SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of armaments and, in particular, to the means of initiation – low-voltage semiconductor electric detonators, and can be used as a small-sized weapon for initiating ammunition. Electric detonator contains a body with terminals. Inside the case there is a charge of explosive, initiator with terminals, three or more keys, made in the form of microelectric systems – MEMS keys. These keys are open in the initial position and are provided with the possibility of operation under overload. Electronic time block provides the possibility of counting the time of the overload. One of the MEMS keys is located in such a way, that the contact closure is provided under the effect of an overload exceeding the threshold level acting along the longitudinal axis of the electric detonator. One of the contacts of this MEMS key is connected to the electric detonator's current lead. Other contact is connected to the input of the electronic time block. Other two or more MEMS keys are electrically connected in series and arranged in such a way, that the closing of contacts is provided under the action of a centrifugal force when the electric detonator rotates about the longitudinal axis. These MEMS keys are arranged around the rotational axis of the electric detonator, preferably diametrically opposite. Chain of MEMS keys connected in series is connected to one side of the electronic time block by one side and connected to the electrical outlet of the initiator by the other side.

SUBSTANCE: ammunition of explosive type, which includes a housing with an explosive, a nose fuse including a housing, in which an arrangement is made for an explosive demolition command shaping sensor, a power source, an electronic unit, a detonator, a safety actuating mechanism including an electric detonator, in the housing of which there installed is an explosive charge and an initiator connected to the electronic unit. The explosive charge of the electric detonator consists of two portions: an output one which is made from the secondary explosive of high density and an initiating portion made from the following explosive: diperchlorate (5-nitrotetrazolato)pentaamine cobalt (III), which is conjugated to the initiator, which is represented by a semiconductor energy-converting element.

The bursting-type ammunition comprises a housing with explosive, a nose fuse, comprising a housing, which comprises the sensor of generating the command to disrupt, the power source, the electronic unit, the detonator, the fuse safety and arming mechanism, comprising a safety valve, a transfer charge, an electric detonator, in the housing of which an explosive charge is mounted, as well as an initiator coupled to the electronic unit. The explosive charge of the electric detonator consists of two samples: outlet, made from secondary high density explosive, and initiating sample, made of explosive diperchlorate (5 nitrotetrasolato)pentaamincobalt (III), conjugated with the initiator, which is used as a semiconductor element energy conversion element. Height of the initiating sample along the longitudinal axis of the charge is made following the condition of providing transition of the initiating sample combustion in the detonation when triggering of the semiconductor energy conversion element.

EFFECT: invention provides high reliability of combat operational and improved safety in the service operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of armaments, in particular to fuses for missile projectiles, mainly of valley fire systems. The fuse for missile projectiles comprises an inertial contactor, a power supply, a sensor of generation of command for demolition, the electronic unit, the detonator, the fuse safety and arming mechanism comprising a safety valve, an electric detonator, in the housing of which the explosive charge and the initiator are mounted, connected to the electronic unit. The explosive charge comprises two samples: outlet, made of secondary high density explosive, and the initiating sample made of explosive diperchlorate (5-nitrotetrasolato)pentaamincobalt (III), connected with the initiator, which is used as a semiconductor energy conversion element. Height of the initiating sample along the longitudinal axis of the charge is made following the condition of providing the transition of combustion of the initiating sample into the detonation when triggering of the semiconductor energy conversion element.

EFFECT: invention provides high reliability of combat use and improved safety in the service operation.

SUBSTANCE: electrical detonator has a casing containing an explosive charge in the form of weighed portions: an output charge made of a high-density secondary explosive and a triggering charge made of low-density deflagration explosive with an explosive jumper mounted on a plate with current leads. The trigger is the form of a semiconductor energy-converting device with stabilitrons.

EFFECT: improved performance, specifically efficiency, reliability and triggering speed of the electrical detonator, safer triggering of the electrical detonator from a static electric discharge.

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: independent energy-containing power source of an electronic fuse for small-calibre ammunition rounds is made as a voltaic battery comprising of a spring-actuated glass bulb filled with electrolyte, place inside a permeable bushing adjoining to the coaxial block of bipolar plate electrodes. At that the block is placed between negative and positive electrodes equipped with terminals. Moreover the bulb is capable of longitudinal displacement in respect to a firing pin at the case bottom and closed with a cap-type housing which is fixed by a flange inside the case and is rested on flat end of the bushing and block of electrodes. In permeable bushing there are reach-through holes in axial alignment with gaps between electrodes in the block of electrodes; longitudinal vanes are distributed alongside the inner perimeter. At that bipolar electrodes have ducts and reach-through holes in the permeable bushing are made alternatively in the shape of longitudinal slots at the height of the block of electrodes.

EFFECT: operating speed of the current source at multiple reduction of the warm-up period for electrolytic battery due to forced circulation of electrolyte inside the perforated bushing with its distributed delivery to the voltaic battery.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture electromechanical initiators includes formation of bridges simultaneously with electrodes on a substrate by application of a conducting coating, connection of a substrate with a dielectric film, and then with a dielectric plate, formation of holes in a plate, which correspond to location of bridges on the substrate, formation of electric contacts of initiators and subsequent separation of a produced joint into separate initiators or groups of initiators. Formation of holes in a dielectric plate and formation of electric contacts of initiators is carried out until a plate, a film and a substrate are connected. Formation of electric contacts of an initiator is carried out by cutting slots in a film and in a dielectric plate. The dielectric film is a polyimide film with a double-sided fluoroplastic coating. Coating thickness is 4-5 times less than the film thickness. Connection of the film, substrate and plate with holes is carried out by means of thermocompression welding. Connection of the substrate with the dielectric film is carried out under the pressure of (0.3±0.05) kgf/cm2, and with the dielectric plate - under pressure of (0.03±0.005) kgf/cm2.

FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises acceleration of striker of high-density hard material by blast products flowing from active charge end composed of long detonating charge shelled and/or naked via smooth channel connecting said active charge with passive detonating long charge in metal shell. High-rate impact of said striker over passive charge end initiates detonation therein. Note here that integral time of striker displacement and occurrence of transient processes from detonation wave initiation to its development to stationary speed should correspond to preset time of knocking command deceleration.

EFFECT: higher reliability and safety irrespective of knocking command delays and without extra power consumption, enhanced applications and performances.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises case with through cylindrical bore stopped by pressure cover from one side and by end plug with internal piston from opposite side. Transfer detonator charge features U-like shape and is composed of two radial channels in the piston body and axial channel communicating the later and accommodating explosive composition embedded and/or fitted therein. Booster charges are arranged on both ends of transfer charge. One boss of the device case accommodates electric fuse and transfer charge end device for transfer of detonation commands while cotter pin is fitted in another boss. Retainer is fitted in through holes made in the walls of the case and piston to retain both by pre-compressed cylindrical spring fitted in piston blind chamber on piston one side. Spacing between electric fuse and transfer charge end element complies with that between radial channels of said charge. End plug to be screwed in device case serves to adjust the piston stroke.

EFFECT: higher reliability, multi-purpose applications, simplified design, better manufacturability, reusable feature.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a component swinging relative to the journal axis, loading mechanism with a lever aligning the ammunition with the line of feeding to the bore, and an automatic setter of the ammunition fuse. The latter is installed an a lever. The head of the automatic setter of the ammunition fuse is made self-adjustable relative to the ammunition axis. The drive of the automatic setter of the ammunition fuse is made hydraulic-operated. FIELD: devices producing detonating moment for blasting of explosives of various ammunition and at blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a plate with two inlets and one outlet, coupled by a detonation duct. The ducts form between the first inlet and outlet a long and a short branches with linking of the second inlet to the short branch. Actuating elements destroying the detonation linkage are installed at the joints of the long and short branches and of the shot branch with the second inlet. The first inlet is coupled to the means of detonation excitation. The actuating element is made in the form of a charge of an igniting compound it is positioned at the joint of the short-branch and the second inlet and installed un the side of the detonation duct. A partition is made between the short and long branches at their joint, and a connector is made on the other side of the joint for its displacement under the action of a blast. The detonation duct and the actuating element at the joint of the long and short branches are made of a secondary explosive.
