SUBSTANCE: plate comprises a flexible top film and has at least the first and the second segment, at least the first skin-friendly elastic adhesive on the proximal surface of the flexible top film, and a receiving through hole for stoma in the said first segment. At that, the first segment adjoins the said through hole and extends radially therefrom. The said second segment surrounds the said first segment, and one or more security pads. At least the said first segment is reversible into the first substantially concave shape, and the said second segment has the second substantially convex shape that is reversible into a concave shape.

EFFECT: facilitated access to the plate.

Stomal under-clothes lateral element contains sealing element. sealing element contains immobile basic element, determining hole, which has first diameter, resilient sealing element, at least one adjusting element and installation element. Resilient sealing element contains stoma-receiving hole, determining internal boundary. Internal boundary of stoma-receiving hole has second diameter, which is smaller than first diameter of immobile basic element. At least one adjusting element is connected between immobile basic element and resilient sealing element. Installation element is intended for adjusting tension of at least one adjusting element in such a way that diameter dimension of stoma-receiving hole can be adjusted from first diameter to second diameter.

EFFECT: invention enables obtaining mechanical sealing element, which makes it possible to use sealing element with single-component stomal devices, as well as with two-component stomal devices.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment, in particular to sealing for stoma container which is sealed by means of diaphragm, contracting like iris, and to stoma container, which contains such sealing. Sealing substrate contains fixing platform, immobile basic element, attached to fixing platform, rotating element, made with possibility of rotation with respect to immobile element, and sealing element. Fixing platform has distal surface, capable of fixation to stoma container, proximal surface, facing user in the process of application, and hole, which has internal border, determining stoma-accepting hole. Sealing element is connected between immobile basic element and rotating element to provide sealing around stoma and determine stoma-sealing hole. Rotation of rotating element with respect to basic element results in application of higher or lower tension to sealing element in such a way that diametrical dimensions of stoma-sealing hole alter from first diameter to second diameter.

EFFECT: claimed sealing element reduces risk of contact of excretions from stoma with skin, with sealing element being able to be applied for different sizes and types of rough skin surfaces around stoma.
