SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of armaments and can be used in weapons of bursting munitions. Sensor contains a housing with an electric line and an electrical outlet. Sensor element of the sensor is made in the form of a microelectromechanical system – MEMS device. This device is provided with the ability to operate under overload. an electronic time block providing an overload time counting time exceeding a threshold level, and the formation of a control signal in the event that the measured time exceeds a certain value. In this case, the MEMS device is arranged in such a way that the operation is provided under the effect of an overload exceeding the threshold level, acting along the longitudinal axis of the trigger mechanism. Input of the MEMS device is connected to the electrical conductor of the contact sensor. Output of the MEMS device is connected to the input of the electronic time block providing the counting of the duration of the longitudinal overload action and the supply of the target identification signal exceeding the threshold level and forming an electric pulse at the output in case of exceeding the duration of the overload action exceeding the threshold level of a certain time value.

EFFECT: increase the reliability of the device due to the contact sensor of increased sensitivity during interaction of the ammunition with the purpose, Increase of security in the service circulation and resistance to the impact of small-scale interference on the trajectory.

The fuse for missile projectiles comprises an inertial contactor, a power supply, a sensor of generation of command for demolition, the electronic unit, the detonator, the fuse safety and arming mechanism comprising a safety valve, an electric detonator, in the housing of which the explosive charge and the initiator are mounted, connected to the electronic unit. FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: independent energy-containing power source of an electronic fuse for small-calibre ammunition rounds is made as a voltaic battery comprising of a spring-actuated glass bulb filled with electrolyte, place inside a permeable bushing adjoining to the coaxial block of bipolar plate electrodes. At that the block is placed between negative and positive electrodes equipped with terminals. Moreover the bulb is capable of longitudinal displacement in respect to a firing pin at the case bottom and closed with a cap-type housing which is fixed by a flange inside the case and is rested on flat end of the bushing and block of electrodes. In permeable bushing there are reach-through holes in axial alignment with gaps between electrodes in the block of electrodes; longitudinal vanes are distributed alongside the inner perimeter. At that bipolar electrodes have ducts and reach-through holes in the permeable bushing are made alternatively in the shape of longitudinal slots at the height of the block of electrodes.

EFFECT: operating speed of the current source at multiple reduction of the warm-up period for electrolytic battery due to forced circulation of electrolyte inside the perforated bushing with its distributed delivery to the voltaic battery.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture electromechanical initiators includes formation of bridges simultaneously with electrodes on a substrate by application of a conducting coating, connection of a substrate with a dielectric film, and then with a dielectric plate, formation of holes in a plate, which correspond to location of bridges on the substrate, formation of electric contacts of initiators and subsequent separation of a produced joint into separate initiators or groups of initiators. Formation of holes in a dielectric plate and formation of electric contacts of initiators is carried out until a plate, a film and a substrate are connected. Formation of electric contacts of an initiator is carried out by cutting slots in a film and in a dielectric plate. The dielectric film is a polyimide film with a double-sided fluoroplastic coating. Coating thickness is 4-5 times less than the film thickness. Connection of the film, substrate and plate with holes is carried out by means of thermocompression welding. Connection of the substrate with the dielectric film is carried out under the pressure of (0.3±0.05) kgf/cm2, and with the dielectric plate - under pressure of (0.03±0.005) kgf/cm2.

SUBSTANCE: microelectromechanical isochoric fuse comprises microelectromechanical structure comprising a silicon crystal with an area of the porous layer, in which pores hydrogen and oxidant are doped. The microelectromechanical structure is made of silicon crystals of the same size, located sequentially and coaxially starting from the upper silicon crystal, with the area of the porous layer with the thickness of up to 50 mcm, in which pores hydrogen and solid oxidant are located of the heat conductive element - monocrystalline silicon crystal, and the silicon crystal with the area of the porous layer with the thickness of not less than 60 mcm, mounted on the glass pedestal with a hole in the central part. The structure is fixed on the frame integrated in the housing in which vacuum is created, at that in the upper housing cover the holes with different diameters are made, in which the plugs are inserted.

EFFECT: invention enables to change the ratio of weight and size of fuse and explosive item, ensures burst delay.

SUBSTANCE: microelectromechanical structure is formed of successively and coaxially located crystal silicon, in which a cantilever-needle is formed, the crystal of silicon with doped hydrogen and oxidant with the area of the porous layer with the thickness of up to 50 mcm, the heat conducting element - the crystal of monocrystalline silicon and the silicon crystal with the area of the porous layer with the thickness of not less than 60 mcm mounted on a glass substrate having a hole in the central part. The cantilever-needle faces the porous layer of the silicon crystal with the area of the porous layer with the thickness up to 50 mcm. The coefficient of thermal conductivity of the heat conducting element is greater than the thermal conductivity of the silicon crystal with the area of the porous layer with the thickness of not less than 60 mcm. The structure is fixed on the frame integrated in the housing in which vacuum is created.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detonators and can be used in laser systems, working in complex environments (smoking, fog, rain, snow etc.). The detonator contains series-connected receiving-transmitting unit, processing unit, safety and arming system, electric detonator and payload. The input of the safety and arming system is connected to the output of a contact impact fuse. The detonator is provided with an optical pre-contact action system with working radius of 10-40 cm, consisting of series-connected pumping circuit and a light-emitting diode, for example, laser diode and series connected photodiode with an amplifier, normalising cascade, frequency dependent counter, threshold device and an actuating device. The light-emitting diode and the photodiode can establish optical connection with a target. The output of the actuating device is connected to the input of the safety and arming system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detonating percussion fuze. According to the first version a hydraulic interrupter is inserted in the detonating fuze. It is started up by a gas generator of the multiweapons dispenser and made in the form of a piston supported by an end on the viscous flow material placed in the cavity of the cylinder with an orifice in the bottom closed by sealing spring-pressed cap. The second end of the piston having a lock interlocks with protecting engine releasing it with deceleration during pressurisation. According to the second version, firing mechanism of the detonating fuze combined with self-destructor mechanism is made in the form of a striker case inside of which a firing mechanism spring-pressed by a striker set against balls disposed in tube windows which firmly fixed in the striker case. These balls are also set against a counterbore of spring plunger blocked through the base members by other balls placed in the inertial striker case, and the volume between the plunger and tube is closed by a plug and filled with viscous flow material with the possibility of flowing through bushing openings of the plug.

SUBSTANCE: detonating fuze contains interrupting-arming circuits, firing circuit with detonating impression cap, located in the spring-actuated small engine, triggering circuit with detonating cap impression mechanism, inertia block with a detent, pyrotechnical press fittings, firing mechanism and at least one spring, installed so that to provide an opportunity for backward movement of inertia block with central sleeve locked in it. Firing mechanism consists of prong, spring and locking ball. The mechanism is located inside the central sleeve. Triggering circuit includes central sleeve with a bore for detent, capable of axial movement relative to inertia block and thrusting against pyrotechnical press fitting in the inertia block.

SUBSTANCE: trigger mechanism of an igniting device comprises a case, a percussion primer mounted in the cavity of said case, a spring-loaded firing pin having a groove and being capable of axial displacement, a spring-loaded inertial cylindrical shell capable of axial displacement and balls entering into contact with the groove of said firing pin. The case is provided with aligned holes and a guiding pin on its outer cylindrical surface, the axis of which is perpendicular to the axis of the shell. The firing pin groove has the form of two segments, one of which is inclined at an angle to the vertical axis. The inertial cylindrical shell embraces the case and has aligned slots on its end face portion and a Z-shaped through slot on its cylindrical surface. The balls come into contact with the case holes and inner cylindrical surface of the inertial cylindrical shell, the Z-shaped through slot of the inertial cylindrical shell comes into contact with the guiding pin, and the aligned slots on the end face portion of the inertial cylindrical shell come into contact with the balls when the shell is in its extreme position.

FIELD: impact-action fuses applicable in ammunition both of rifle and smoothbore guns.

SUBSTANCE: the impact fuse has a body, bushing with a cocking mechanism, sector-like slide rotating in the plane of the fuse axial section, striker with a safety spring and inertia body compressed in the service position to the bushing through the body for motion of the inertia body at an impact of the ammunition at an obstacle. The sector-like shape of the slide and location of the slide cocking spring in parallel with the fuse axis make it possible to minimize the fuse diametrical dimension. The fuse slide is blocked against an unauthorized turning by the striker piercing section, which enhances the fuse safety in service handling. Compression of the inertia body and the striker to the bushing through the body in service handling due to the impossibility of their motion enhances the fuse safety and prevents formation of dents on the body, which results in preservation of fuse sensitivity and enhancing of reliability of its action.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of fuse operation and safety in service handling of ammunition.
