The invention relates to construction and specifically to methods of protective and decorative finishing of surfaces of concrete and brick structures. The method of producing a protective and decorative coating according to the first version involves preparation of the surface and depositing a coating on said surface. The coating is formed from elements. The elements used are coloured glass deposited on the inner side and a hardened composition, with the following ratio of components, pts.wt: polyvinyl acetate dispersion with content of dry substance of 49-51% 5-10; alabaster 7-8, mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling ethers with open-cup flash-point of 130-140°C 0.5-1.0, di(alkylpolyethylene glycol)ether of phosphoric acid 0.1-0.2, water 4-8. An adhesive composition is deposited on the hardened surface of said composition of each element, with the following ratio of components in pts.wt: cement 3.2-3.35, quartz sand 3.6-3.8, dolomite powder 1.2-1.3, water 1.8-2.1. A second version of the method of producing a protective and decorative coating on the surface of building structures is described.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel method of making articles in form of slabs, porous slabs, blocks made from a conglomerate consisting of pieces of stone. The method is based on the existing technology of compaction by means of vacuum compression and involves preparation of a mixture consisting of a granulate and binder which is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic prepolymer. The granulate is selected from stone-like materials. The mixture also contains a finely dispersed inorganic aggregate. The mixture is deposited in form of a layer onto a substrate or inside a mould and is compacted via vacuum vibro-compression. Further, the binder which is present in the moulded article is hardened. At the step for compaction using vacuum vibro-compression, the article hardens in conditions which enable to prevent removal of water from the mixture due to evaporation. When making porous slabs, at the compacting step, the article hardens in conditions which enable to remove water from the mixture. When making blocks, the mixture is deposited only inside the mould. When using the method, blocks can also be made, which can then be sawed.

EFFECT: articles have high mechanical strength, resistance to UV radiation and are environmentally safe.

SUBSTANCE: wood concrete mixture contains cement, wood filler, water and suspension of cellulose fibres in the form of paper waste in water, which is treated in a vibration cavitation homogeniser with a rotating working element - rotor with a perforated surface and a fixed working element - stator; at circumferential rotation speed of the rotor of at least 20 m/s. Treatment in the vibration cavitation homogeniser is performed during 5-15 minutes till homogenous mass is obtained at the following component ratio, wt %: cement 15-45, suspension of paper waste 3-11, saw dust 1-10, and water is the rest.

EFFECT: improving flowability and laying ability of wood concrete mixture due to plasticising action of cellulose fibres used as one of the ingredients; simplifying a manufacturing method of finished products.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing oil-containing sludge with quicklime, preliminarily milled to a finely dispersed condition, and waste silica gel, which represents the gas industry waste product at the stage of natural gas drying, with the following introduction of water. The necessary quantity of water for slaking is determined stoichiometrically including water, present in the oil-containing sludge, and water-absorption of waste silica gel. The obtained organo-mineral additive is exposed until the process of calcium-silicate structure formation is finished. First, the quantity of oil-products in the oil-containing sludge is determined, which is then used to calculate the necessary quantity of quicklime. The obtained data are used to calculate the necessary quantity of waste silica gel. The obtained organo-mineral additive meets ecological safety requirements.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at the elimination of environmental pollution with wastes, their involvement into resource-circulation and ensures rational nature management.

Preparation of initial materials for pelletising by wetting to required level, introduction reagent composed of sulphate containing substance, that is sulphuric acid and/or its water-soluble salts. Note here that said reagent is added in amount of 0.06-0.2 grams of sulphate-ion per 1 gram of dry initial material. Components are mixed to homogeneous mass at 20-60°C and pelletised. Obtained material is dried at 65-170°C for 1-2.5 hours.
