At the output of the distributed summator, a pulse with a voltage increase coefficient equal to the number of edges with coaxial lines installed in them is formed, and the current increase factor is equal to the number of coaxial lines installed in one edge.

EFFECT: flat receipt device in disc form powerful high-voltage impulses of identical pulses with partial preservation of their shape, the height of the device can be two orders of magnitude less than its diameter, that can represent a significant interest when linking a number of systems.

At the same time outlets of the induction sensor are connected to inlets of the filter 1. The second outlet of the induction sensor is also connected to the outlet of the first DAC 2, the outlet of the filter 1 is connected with the inlet of ADC 3, the first inlet of the comparator 6 and the first outlet of the shunting resistor Rsh. The second inlet of the comparator 6 is connected to the outlet of the second DAC 5. The second outlet of the shunting resistor Rsh is connected with an open drain of a transistor key T, the drain of the transistor key is connected with the common outlet of the comparator 6, ADC 3, DAC 2 and DAC 5. Matching of the three-phase three-wire power line with electric load is achieved as a result of compliance with certain conditions which can seasonally change as a result of change of primary parameters of three-phase three-wire power line determined in view of the size of sag of each wire of this power line. Seasonal change of sag of each wire is measured using distance meters. The matching consists in comparison of the valid and reference load resistance, voltages at the ends of the line or currents coming to a load. Initial data on voltage and current in the line are obtained through interfaces or sensors made in a form of voltage or current transformers, spectrum analysers, voltage dividers or alternating-current shunts. As a result of initial data processing by the processor control signals are generated for correcting elements, which can be represented by direct voltage regulators of power transformers, automated process systems, electric energy accumulators, active power sources such as low-power hydroelectric power plants or electric power plants of other types.
