SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to neurology, and can be used in rehabilitation measures in patients with motor disorders. Versions of the method of rehabilitation by means of conducting physical therapy sessions with feedback are disclosed. In the first version, feedback in the process of exercise therapy is carried out by means of partial immersion of the subject in a virtual environment by means of a non-contact infrared sensor, while on the screen of a monitor a third person immersion is created in front of the subject, specifically the visibility of the repetition of movements by the character, performed by the subject in reality. In the second version, feedback is carried out by completely immersing the subject in a virtual environment through virtual reality glasses or a virtual reality helmet or a room with panoramic screens, while in front of the subject the effect of immersion from the first person is created. Session is divided into 3 parts first – exercises aimed at restoring the motor function of the hand, second – movements, aimed at restoring the motor function of the leg and static balance, third – exercises aimed at restoring coordination of the upper and lower extremities in space. During the physical therapy exercises, the level of the patient's initial motor activity is assessed by drawing the arm to the side with the maximum possible amplitude, raising the arm in front of the patient with the maximum possible amplitude, leading and bringing the raised hand to the sides to determine the right and left boundaries, the maximum possible flexion and extension of the arm in the elbow joint, flexion of the hip and knee in front of the patient with the maximum possible amplitude, moving the leg to the side with the maximum possible amplitude, tilting the body to the right and left, forward and backward, taking it as 100 %. Upon its achievement during the exercise, the required level of activity is raised by 10 % or more relative to the initial level, thereby realising virtual sensory stimulation. Duration of one session of therapeutic exercise is no more than 45 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides effective restoration of motor activity due to enhanced virtual feedback through immersion in virtual reality, from both the third and first person, and the use of a virtual environment for targeted motor training.

A device (100) comprises a first unit (101) for acquiring previously generated data (310) comprising at least one of information relating to said set of exercises and characteristics of said user, a second unit (102) for adjusting a parameter of said first subsystem (11) according to said data (310) and a third unit (103) for adjusting a parameter of said second subsystem (12) according to said data (310). With the help of the control device (100), parameters of the system (10) can be adjusted automatically without involving the user.

SUBSTANCE: sports robot-simulator comprises a control system consisting of a computer (1) equipped with software, and indirectly connected to the parts of the structure of the robot (13). The control system consists of the master controller (2), solenoids (12) of the pneumatic distributors (3) connected to the pneumatic motors (7, 8, 9, 10, 11) of the motion sensors and positioning. In addition, the air supply system comprises an air compressor (4), an air filter (5), a pressure regulator (6), a pressure sensor, the pneumatic distributors (3) and an actuator connected to the parts of the structure of the robot (13), comprising manipulators. At that the structures of the shoulder and hip joints are made with the ability of axial rotation.
EFFECT: simulator adaptation to different training schemes, enabling to develop reaction, to work out muscle memory of the athlete, to practice basic movements and strikes in the dynamics close to actual situation, and to simulate a real sparring, to change efforts, direction of strikes and speed of the movement of the simulator design, bringing them closer to the rhythm of the athlete.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, including sports, and may be used for rehabilitation treatment of patients suffering from neurological motor function disorders. In a method for therapeutic exercises, a patient is lifted above a lodgement at a height by suspenders fixed on the related parts of the body, and the 'apparatus-patient' system is balanced. The patient's spatial mobility is provided by combined actuators with pneumatic and electric drives controlled from a personal computer with related program procedure for performing program motions. The patient is additionally motivated by presenting a virtual medium enabling the patient controlling a virtual character. The session effectiveness is described by the energy consumption dynamics of the actuator drives; and at lowering of energy consumption testifying to the patient's physical activity the program motion parameters are corrected. An apparatus for implementing the method for therapeutic exercises comprises a frame in the form of two parallel guides with movable cross bars. The guides comprise paired actuators movable in relation to the cross bars with power combined pneumatic and electric drives, each with function elements; there are also provided actuator control units, the personal computer with a standard control program - a therapeutic approach, actuator sensors and pneumatic and electric energy sources.
EFFECT: invention provides enhancement, higher motivation, more effective recovery of the motor function disorders with initially low or completely absent physical activity, higher adaptation of the apparatus to the patient's body, reliability, cost effectiveness and safety of performance.

The device comprises a personal computer a system unit of which is connected to an optical mouse, a pulse detector with a photo sensor and a motion sensor; it also comprises a load assembly in the form of a stationary bike pedals, two discrete height adjustable telescopic footrest, and a handle bar with a position regulator; the handle bar comprises an attached first button connected via a branch piece to a left button of the optical mouse. The system rotates one of the main slugs, and its pedals are equipped with locks. A cone-shaped spring of a clamp assembly encloses a rod; it is set between a first movable plate and a summing plate. Two handles are attached to the seat of the stationary bike for the left and right hands, and a second button is located on one of them; a third button is provided on a grip in the middle horizontal portion of the handle bar. The buttons are connected in parallel to the first button, to the left button of the optical mouse.

The stationary ergometric training device which comprises a hand or pedal drive with two drive elements which are operated alternately. The measuring device for measuring the driving force applied to the drive or the torsional force associated with it comprises the measuring device (30) for measuring the angular position of the drive, having a pair of sensor devices (31, 32) which are located at positions opposite each other with respect to the wheel (19) which is connected to the drive so that it moves synchronously with it. And each position corresponds in motion to the position of load alternation between the two drive elements (16). The computer device can receive signals from the force measuring device and to calculate on that basis the development of the drive force in time or torsional force, as well as variables that can be derived from it, and provide alternatively the data on the right or left limb for a training person depending on the load alternation registered by the measuring device (30).

The cuff comprises a strap for wrapping around one of the user's limbs, airtight inflatable tubular bladder mounted on the strap, and a fastening means for mounting the strap on one of the limbs. The cuff is adapted to the application of pressure to the site of the limb when filling the inflatable tubular bladder with gas. The applied pressure restricts blood flow to the limbs in distal direction from the said site. The means of measuring physical quantity that varies depending on the pulse wave near the top of the limb, which is wrapped around with the fastening means, generates data on pulse waves corresponding to the intensity of the pulse waves, which is the amplitude of the pulse waves. The device comprises a pressure control means (200) with the possibility of injecting gas into the inflatable tubular bladder and removal the gas from it through the tube, the control means (400) to change the pressure applied by the pressure control means. The control means receives data on the pulse waves from the means of measuring and in the case of reducing the intensity of the pulse waves lower than the control level it commands the pressure control means to remove the gas from the inflatable tubular bladder to achieve the pressure that enables to guarantee the user's security.

The device accommodates a personal computer to LPT-port of a system unit of which there are connected an optical mouse, a pulse detector with a photodetector, through a driver amplifier, and a motion sensor of an inertial wheel of an exercise bicycle also supplied with foot supports fixed on its front bearing, and a handlebars with a position regulator comprising a retainer bushing and attachment screws. On the handlebars, there is a button attached that is connected with a left mouse button mounted on a lower fixed plate of a "power mouse" placed in a cup between the handlebars frame and handle, and comprising a "playing rod" one end of which is connected to the handlebars, and the second end of which comprises a ball optically connected with the optical mouse and enclosed by adjustable friction elements represented by upper and lower rubbing elements. A retention assembly consists of an upper movable plate summing up the plates with radial holes for the "playing rod" formed therein and in the lower rubbing element. The lower fixed plate and the lower rubbing element comprise radial holes for ball scanning with the optical mouse. The motion sensor and detector are connected with a power supply. Additionally, the "power mouse" accommodates four rods to contract the upper first movable plate, the summing up plate, the lower fixed plate and the second movable plate. Springs are put on the rods between the first movable plate and the summing up plate; in the second movable plate, there is a slide bar equispaced from fasteners of pull bars and below the optical mouse, connected to one end of the lever angularly attached to an internal lateral wall of the cup, the second end of which is connected through a cup wall slot and a joint plate to a pull pin with a flat along the full length and extended through a pull guide mounted on an external lateral surface of the cut at its top and comprising a guide pin and a pull nut with a notch on a lateral surface. The cup of the power mouse has a square cross section.

The simulator for training of human body parts comprises a chair with a backrest, a seat and armrests. The plates for the hip rest are located on the front legs of the chair. The limiters of the horizontal displacements of feet are placed on the site. The limiters of the vertical movement of the feet are made in the form of a belt with velcro. The elbow limiters are fastened to the armrests of the chair. The unit of registration and processing of information on movement parameters includes the analogue-to-digital converter connected to a personal computer with a monitor, the pressure sensors and the voltage sensors connected to the converter. The voltage sensors are placed on opposite surfaces and ends of the planks and symmetrically around the perimeter of the handles, on opposite surfaces of the plates for the hip rest, on the limiters of horizontal movement of steps, on the inner and outer surfaces of the chair backrest. On each surface part facing each other of the second vertical racks located closer to the chair backrest, one voltage sensor is fixed. On the surface part of each of the first vertical racks the first voltage sensor is fixed, situated further from the chair backrest facing the second rack located closer to the backrest, respectively, at the site of each of the first vertical racks, the second voltage sensor is mounted facing the site with the fixed first sensor.

At the same time, proposed invention also relates to sports equipment and can be used in the area of sport, physical culture and rehabilitation medicine. Proposed bicycle with ellipsoid drive includes frame with handle bar and saddle, wheels and drive with driving sprocket, two reciprocating rods and pedals. The drive consists of ellipsoidal member the inner ellipsoidal surface of which forms working track with indented profile, and pedal mechanism. The pedal mechanism is installed on ellipsoidal member with possibility to move over indented surface of working track and contains operating gear, hold-down gears with screw load regulator, and tightening rollers. The cycling machine housing is made of circular shape, which inner surface has a working track with the coating increasing adherence. The pedal load mechanism is mounted in the housing of the cycling machine with the ability to move by use of a system of levers, rollers and elastic elements. At that the pedal mechanism is located with the thrust in the housing of the cycling machine, thus providing the tight uniform contact of the rollers with the working track of the cycling machine housing.

SUBSTANCE: speech stimulation in a child is three-staged. At the first stage, pronouncing involuntary consonants is induced and reinforced in a game situation with the use of an association of an object movement and a gesture to allow the child reproducing them voluntarily. The sound reproduced during the game is accompanied with a gesture associated with the object movement until a strong relationship of the specific sound and the object is formed; the gesture and object motion are supposed to mean the same sound. Thereafter, the child is trained to pronounce the consonants missing in his/her speech by blowing out an air flow, which is blocked by obstructions formed by articulation organs; the consonants are reinforced in the game situation with using the object movement and gesture accompanying the sound pronunciation; the gesture and object motion are supposed to mean the same sound. The second stage involves practicing how to complete the word pronunciation with the use of an effect of an unstressed syllable fixation to a stressed one, and/or unstable music fixation to a stable one, and/or how to complete a rhythmically specified word structure. That is followed by practicing words consisting of two or three open syllables and one closed syllable. The third stage provides practicing pronouncing an expression with the use of a combination of its rhythmic-melodic structure, gestures, pictures and/or objects symbolising the whole word.
EFFECT: method enables accelerating sound induction, voluntary sound pronunciation, increasing the efficiency of training the word pronunciation by the child by applying logopedic approaches.
