SUBSTANCE: jet-centrifugal device to obtain flows of coarse-grained suspensions comprises a vessel with a liquid, a tap supplying the liquid into a channel with a filter and a gland associated with a rotating channel and a branch pipe. At the outlet end of the branch pipe, a calibrated opening is made, located at a distance from the rotation axis to form a jet formed by the calibrated opening. The filter is mounted in the vessel bottom in the form of a mesh with cell sizes smaller than the calibrated opening diameter. A flow breaker is applied in the device, made in the form of a valve mounted after the gland on the end of the rotated channel opening to a chamber, from which two similar contrary-divergent channels pass, connected at right angle to the horizontal outlet channels connected via flexible hoses with branch pipes while changing their inclination angle relative to the channel rotation axis. Controlling the valve manufactured in the form of an elastic cylindrical rod rigidly built into a cylindrical mandrel guided by a bushing axial with respect to the channel, sliding in thrust grooves, is carried out by a thrust by specifying certain values of the reciprocating stroke of the mandrel with openings made in it for the outlet of the branch pipes. The inclination angle between the branch pipes is set by means of a ligament ensuring the equality of distances from their openings to the channel rotation axis.

EFFECT: eliminating losses of the material used during pause periods of its use and applicability expansion of the device for supplying coarse-grained suspensions.

Device to this end incorporates built-in system of process control with supersonic flow pressure difference pickup, weather station and video camera. Besides, this device comprises diesel engine with single-stage booster as a compressor, air duct, fluid flow rate controller and flow meter. Also, it incorporates electrical and pneumatic independent systems. Air duct consists of two bends spinning relative to each other and around vertical axis in horizontal plane. Air duct communicates compressor with two atomisers. Flow meter serves to vary spray mist composition.

SUBSTANCE: portable laboratory-field irrigation machine comprises a horizontal frame with panel, a water tank, a filter, supply and discharge water conducts with the valve, a sprinkler comprising the sequentially fixed nipple, a thick flexible tube with collars, a sleeve, and a bunch of thin flexible tubes fixed in it. The water tank is mounted above the frame on the vertical racks with a hanger bracket. Between the discharge water conduct and the nipple a float mechanism is mounted comprising a housing with the rubber bulb mounted on it on the side on the drainage tube with a drain opening and the sequentially mounted in it the needle slot, the needle and the float with the guide. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sprayers to be used in processes that require high-quality dispersion of fluids. Proposed method comprises feeding fluid from pump and air from blower and accelerating said air in nozzle. Then fluid is hydraulically disintegrated into drops in nozzle spray cone and dispersed in the filed of ultrasound air vibrations in air supersonic jet into aerosol. Then, air is fed for final dispersion into supersonic air jet from nozzle main loop. Now aerosol dispersity is adjusted by varying air and fluid flow rates. Fluid axial flow pressure is kept constant. Flow spin maximum rate is kept within preset limits irrespective of preset range of fluid flow rate variation. Besides, aerosol dispersity is adjusted by regulating air flow rate. Reduction in aerosol dispersion in the file of ultrasound air vibrations is compensated by increase in fluid flow spinning at nozzle outlet. Disperser comprise two-circuit adjustable supersonic nozzle communicated with air spraying blower and jet aligned therewith. Said jet makes flow rate regulator communicated via pressure regulator with process fluid feed pump. Besides, disperser comprises nozzle swirler and Hartmann resonator. Nozzle is divided into two circuits. Auxiliary circuit serves for preliminary dispersion of fluid in the field of ultrasound waves generated in air flow by Hartmann resonator. Main circuit serves for final dispersion of fluid by air flow and forcing aerosol out in atmosphere. Disperser design allows adjusting nozzle circuit throat area.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method and a device to extinguish oil and oil products, flammable (FL) and highly flammable liquids (HFL) in vertical steel reservoirs (VSR) and vertical steel reservoirs with fixed roof and pontoon (VSRP). The method to extinguish oil and oil products in a reservoir consists in the fact that the fire extinguishing mixture specified above is supplied from a float sprayer that comes to the surface of the burning liquid. Fire extinguishing is organised in three stages. The first stage: a float sprayer is installed, which is connected by a pipeline via a lock-start gear with an injector, under the layer of the burning liquid at the depth equal to at least the sprayer's height or on the surface of the specified liquid. The second stage: after signal supply from a fire annunciator the lock-start gear is opened on the injector, and the fire extinguishing mixture specified above is supplied via a pipeline and the float sprayer under the layer and/or to the surface of the flammable liquid with compact jets from the centre to the periphery parallel to the horizon. The third stage: the float sprayer comes above the surface of the flammable liquid. The fire extinguishing mixture is supplied with intensity of at least 0.15 kg/s-m2 with circular sweeping of jets. In the injector device for extinguishing of oil and oil products in a reservoir the outlet pipeline at the outer side of the reservoir is connected to the injector via a hinged joint and the lock-start gear. At the other side the outlet pipeline via a hinged joint and a float is connected to a sprayer, which is arranged with controllable floatage and ensures surfacing of the "outlet pipeline-float-sprayer" console during extinguishing and arrangement of the sprayer above the burning surface. The sprayer has at least one tier of nozzle holes arranged in a horizontal plane with a turn by 360°.

EFFECT: provision of efficient extinguishing time, reduced specific consumption rate of metal structures, resistance to explosion of oil and oil product vapours.

SUBSTANCE: swirl atomiser comprises the housing with auger, located inline in the housing bottom, and located in the top of the housing the choke with a cylindrical hole for fluid supply, connected with a diffuser, axisymmetric to housing and choke, the auger is pressed-in into the housing with formation of the conical camera located above the auger inline with the diffuser and connected with it in series, and the auger is made solid, and auger external surface is composed from connected in series two surfaces, one of which is at least single-thread helical groove with right or left thread and is located in the casing , and second surface is made smooth as solid of revolutions, axisymmetrically connected with spraying disk located perpendicularly to the casing axis, and protruding beyond the end face of the casing bottom part, at that both straight line and curved line of n-power can be used as line creating this surface. The surface of spraying disk protruding out of the end face of the casing bottom, is made deflected towards the casing bottom and has on the peripheral part the radial cutouts alternating with the solid part of the surface of the atomising disk. To the surface of the spraying disk protruding beyond the end face of the casing bottom the divider is secured made as rod vertical, axisymmetric to the atomiser casing, to its bottom part at least three inclined spokes are secured, at free ends of the spokes looking towards the spraying disk the impellers are installed with possibility of rotation around the spoke axis.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal atomiser with counter swirling flows contains a casing with vortex chambers and nozzle. The casing is made in form of the union with hole for liquid supply from main line and rigidly connected with it cylindrical coaxial sleeve with external thread. In the sleeve cone and cylindrical cavities are installed in series, they are coaxial with hole for liquid supply. Coaxially with casing in its bottom part a nozzle is connected, it is made in form of two-stage centrifugal cylindrical swirler connected with output cone chamber of the nozzle and separated from the hole for liquid supply by the perforate partition, secured at the end surface of the swirler casing. The partition looks towards the liquid supply, at that the first stage of the swirler is located in its top part, and contains cylindrical chamber with coaxially installed rod and secured on it helical plate. At that rod is secured in centre of the perforate partition. Second stage of the swirler is located coaxially with the first one and is made by ring cylindrical chamber connected is series with the cylindrical chamber of the swirler first stage, and has tangential inputs for liquid supply via the cylindrical ring cavity made by the casing of the swirler and cylindrical cavity of the sleeve. On the cone surface of the output cone chamber of the nozzle the screw thread is cut with direction of the flow swirling, opposite to direction of two-stage centrifugal cylindrical swirler.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of spraying due to increase of spray and to fine dispersion of sprayed liquid.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, maintenance and repair of machines and parts due to highly intensive cavitation saturation of a liquid jet. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that a high frequency atomiser comprising a casing with a mixing chamber, a nozzle communicated with the mixing chamber, flow swirling units, a swirler, spacers with axial spiral channels, is equipped by a dynamic cavitator at the output nozzle, the cavitator provides for the saturation of a jet coming out of the atomiser nozzle by cavitation masses. The dynamic cavitator is made as a resilient plate set perpendicular to the nozzle axis at the height of ≈0.3 nozzle diameter, the specified natural vibration frequency of the unit is equal to approximately 120 Hz. The total pressure at the atomiser nozzle output shall be not less than the cavitation threshold value.

EFFECT: invention provides for high quality cleaning of surfaces without cleaning agents being used.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler nozzle-activator comprises a housing and a deflector attached to the helical rack. The deflector is in the form of a bladed disc which blades are made on elliptic curves, the output edges of which are directed tangentially to the outer surface of the disc. The height of the blades corresponds to the required flow rate through the sprinkler nozzle-activator. In the interlobe space the spirals of left-hand orientation are fixed. Fixing the deflector to the housing is arranged by means of bolts, for this purpose on the deflector disc the protrusions are provided with the holes. The height of the protrusions is equal to the height of the blades, and the shape of the protrusions corresponds to the curved shape of the blades. In the central part of the blade disc a flow divider is fixed through the screws, made in the form of a surface of rotation of a parabola z2=px near the axis z.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of irrigation using fine and drip sprinkling, and can be used in the mobile installations to ensure rain with drops size permitted for sprinkling of wide spectrum of crop. In the cascade-wave sprinkler the casing is made detachable, connected out of two halves by ribs using bolted joints. In internal cavity of the casing the deflector pole is installed by cone tip upwards. The deflector contains arc-shape fixtures to internal side of the casing of the wave blades connected with the casing by screws. The wave blades are made as segmental, and are secured on the casing wall by cascades. The blades are secured to the casing wall along the helical line with left hand direction. In bottom part of the casing the cone replaceable sprinkler with water catching aprons is secured using flanges. The water catching aprons are deflected from the wall of the cone replaceable sprinkler at some angle. The rear guide wall is made as per curve of the function y=arctgx, where y is coordinate of the curve point through vertical, x is coordinate of the curve point through horizontal. The water catching aprons are directed CCW by the input windows and are connected with water outlet holes. Face wall of the water outlet holes is made at angle towards wall of the cone replaceable sprinkler. Top edge of the water catching aprons has cut parallel to the wall of the replaceable cone sprinkler.

Said casing consists of two aligned and coupled cylindrical sleeves: large diameter sleeves and small diameter sleeves. In the small diameter sleeve coaxially with it an auger is located, it is rigidly connected with its internal surface, at that the external surface of the auger is helical groove, and inside the auger at least two rows of through holes are made concentrically along circles. In each row at least three holes are made, and diameters of holes decrease from the auger axis to peripheral holes, and in the large diameter sleeve coaxially with it an union is installed, it is rigidly secured in it via the sealing gasket.
