System and method of mounting load-bearing outer supporting reinforced concrete wall panels

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to part of the structural system of a composite frame construction without girders, particularly to systems for mounting outer load-bearing reinforced concrete wall panels and method of mounting outer load-bearing reinforced concrete wall panels. The purpose of the proposed technical solution is to use it as a supporting reinforced concrete wall panel while erecting a building using the technology of composite frame construction without girders. The system for mounting load-bearing outer reinforced concrete wall panels includes connecting an embedded part located in the middle part of the upper end face of each load-bearing outer reinforced concrete wall panel by means of connecting elements to embedded parts located on both sides of the end cutout of the outer face of the upper flooring. Each load-bearing outer reinforced concrete wall panel is installed in mounting marks located on the outer edge of the lower flooring slab. Method for mounting the outer reinforced concrete wall panel includes installing each panel of a wall fencing in mounting marks located on the outer edge of the lower flooring slab, adjusting and fixing the wall panel in the upright position, installing a flooring slab of an upper level on the top end face of the wall panel, combining the embedded part of the panel with the cutout of the flooring slab of an upper level, connecting the embedded part of the panel with the embedded part of the flooring of an upper level, filling the niche with fine-grained concrete.

Besides it additionally comprises bed plate, in which upper and lower electromagnet drives are mounted in the form of two parallel installed sets of pair magnetic plates with windings that are joined to each other serially through single winding and making two separate circuits. Method for increase of bearing capacity of reinforced concrete building materials includes installation of steel armature frame in falsework or mold, pouring of concrete mix into falsework or mold. Steel armature frame is connected to positive pole of DC source, and additional electrode installed in body of molded reinforced concrete building structure is connected to negative pole of DC source. Therefore DC is passed through concrete with the help of such system of electrodes. Difference of potentials at poles of DC source is established and maintained at values by module that exceeds value of electrode potential of steel armature frame in liquid concrete 1.051.1 times, and DC is passed through concrete until its strength makes five - ten percents of design strength value.
