Method of manufacturing a decorative building panel
FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: aim of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a decorative building panel in which an image having excellent structural feasibility is formed by inkjet printing on a building panel that has water resistance and weather resistance. To this end, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a decorative building panel, comprising: ejecting of ink cured by active beams from the ink jet recording head onto a building panel that includes a base material selected from a metallic base material and a ceramic base material and an ink receiving layer, located on the base material, obtained by curing the polymer composition and having a mean arithmetic roughness (Ra) determined in accordance with the Japanese industry standard JIS B 0601:2001, equal to 0.4 to 3 mcm, in order to perform printing on the ink receiving layer; and irradiation of inks cured by active beams from 2.2 to 30 seconds after inks cured by active beams fall on the ink receiving layer.
EFFECT: invention allows to provide high structural feasibility of the building panel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to external insulation systems of buildings. The insulation system comprises insulation elements (1), covered by finishing boards (2), fixed on a combination of shapes (5), installed on a wall subject to insulation (0). Insulation elements (1) and shapes (5) are retained by cantilevers (3), comprising substantially the flat first part (31) of the support and fixation to the wall subject to insulation (0) and substantially flat second part (32) of support, retention and fixation at the adjusted distance from the specified wall for the first substantially flat part (51) of shapes, which contain the second substantially flat part (52) of support for finishing boards (2). Cantilevers are made of material with thermal resistance of not higher than 0.5 V/(m·K). The invention also relates to the cantilever (3) for this insulation system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify assembly of an insulation system and to improve properties of a building facade.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method of additional facade insulation. The system of additional insulation of the initial facade comprises two or more sections, at the same time each section comprises an insulating material resistant to compression, attached at least to one load-bearing element, besides, each section has an inner side made as capable of placement in direction of the initial facade, and an outer side, made as capable of placement with inversion from the initial facade; an intermediate insulating material made as capable of placement in one or more gaps between the specified sections; a facility of system attachment to the initial facade, besides, the cross section of at least one load-bearing element is T-shaped, which supports the fastening facility.

SUBSTANCE: method is realised by facilities of development of several versions of a universal plastic panel, which is made of at least one section shaped from at least two plates of preferably rectangular shape so that a pair of plates is located one under the other, to create a volume section, and also to ensure strength, the space between the pair of plates arranged one under the other is filled with cells of preferably rectangular shape, the quantity and size of which is selected randomly or depending on parameters of plates, for connection of sections between each other there is a lock element, formed by ends of parallel plates of the section extended in the place of formation of the lock element for the width of the lock element and bent towards each other to produce two elastically compressible and releasing arched structures arranged at the end of the section along its long side and providing for reliable fixation with the round ledge formed at the opposite side of the section from the lock element at the end of the section along its long side by the fact that the lock element of one section, gripping and holding by means of compression the round ledge of the other section, fixes the sections in the fixed condition relative to each other, providing for reliable connection of sections to each other to produce a collapsible structure made of several sections. To provide for decorative properties and to observe visual homogeneity of the structure made of one or several sections, on that side of the section, where there is a round ledge, there is a slot shaped along the lower side of the slot as extension of the lower plate of the section along the width through its entire length and lateral sides formed at one side by the end of the section and at the other side bent preferably at the right angle by the side of the lower plate, forming a rectangle with an open external side, in this case the round ledge is arranged not in the end of the section, but on the external free side of the slot, in case of combination of several sections into one by means of their arrangement on a single lower plate, the slot between sections is made without a round ledge. The round ledge is made on the external side of the slot, arranged at the external side of combined sections, to eliminate sagging of sections as they are connected or to eliminate sagging of combined sections, the lower side of the slot is strengthened with an additional base. To provide for installation of various holders, and/or decorative retained elements, and/or storage systems on the structure from sections, on one of slot sides there is a closed contour representing a structure of rectangular shape directed along the long side of the section, with width by size smaller than the side wall of the slot, providing for rigidity of fixation of sections along their long side, and also providing for stiffness of fixation of holders, and/or decorative retained elements, and/or storage systems, which by means of their installation into the slot are reliably fixed by means of engagement to the closed contour.
EFFECT: development of such universal plastic panel, design of which would provide for production of finished universal panels of different size and configuration, where reliable fixtures would be provided, design of which would provide for the possibility to create various decorative walls for interiors and exteriors, using universal plastic panels.

SUBSTANCE: facade facing mounting system consists of pin-anchors arranged in rows linked with each other and with elements of their tension by rods fixed in the building wall, at free ends of which locking devices-bolts with a rectangular T-shaped head and a rectangular neck on which locking elements retaining the lining are put, are installed with a possibility of an adjustable longitudinal movement due to the connecting threaded couplings. The locking elements are designed as horizontally arranged rectangular U-shaped clamps, in the middle part of which there are tabs, which are pressed against the upper and lower plates, and the central hole for the locking bolt, and their bent parts cover the lock-bolt head from the lateral sides and there are ledges, fixing the plates, pressed to the legs at the ends of the bent parts.
EFFECT: creation of a mounting system for facing the curtain ventilated facade, provision of good aerodynamic qualities, achievement of low metal consumption and labour intensity of manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: bracket for attachment of profiles includes a rear wall with holes for attachment of a bracket and L-shaped plates, the first flanges of which are intended for attachment of profiles; with that, the second flanges of plates are directed from bracket symmetry axis. Flanges perpendicular to the plane of the rear wall are cut out and bent in the central part of the rear wall in the direction of profiles; with that, the second flanges of plates are located parallel to the rear wall on its reverse side. The face side of the rear wall faces to the direction of the profiles, and the first flanges of plates are located parallel to flanges of the rear wall and rigidly attached to them. Ribs of angles formed with the plane and the flanges of the rear wall are located in internal corners of the plates; besides, on the second flanges of the plates there are holes coinciding with holes for fixation of the bracket on the rear wall.
EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption; increase of load-carrying capacity and improvement of reliability of the bracket.

SUBSTANCE: ceramic tiles contain a strong component arranged on the surface of the base and the first connection element arranged on the side of the base edge. At least a section of the base surface may continue outside the strong component. The base prevents contact of strong components of adjacent ceramic tiles, not requiring a filling paste, with each other, and may look like a filling paste. The first connection element and the appropriate second connection element of the adjacent ceramic tile, not requiring a filling paste, are made as capable of connection of two adjacent ceramic tiles, not requiring a filling paste.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and relates to the bases for printing with coating that provides improved printing quality and resolution capability at reduced consumption of ink. The product in the form of a paper substrate has on at least one of the first and second surfaces coating swelling under the influence of water, which thickness is less than 10 mcm. The base coating comprises some amount of pigment of coating, which is sufficient to impart at least one surface of the Parker surface evenness of about 4 and is dispersed in a binder matrix for the pigment of coating swelling under the influence of water, in a weight ratio of the coating pigment to the binder matrix of at least 2:1. The pigment of coating comprises larger porous coating pigment particles and smaller coating pigment particles in a weight ratio of at least 0.2:1. Coating of the base provides the porous surface receptive to ink.
EFFECT: invention provides enhanced printing quality and image resolution capability on paper base with coating on an inkjet printer at a reduced level of use of the ink.

SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a decorative surface coating and may be used in printing devices. The decorative surface coating (1) comprises a support layer (2), a decorative layer (3) with a lenticular decorative ornament and a transparent working layer (4) with a lenticular surface (5), comprising a linear grid of longitudinal lenticular lenses. The continuous method to manufacture a decorative surface coating (1) having lenticular effect includes a support layer (2). Besides, the method provides application of the decorative layer (3) onto the support layer (2), comprising a lenticular decorative pattern. The transparent working layer (4) is applied onto the decorative layer (3). Then the upper surface of the transparent working layer (4) is stamped to form the lenticular surface (5) containing longitudinal lenticular lenses. A varnish layer (8) is applied onto the surface of the transparent layer (4). Then layers are heated to form a surface coating (1).
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of a surface coating and provision of the possibility of simple care of the produced coating.
