FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method for separation of loose materials includes feeding separated material onto an inclined endless belt, transporting the material by the belt, material separation into fractions and removing the separated material to appropriate receiver tanks. The transportation and separation of the separated material is carried out at least at two additional levels of inclined endless belts. At each level, the separated material, due to the inclination of the surface of the endless belt, is simultaneously stirred up and moved to the splitters mounted at the bottom of each belt at an angle to the direction of movement of the material to be separated. At each level a part of the separated material, which does not exceed the dimensions of the belt seatings, identifying the size of the separated fraction, is separated from the main stream, captured and removed to the appropriate receiver tanks, and the remaining part of the separated material is directed to the next separation level using trays. The seatings on the endless belts are made of dimensions, which are equal to 0.3-1.2 of the diameter of the material being sorted, while on each subsequent inclined endless belt the seatings are greater in size, than the previous seatings by 20-50%. The seatings on the inclined endless belts are made round, or in the form of elongated ovals. The angle of inclination of an endless belt is equal to 35-75 degrees to the horizon.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the separation of particles of loose materials into several fractions, increasing the separation efficiency and increasing the yield of finished products.

Method is implemented by means of the device containing a trolley having the possibility of being moved on rails under action of falling weight, photoelectric device for measurement of kinematic movement parameters of granular medium - trolley system at braking moment, which is made in the form of a cassette with photosensitive paper, which is fixed on the trolley side, and two lamps one of which fixes braking path and the other one fixes time intervals on photosensitive paper.

EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy of parameters of shear flows in granular medium, which are required for adjustment of sorting machines for optimum operating mode.

SUBSTANCE: loose material classifier incorporates intake bin, running cylindrical shafts fitted to form a sizing slit, sized material receptacles. The aforesaid shafts represent and upper shaft integrated with a drum, a pusher intended for preventing the sizing slit clogging and a power shat with a feed drum, both shafts running in one direction. The upper shaft runs 2 to 3 times faster than the lower one. To allow material move along the slit and to prevent clogging the later, the drums are furnished with multi-start threads with slot width making b=(3-4)l, where l is the slot length and depth making h= (0.3 to 0.5)l. The angle formed by the horizontal pane and the shafts axes plane varies from 30 to 60 degrees.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winnowing machines used to clean grain from short and long admixtures in farms and grain processing enterprises of agroindustrial complex. The cylindrical separator comprises a cellular cylinder, a loading and distribution auger, a receiving and discharge device, an upper tray with a discharge auger. The receiving and discharge device is made as an inclined base, where guide plates are fixed at the angle to its longitudinal edge that is more than the angle of friction. The lower part of each plate, starting from the end of the base, in its plane has a bucket-like shape, the lower edge of which is formed as a cylinder and is connected with a comb-shaped sieve installed under the bucket-like part of the plate. The upper edge is arranged along the horizontal line from the vertical diameter of the cylinder before crossing with the lower edge and ends of the comb-shaped sieve. Limiting plates are fixed perpendicularly to the lower surface of the inclined base.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of grain material cleaning, simplification and reduction of material and energy intensity of the device.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of at least three grain-cleaning modules installed successively one after another with a possibility of increasing their number each having an independent drive, grain-cleaning machine, pick-and-place device, frame composed of four vertical posts connected below by crossbeams one of which is removable and a receiving diverter for factions. The first grain-cleaning module also has a loading device and the last one has a shipping device. The size of cells of each following grain-cleaning machine in relation to the previous one decreases at an equal value starting from the first one to the last one and their horizontal axes are away from each other by height at an equal value: Nt.> Lt. tg γ, where γ is a natural angle of slope, Lt. is a distance between grain-cleaning modules. The support parts of each post except for the last grain-cleaning module, which is secured firmly on its stand, have rollers and holders for firm mounting of the post in a new position and increasing the number of grain-cleaning modules at the same time. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be applied in sorting and cleaning of seeds and grain. Essence of method lies in the following: screening is carried out in device for sorting seeds and grain by their length, which represents sorting sections. Each sorting section is equipped with drive, frame with vertical supports and grain cleaner with cells, cell size of grain cleaner of each following section being different from previous one on the same value in ascending order, from minimal to maximal. Vertical supports of each section are made telescopic, and their bases - with rolling-contact bearings and fastener. Device is equipped with loading bucket chain and transshipment transporters, whose body units are connected with telescope joints in the middle of their length. Parallel to each sorting section additional grain cleaners with cells of the same size as in main grain cleaner are installed. Each grain cleaner inside the section is installed in hinged way with possibility to regulate longitudinal axis inclination angle. During screening material to be sorted is first loaded into first section, where grain or seeds of definite size are separated, after which grain or seeds are supplied to the following section and so on to the last one.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase quality of cleaning and productivity, as well as mechanism maintainability.
