FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: system includes a hydraulic tank, a pump, a pressure line, a drain line in the hydraulic tank, a hydraulic distributor, a hydraulic motor, a locking device consisting of a casing equipped with inlet, outlet, drainage connections with channels and stop. Inside the body of the locking device, a spring-loaded plunger with an inlet cavity is disposed. Plunger is located in the body at a distance of its full stroke- with the formation between the plunger and the end face of the outlet cavity face. An annular groove and radial apertures are provided along the outer surface of the plunger. The inlet cavity communicates with the exit cavity of the body by means of an axial channel that is closed by a spring-loaded plunger with the ability to freely move it through the through-hole of the stop forming a cavity. Both plungers are spring-loaded by elastic elements. At the same time one of the ends of the plunger is made conical with the collar, which is the spring stop. In the stop, a channel is provided that communicates the exit cavity of the locking device with the high-pressure line located between the orifice of the locking device and the hydraulic distributor.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the hydraulic drive safety system against unauthorized discharge of the working fluid.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic device (1) comprises cylinder (2) and piston (3) reciprocating therein. Piston comprises rod (4) and disc (5) to divide said cylinder in lengthwise direction into first chamber (6) and second chamber (7). Rod id displaced by controlled hydraulic fluid feed into chambers so that piston rod extends from the cylinder when said fluid is fed via first inlet (8) into first chamber via first line (9) and pulls therein when said fluid is fed via second inlet (10) into second chamber (7) via second line (11). Hydraulic device is equipped with pressure instantaneous drop means in the case of external force effects of magnitude exceeding a definite threshold which makes piston rod (4) move relative to cylinder (2). Hydraulic device is used to incline the cabin coupled with vehicle chassis. Cabin can displace backward relative to chassis at collision by its front.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises a hydraulic reservoir, a pump connected by a discharge hydraulic line with a hydraulic drive via a distributor, a line of drainage into the hydraulic reservoir and a stop device comprises a body with inlet, outlet and dead cavities, inlet, outlet and drain nozzles with channels, installed in the discharge hydraulic line and connected by its inlet cavity to the outlet of the pump, and by the outlet one - to the distributor. The drain nozzle is made in the form of a reduction valve. In the inlet cavity there is a spring-loaded plunger with radial holes, with an axial channel made at the side of the inlet cavity and communicated with the outlet cavity, in which there is a plunger of the outlet cavity installed, being spring-loaded at both sides and comprising a dead axial channel with radial holes, which communicate inlet and outlet cavities, and which passes with its one end via the hole of the plunger of the inlet cavity into the inlet cavity and slides in it, and by the other dead end it moves in the cylindrical dead cavity of the stop, which communicates with the outlet cavity by the channel stretching in the stop, and simultaneously with the outlet channel and the discharge hydraulic line, where the stop valve is installed. Besides, the stop device is equipped with a fixator in the form of a spring-loaded rod with a cone, and the plunger of the inlet cavity is equipped with a bore for the fixator.

SUBSTANCE: device for emergency shutdown of a pipeline comprises a casing 1, a valve 2, a valve seat 3 and a valve return mechanism. The casing is equipped by a supply pipe branch 4 and a discharging pipe branch 5 for the connection to supplying and discharging sections of the pipeline. The valve seat 3 is installed across the casing flow passage and the valve is coupled to the valve return mechanism by a stem 6. The valve is mounted on the side of the supplying pipe branch 4 and is fixed on the stem 6. The stem is installed in the casing guides in a movable way. The return mechanism includes a seal 7, an adjustable support 8, a safety device 9 and a supporting cup 10. The seal is fixed in the casing. The adjustable support is movably installed in the supporting cup 9 on the safety device 10 from hard soluble material. The safety device is set on the bottom of the supporting cup where holes for spilled liquid are provided. The supporting cup is set on the floor of the room being monitored. The casing 1 is made as a cylinder closed by covers 11, 12 with sealing rings 13 which are tightened by studs 14 and nuts 15.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system depressurisation automatic machine is intended for automatic switching off of hydraulic drive systems at operational equipment. The device comprises two casings with chambers where two pistons with rods are installed with clearance. The casings are provided with inlet and outlet holes communicating the chambers with respectively a pressure pipeline, a drain and pressure hydraulic lines of double-cavity and single-cavity hydraulic engines. Additionally the hydraulic system depressurisation automatic machine comprises a drain line sensor with a piston and a rod being also set in its casing, and a blocking unit for the drain line sensor rod comprising a casing in the cavity of which a cylindrical spring-loaded plunger with at least two stages of different diameter is mounted. The cavity of the blocking unit casing is communicated with a feedback line, and the stage of larger diameter of the said plunger mechanically interacts with the first rod of the third movable piston in one of the extreme plunger positions. Each movable piston is equipped with two conical surfaces and at least one cylindrical surface.

EFFECT: expanded process functionality and raised reliability of leakproofness control of the whole hydraulic system.

Elements of tubular ballistite powder and/or mixed solid propellant in the form of single-channel cartridges and/or plates are inserted tightly in the cavity of the charging chamber throughout its length. Elongated charge of detonating explosive is arranged on the channel axis of those elements with a gap between housing of elongated charge and arch of powder and/or fuel element, or a cap with grained or pyroxiline powder, and/or powder of small arms, and/or black powder is inserted tightly in the cavity of the charging chamber throughout its length. The pressure gauge is connected with the stop valve through the time delay circuit, indicator of pressure drop in the corresponding section of the hydraulic system, and time delay circuit through the member for opening the valve in the closed position of the member. Proposed hydraulic flow shutoff device includes electrically controlled hydraulic distributor, current breaker, stabilizer, transformer and signal lamp. Current breaker has housing with drain hole in which spool, compression spring and threaded plug with seal are mounted and insulators, contact rings with leads and threaded stoppers. Compressing spring pressure is adjusted by threaded plug to minimum working pressure in said system.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system, servo drive system and method are intended keep up a standby flow control means for hydraulic or service drives. Flow regulators include a plug, an adjusting slide valve. In normal operating conditions every overflow adjusting slide valve is motionless relative to the plug, and the flow regulator functions as a four-position hydraulic flow regulator. Each flow regulator is connected with the overflow-shut-off valve containing an overflow slide valve moving from the shut-off to overflow positions. Given an interruption of pressure feed into flow regulator, the overflow slide moves in the overflow position reducing pressure in corresponding drive piston chambers. In the case of jamming of the primary adjusting slide valve, a corresponding overflow adjusting slide valve moves inside plug allowing the overflow groove to switch pressure in system of regulation over into the return line, that reducing pressure in corresponding drive piston.

EFFECT: increase in reliability of a hydraulic flow control system.

SUBSTANCE: device is meant for control of position of actuator in aircraft engine using electrically controlled servo-valve. Actuator (50) includes a slide (52) with at least two steps (54, 56) meant for sliding in cylinder, and two chambers (62, 64) of control connected with corresponding workholes (85, 86) of electrically controlled hydraulic distributor (20) of servo-valve. Chambers (62, 64) of control are located each on one side of corresponding step, and intermediate chamber connected to high or low pressure is located between other sides of steps. In case of failure of electrical control a slider of distributor (20) is set to protection position in which in chambers (62, 64) of control of actuator the same low or high pressure is settled opposite to pressure generated in intermediate chamber (66), so that each step (54, 56) of actuator slider is influenced by high pressure on one side and low pressure on the other side. Tightness between each step (54, 56) of actuator slider and actuator cylinder (60) is provided by dynamic sealing (70) producing friction force between step and cylinder depending on pressure difference influencing two sides of step, so that in case of failure of electrical control actuator slide valve stops in its position at the moment of failure ("failure freezing"). Actuator (50) may be a unit for aircraft engine fuel measurement.
