SUBSTANCE: method for applying a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating to a textile material includes holding the textile material in a copolymer solution in supercritical carbon dioxide in a high pressure reactor, characterized in that said solution contains a copolymer containing fluorinated (meth)acrylic hydrophobic units affine to CO2, and (meth)acrylic functional units containing a functional group, and a cross-linking agent containing at least two functional groups reactive with the functional groups of the copolymer, said cross-linking agent being not part of said copolymer. The invention also relates to a textile material with a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating, having a wetting angle with a drop of water ≥130°, the index in the water-repellent ability test ATCC 22 is above 90 points, the index in the oil resistance test AATSS 118 is 6 points or higher, the vapour permeability in the vapour permeability test according to the standard ATSM E 96 (Procedure B) after modification not less than 0.95 from the result of the unmodified material, retaining water-repellent and oil-repellent properties and vapour permeability after 10 or more washes in a washing machine, carried out according to the standard ISO 6330 procedure, procedure 6A, obtained by the method according to the invention.

EFFECT: method according to the invention makes it possible to obtain a textile material with a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating resistant to repeated washing cycles in a washing machine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of aqueous dye used in stenciling, to a method for preparing indicated composition of stenciling, using indicated dying composition for stenciling and to securities printed using indicated dying composition. Invention describes composition of aqueous dye for stenciling containing the following components: (a) emulsion of acrylic or urethane-acrylic copolymer taken in the amount 30-70 wt-%, preferably in the amount 35-60 wt.-%, and more preferably in the amount 40-55 wt.-% of self-cross-linking emulsion of acrylic or urethane-acrylic copolymer as measured for the total mass of composition; (b) cross-linking agent taken in the amount 0.25-3 wt.-%, preferably in the amount 0.5-2 wt.-%, and more preferably in the amount 1-2 wt.-% of mass indicated cross-linking agent as measured for the total mass of composition; (c) optional catalyst; (d) optional pigments, and (e) optional additives and wherein indicated cross-linking agent comprises at least two different functional activity in a single molecule. The first functional activity is chosen by so manner to form a covalent bond with indicated polymer before printing and the second of indicated functional activities is chosen by so manner to carry out cross-linking indicated polymer for hardening printed dye. Emulsion of acrylic or urethane-acrylic copolymer is chosen from group possessing self-cross-linking property and wherein the composition shows pH from 7.0 to 8.5, preferably from 7.5 to 8.3 and more preferably from 7.5 to 8.0. Invention describes a method for preparing above said composition of aqueous dye for stenciling and comprising the following steps: (a) preparing emulsion of acrylic or urethane-acrylic copolymer; (b) optional preparing catalyst, optional pigments and optional additives; (c) preparing a cross-linking agent able to form a covalent bond under the first conditions with polymer prepared in (a), and cross-linking prepared polymer under the second conditions; (d) thorough mixing components prepared by points (a), (b) and (c) and providing interaction of polymer prepared by point (a) with a cross-linking agent prepared by point (c) under indicated first conditions; (e) regulation of pH value of the composition in the range from 7.0 to 8.5. Also, invention describes using the indicated composition of aqueous dye as a dye for stenciling and security document with signs printed by using indicated composition of aqueous dye. Proposed composition shows improved stability and improved toxicological properties in the combination and excellent stability of printed and hardened dye to chemical and physical effects.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer packaging materials and relates to the coated woven material and the bag made of this material. It comprises the fabric of polymeric tapes. The fabric is coated with sealing layer. Part of the polymeric tapes has the tensile capacity which is less than 45 cN/tex and tensile elongation of more than 30%. The sealing layer is formed from a composition comprising at least one copolymer of ethylene/α-olefin, at that the composition has the density of from 0.905 to 0.930 g/cm3 and the melt flow index of from 3 to 20 g/10 min. The bag comprises the said fabric. The walls of the bag are at least partially composed of the woven material of polymeric tapes, at that each of the edges of the bag walls is provided with a neck for filling.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce the coated woven material, which provides reliable sealing without thick and expensive sealing layers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer processing, particularly production of synthetic leather which can be used for pool finishing. The bioresistant waterproofing polymer material includes a polyester base and a polyvinyl chloride coating. The base is made of cross-weave polyester threads with mesh size of 2x2 mm, wherein the weight ratio of the layers - front:intermediate:back is 9:1:9, respectively, and the weight ratio of the layers - polyester base:polymer coating is 1:18. The polyvinyl chloride coating is obtained from suspended polyvinyl chloride and additionally contains a mixture of plasticisers - dioctyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, diglycidyl ester of 1,4-butanediol laproxide BD with weight ratio of epoxy groups of 24-34% and synthetic butadiene-nitrile rubber with weight ratio of acrylonitrile of 26-30% in ratio of 1:0.8:0.2:0.6, respectively; the stabiliser used is Baerostab UBZ 711-1x RF; the bactericidal additive is Bioneutral M 10; the composition is coloured using pigments.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to curable channel or pipe liners, e.g., for repairing damaged pipes, such as underground sewage and gas pipes, and a lining method. The lining includes a three-layered coating of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) on a fibrous mat made of nonwoven material. The TPU coating contains a barrier layer which prevents migration of styrene from the liner to the media used to force the liner against the damaged pipe and to activate the thermosetting resin. The thermosetting resin converts the liner from a flexible state to a rigid state as the liner is cured in situ inside the pipe.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing composite polymeric materials which compensate for motion in or near one or more corresponding surfaces without detriment to the structural integrity thereof after attaching polymeric fabric thereto.
