SUBSTANCE: method includes supplying liquid to the divider through a hole in the cover of the upper chamber, filtering large mechanical impurities, supplying liquid into the upper chamber with a float, then through openings of throttle partition into the lower chamber to the valve unit. Under the action of high level of liquid in the upper chamber, the float moves upward and, by means of the rod, it opens a first small valve. Then, if it is necessary to increase the throughput capacity of the large valve, moving the small valve with one degree of freedom inside the large valve and together with it inside the sleeve along the common vertical axis. After draining liquid through the discharge bushing under the action of lowering of liquid level in the upper chamber, the float moves down and closes both valves.

EFFECT: improved safety of the drainage process due to smooth adjustment of liquid outlet and provision of process continuity.

SUBSTANCE: automatic air bleeder consists of case 1 of air bleeder with inlet 2, outlet 3 branches and flow channel. In the flow channel there is installed a relief valve equipped with a unilateral spring pneumatic actuating mechanism and control valve 12 with a cylinder slide and float 13. The pneumatic actuating mechanism is made in form of a cylinder 7 with rod 6. Cylinder 7 is installed in a flow part of a case of the air bleeder connecting a working cavity of the cylinder via control valve 12 alternately with float chamber 31 and with outlet branch 3 of case 1 of the air bleeder. Cavity 10 of piston cylinder 7 is constantly connected with atmosphere on side opposite to piston 6. Control valve 12 with cylinder slide and float 13 are installed in case 11 of the control valve communicated with case 1 of the air bleeder.

The body is equipped with spring-supported plunger placed perpendicular to its axis, a magnet at one of its ends and magnetic pickup, for example, normally-opened magnetic reed relay, a light-emitting diode and power supply source. SUBSTANCE: method includes cyclic forced gas pumping from the annulus and pressure decreasing in it. Periodically the well flow header is partially closed. Pressure upstream the shutdown element of the header is increased to ensure the produced fluid supply to the expansion chamber of the tank with resilient element and to accumulate mechanical energy in the expansion chamber. Then full opening of the header shutdown element is performed. Pressure upstream the shutdown element is decreased, and fluid is displaced from the expansion chamber to the header due to the accumulated mechanical energy. Each cyclic volume increasing of part of the tank above the expansion chamber ensures annulus gas suction in it, and this volume decreasing ensures gas displacement to the header.

EFFECT: possibility of gas pumping from the annulus in tubing string of the well for different methods of mechanised oil production.

SUBSTANCE: housing of multi-stream switching manifold (hereinafter referred to as MSSM) has several inlet fittings and one common outlet fitting. MSSM housing has channels from each inlet fitting up to inner surface of the flat bottom area where replacement part for protection of the housing can be installed while repair can be made by replacement of this part without disassembly. At the top the housing is covered by the lid with tube for connection to measurement device. Product from one well comes through channel in MSSM housing to hollow rotable selector, then through hollow shaft to lid cavity and through tube in the lid it is delivered for measurement. Fittings of remaining wells are communicated with common outlet of the housing.

SUBSTANCE: connection-valve includes cylindrical casing closed from one side by cover with holes, in the central hole of which there is a collar, cylindrical limit stop located from the other side of cylindrical casing, around which there is a spring. In keeping required temperature of inner unit, it is isolated from valve body by nonmetallic, preferably, rubber mix ring seals. Note here that, additionally, heat losses are reduced by making air chamber between inner unit face and valve body cover.

SUBSTANCE: at pump method of oil production in the wellhead there installed is control valve unit. When the mode of the well is being switched, measurements of dynamic level of liquid are performed in the well shaft. Then, by controlling the volume of produced oil flow through control valve unit there determined is the value of dynamic level of liquid in the well shaft, at which the stable daily operating mode of the well is provided. Value of buffered pressure at the well head is recorded when the oil is being lifted, which is maintained during pump operation of the well. At gush production method of oil, the design operating conditions of the well are determined as per dynamic level of liquid in the well shaft, buffered pressure and the rate of flow. Then, value of buffered pressure at the well head is recorded when the oil is being lifted, which is maintained during gush operation of the well. Methods are implemented by means of the device for oil production from the well, which contains the tubing string the upper end of which is connected to delivery line and control valve unit installed in the wellhead. Body of control valve unit is made of three bushings coaxially connected to each other on the thread. Front bushing is made in the form of pressure nut. Middle bushing has side channel interacting its inner cavity to delivery line; inside the bushing there fixed is the seat and arranged is spring-loaded valve in the form of ball. End bushing has inner open cavity on the side of its output end, in which there arranged is control mechanism of wellhead buffered pressure, which includes thrust disc with pusher. Pusher is led through front edge of the end bushing and seal in it to inner cavity of middle bushing to bear against the valve in the form of a ball. Inside end bushing on the thread there screwed is control stock the shank of which with the element on the end for rotation of stock has smaller diametre and is led to the outside from end bushing through the hole made in the pipeline wall of the wellhead to external space of the well head.

EFFECT: reducing oil production losses, shortening the time for work execution, excluding material costs and hardware for bringing the wells into operation after they have been switched to another operating mode.
