cold/hot stimulating pulses are supplied to each extremity in alternating way for definite time period. After each cold/hot/pain stimulating impact patient presses first button, if they felt stimulating impact, or second button, if they do not feel anything. Percentage of changes of temperature and pain, caused by cold/hot, which patients felt, is quantitatively determined by means of second unit to calculate sensitivity degree.
EFFECT: application of inventions will make it possible to realise self-diagnostics of impairment of sensitivity in distal parts of patient's body.

Bundle for massage contains fabric sac with composition of medicinal herbs with handle, made from hard material in form of conic rod with thickened tip, made in form of convex external and concave internal spherical surfaces, which enters sac. Sac is tied in lower part of conic rod. Method, performed by means of said bundles, includes their heating and performing impact on patient's body. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rehabilitation medicine, rehabilitation of the patients with bronchial asthma. With underlying basic therapy, a daily therapeutic course of 10-12 daily procedures is conducted. In the morning hours - sylvinite speleotherapy microclimate for 60-90 min. During afternoon - chest massage with a cryopackage of 300-500 ml at temperature -21°C to -23°C with each procedure including short applications of two cycles of 3-5 min every 2 min. The first procedure is performed with a patient initially lying on back within an upper part of chest to a level of breast, and in males - to a level of nipples: stroking, then applications. At the end of the second cycle, they are added with longitudinal stroking of sternum for 3-5 sec. Then the patient is initially proned for cryomassage of the paravertebral regions at the level T2-T6 longitudinally, lower back and lumbus starting from angles of scapula transversally: stroking and applications. After the procedure, the patient is covered with a blanket and having rest for 20-30 min. For this purpose, perivascular fibres of radial artery and trigeminal nerve branch exit points are exposed to low-temperature reflex radiation. It is combined with two exposures of the perivascular fibres of radial artery from a miniapproach in a lower one-third of forearm to a cryocautery device of a tip diameter of 2 mm for 10 seconds at temperature minus 165°C. Then, the trigeminal nerve branch exit points are locally exposed to the cryocautery device of the tip diameter of 2 mm for 30 seconds at temperature minus 160°C. Further, from the second day following the local low-temperature exposure, an integrated drug-induced therapy is prescribed. For this purpose, detralex 1 capsule is introduced twice a day, and nicoshpan is introduced 1 tablet 3 times a day for two weeks. Suture release is followed by the two-week introduction of grandaxin 0.05 in the morning, spasgan 1 tablet in the afternoon, atarax 1/2 tablets for the night.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for the thermal exposure on an individual's hand comprises a temperature stimulus. Thermoelectric modules of the thermoelectric stimulus are integrated into a flexible elastic base with mounting holes and connected to a programmable power supply by electric leads. The mounting holes are arranged as a line along the base length. On the periphery, the base has a sticky tape and is configured as two cloths of synthetic elastic material sewed together with a kaprone thread along the perimeter of the mounted thermoelectric modules at 2-3 mm from the border. A portion of the cloth extends on the surface of the thermoelectric modules with covering 2-3 mm of the latter along the perimeter. Inner junctions of the thermoelectric modules face the individual's hand and brought into a thermal contact with a flexible thermally aligning plate through heat transfer paste. Outer junctions of the thermoelectric modules contact the flexible metal plates through the heat transfer paste. The metal plates are used as a heat pick up and sewed to the base angularly with the kaprone thread. Thermoelectric modules of the temperature irritant are built into a flexible elastic base with holes for their installation and are connected to a programmable power source by means of electric cables. The holes are located in one row along the base length. The base is provided with the Velcro fastener on edges and is made in the form of two cloths from a synthetic elastic fabric, sewn to each other with capron thread on the perimeter of the installed in them thermoelectric modules at a 2-3 mm distance from their edges. A part of the fabric overlaps surfaces of the thermoelectric modules, covering 2-3 mm of the latter on the perimeter. Internal thermocouple junctions of the thermoelectric modules face the person's arm and are brought into thermal contact with a flexible heat-equalising plate through heat-conductive paste.
