Vibrator contains an electric motor and a cam attached to the motor shaft. Vibrator is fixed in the cap and is configured to transmit vibrations to a device part located on the skin portion, subject to treatment, with the provision, of the intensive massage action on the skin during device operation, promoting expansion of the pores. Cap lower end is made to be mounted on the base, and the cap opposite upper end forms the second outer electrode. Motor axis and shaft extend generally parallel or transversely to the virtual line between said lower end and the second outer electrode. In the cap the bottom part is inserted, which on its one side, which is the upper side and facing the cap, contains a vibrator holding device.

EFFECT: enabling intensive massage effect on the treated skin, which contributes to the expansion of the pores.

SUBSTANCE: course of the complex exposure of audio-, video- and reflex therapy with an unconscious suggestion is carried out. That is preceded by administering epitalamine 10 mg dissolved in a physiological solution 5 ml by electrophoresis. Administration is binasal from a positive pole into a patient's nasal passages in a number of 10-15 procedures. The second electrode is placed on the occipital lobe or the cervicothoracic spine. The complex exposure involves watching video information, listening to audio musical information with an introduced suggestive relaxing fable repeated every 1 minute, and exposing through electrodes provided on the skin projections in biologically active points within the lesions to electrical current a spectral structure of which is formed by the same musical signal by an electric musical massager. That is preceded with a single bath electrophoresis with 1% riboflavin mononucleotide. That is ensured by an initial current of 0.2 mA to be increased gradually to 1 mA, at a pitch of 0.2 mA for 2 minutes. That is followed by an ultraviolet corneal exposure. The exposure is conducted at wave length 370 nm, power 3 mWt/cm2 and combined with instillation of a riboflavin solution. The solution contains 0.1% riboflavin mononucleotide and 20% dextran.

EFFECT: method provides more effective riboflavin delivery to the corneal stroma for one procedure providing the intraocular protection against ultraviolet light.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmology, physiotherapy. The method involves endonasal cortexin electrophoresis with underlying glaucoma therapy. Cortexin is administered from an anode. For this purpose, a bifurcated positive electrode is applied on cotton swabs wetted in a drug solution. The electrodes are introduced into the middle nasal passages. An indifferent electrode is fixed with elastic bandages on the skin of the posterior surface of the neck. The first two procedures require galvanisation at current intensity 0.5 mA for 7 minutes. That is followed by medical cortexin electrophoresis from 3rd to 12th sessions. The current intensity from the 3rd to 5th sessions is 1 mA for 10 minutes. The current intensity from the 6th to 12th sessions is 1 mA for 15 minutes. The procedures are performed every second day.

EFFECT: method improves the clinical functional, perimetric and electrophysiological characteristics of the visual analyser, slows down the disease development and improves the patient's quality of life.

The system contains an ear tampon having distal and proximal portions with a tube passing in between and having a smaller rigidity as compared to the proximal and distal portions of the ear tampon. One flexible sealing element extending from an external surface of the tube and closer to a distal end than to a proximal one. An electrode consisting of an extended shaft, a tip having a greater diameter as compared to the trunk. The electrode is placed inside of the tube of the ear tampon from the retracted position wherein a fluid can flow in the tube round the electrode into the extended position, wherein the electrode tip is in contact with the internal surface of the tube thereby preventing the fluid flow in the tube. The system can also comprise two flexible sealing members integrated with the extended tube. There are also presented methods for anaesthetising the ear drum by using the given system. There are presented kit for anaesthetising comprising the drug delivery system and controller coupled with the electrode.

EFFECT: inventions provide the drug delivery, including anaesthetics into the patients being in the vertical position, due to a possibility to retain the solution hermetically in the external ear canal with no additional conditions provided.

SUBSTANCE: method includes carrying out electrostimulation and exercises, aimed at the recovery of the laryngeal nervous-muscular apparatus work. The electrostimulation is realised by a current with a bipolar asymmetric pulse shape, with the frequency of 20-120 Hz, pulse duration of 0.2 ms, with 2 sec interval between the pulses. The time of exposure is 5-10 minutes. Seven pairs of electrodes, placed symmetrically, are used. The first and second pairs of electrodes are placed in the area of anterior and posterior bellies of the digastrics muscle on the left and on the right. The third and fourth pairs of electrodes are placed horizontally on the left and on the right in the area of upper and lower thirds of the lateral neck surface, crossing the sternocleidomastoid muscle. The fifth pair of electrodes is placed at the level of 3 and 6 cervical vertebrae in the area of the posterior neck surface on the left. The sixth pair of electrodes is placed at the level of 3 and 6 cervical vertebrae in the area of the posterior neck surface on the right. The seventh pair of electrodes is placed in the area of the middle third of the trapezius muscle on the left and on the right of the spine. After that the patient independently does a number of exercises. First he/she protrudes the tongue towards the teeth, then the tongue root is pulled back. Then he/she makes an inhalation and with the mouth closed, holds the nose wings for 1 s during one exhalation. After that, without opening the mouth, he/she makes an inhalation and holds the nose wings a single time for 5-7 seconds with their further opening during one exhalation. Then, he/she makes an inhalation, holds the nose wings and realises an exhalation through the mouth, shutting the lips one time for 1 second. The described exercise is repeated, increasing the duration of the lips shutting to 5-7 seconds. Each exercise is repeated by the patient 3-4 times running. While fulfilling the exercises the patient bends his/her head to the chest, pressing the chin to it. After performing the exercises, the shoulder girdle area is subjected to a vibrostimulation impact. The impact is realised with the frequency of 20-60 Hz, amplitude of 1.5 mm, at the rate of vibration frequency growth by 20% per 10 seconds. The time of the impact is 10-15 minutes. The course includes 8-12 daily procedures.

EFFECT: method increases the working range of the voice, recovers the phonation time due to the recovery of a contraction of the laryngeal muscles, normalises functions of the respiratory apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to therapeutic laser apparatuses for hair loss. One of the versions of the apparatus comprises a cap (10) for covering the user's scalp and a laser unit (40) integrated in the cap and generating laser light under power supply controlled by a control unit (c). A flexible insert (30) to one side of which a circuit board (20) with a circuit formed by electric devices is attached, is coupled with an internal side of the cap (10). Vibration motors vibrating under electric supply are connected to the circuit board (20). The laser unit (40) comprises a laser diode electrically connected with the circuit board (20), a lens covering the approaching laser diode, a body and a lens cover. One end of the lens projects from a mount hole formed through the flexible insert (30) contacting the user's scalp. The lens is designed to collect or scatter laser light. The body is provided with a space to comprise the lens, and an open side wherefrom an upper portion of the lens projects. The lens cover closes the open side of the body and has a through hole wherefrom the upper portion of the lens projects one end of which is attached to a body by means of a threaded connection. According to the second version of the apparatus, the laser unit (40) comprises a laser generator on one side of the cap (10) and designed to generate laser light by a control signal of the control unit (c), and the lens coupled with the laser generator by means of an optical cable. One end of the optical cable extends to the lens, and one end of the lens projects from the mount hole formed through the flexible insert being contacting the user's scalp. According to the third version of the apparatus, a case comprising one or more laser diodes is provided on one end of the cap (10). On one end of the laser diode there is a condenser lens collecting laser light. For the purpose of transmission of laser light supplied from the condenser lens from one side thereof, a connective tube is provided which comprises an optical fibre bunch with one end of which connected with one side of the case. The flexible insert (30) connected with the other end of the connective tube so that the optical fibres are integrated in the flexible insert is attached to an internal side of the cap. Brush hairs with their ends coupled with the fibres from laser light generation project from one side of the flexible insert (30).

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables intensified activation of hair root cells in the scalp ensured by a simultaneous effect of optical laser pulse light, physical stimulation and thermal stimulation, reducing therapeutic laser light loss thereby providing more deep light penetration.

In one of versions of implementation device contains case, waterproof commutation unit and upper part, attached to case. Case is made from two rigid elements, connected along gasket-provided seam and contains elongated handle part. On upper part located is surface, applicable for skin processing, adapted and made in such a way that it transfers relative movement to skin. Waterproof commutation unit contains first movable element, located on flat holder, and second movable element, located inside case. Flat holder is made in one of two rigid case elements and has opening, rotatable shaft, passing through opening, and gasket, which fits opening, for prevention of water movement along shaft and into internal part of case. Rectilinear movement of first movable element turns into rotating motion of rotated shaft by means of first gear and rotating motion of rotated shaft turns into rectilinear movement of second movable element by means of second gear. In other version of implementation device contains contacting with skin surface which includes water-absorbing material; and case unit, which has commutation unit. Commutation unit contains rotated shaft, which has fixed on it first gear and second gear; first movable element, which contains first rack, linked with first gear, located on flat holder, provided with through hole, and second movable element, which contains second rack, linked with second gear, located inside case unit. Rotated shaft passes through hole, surrounded by gasket. Rectilinear movement of first movable element turns into rotating motion of rotated shaft by means of first gear, and rotating motion of rotated shaft turns into rectilinear movement of second movable element by means of second gear.

EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions will make it possible to ensure waterproofness in devices for skin processing.

The apparatus comprises an active bell-shaped tip accommodating an electrode supplied by a capacitor system, a reference tip, a vacuum generator, a logic unit connected to the active tip by a pneumatic channel and controlling the vacuum generator and the capacitor system. The electrode has a dielectric-coated internal conducting component contacting with skin tissue. A method of treating consists in using the apparatus. Periodic bell-shaped tip displacement is performed until observing redness of said region, while a patient exposed to treatment holds the reference tip. The manipulations are repeated for a time required for skin defect treatment.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows improving skin elasticity and microcirculation.

Surfaces of overlays adjoining human body contain flexible dielectric padding with conductors and fixed on it electromagnetic micromassagers, which perform massaging pricking influence on person's skin. On lateral part of each overlay located is flexible cable with wires, closing in one electric circuit by means of connectors. Proposed ultrasound vibration device comprises ultrasound vibrator to generate ultrasound vibrations, base with front and rear surfaces.
