FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: underwater winch probe comprises a body with complex of measuring devices, a system for reception-transmission of information with radio communication equipment, a control system, electric power supply system, surfacing-immersion system made with the winch, to which drum a carrying cable is attached by one end connected by its other end to fixed or movable support in water so, that when the carrier cable is unwound from the drum, the probe moves upwards from the support under the action of its positive buoyancy, and when the carrier cable is wound on the drum, the probe moves to the support. In this case, in the durable body made in the form of a streamlined shape, an electric drive of the winch is placed, which shaft is connected to the which shaft fixed by means of radial-thrust bearing in the cover of the durable body and leaving the durable body outwards. The drum is mounted on the outer part of the winch shaft for reciprocating motion along the winch shaft by means of a rotary slide block installed directly in the drum and engaged with closed screw groove made on the winch shaft surface. The drum is locked against rotation around the winch shaft by means of at least one guide mounted on the durable body cover and freely passing through the drum body parallel to the axis of the winch shaft, wherein the guide functions for supporting the outer end of the winch shaft by means of a bearing. A carrier on outer end of the winch shaft behind supporting bearing is provided with guide roller for carrying the cable, one end of which is fixed to the drum, and a channel for passing this cable. The carrier is mounted so that it rotates with winch shaft which provides winding of the carrier cable on the drum and its unwinding from the drum during reversing motion of the drum along the winch shaft.

EFFECT: expansion of technical means, providing reliable functioning of underwater winch probe for a long period of time due to its compact and convenient structure which ensures uniform laying of the carrying cable during its winding on the winch drum.

Rope is transferred from one section of the drum into another section by deflecting assembly arranged at carriage travel distance. To exclude sag, every run of the rope is passed through four-link carriage pulley system pivoted to support perpendicular to drum axis and comprising two fixed deflecting pulleys and moving pulley coupled by flexible thread via deflecting pulleys fitted on the support with weight.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water craft and can be used to detect tsunami waves on the open ocean. The apparatus includes a platform (1) fitted with a buoy (11). The platform (1) is provided with a buoyancy function and the capacity to maintain a given underwater horizon through vessels (2) connected to the platform and by hoses (3, 4) to a cylinder (5) with compressed gas and a water pump (6). The platform (1) is fitted with a pressure sensor (7) (i.e. tsunami sensor), a control unit (8), a power supply unit (9) and a unit (10) for processing signals from the pressure sensor (7). The buoy (11) is linked to the platform by a cable-coupler (15). The buoy (11) is provided with a self-contained immersion and emersion system (12), a navigation signal receiver (13) and a transmitter (14) for transmitting information via a satellite channel.

EFFECT: faster notification of a tsunami wave owing to the proximity of the measurement equipment to the forecast earthquake source.

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: measurement system for research of small-scale turbulence in a near-surface layer of the sea comprises a stationary platform and an instrument container with sensor connected to measurement equipment fixed on the specified horizon in the near-surface layer of the sea. The instrument container is installed as capable of fixation on any specified horizons in the near-surface layer of the sea. It is provided with a facility to control its position and is fixed vertically in a cardan of a load frame made in the form of a ring arranged horizontally, to which three flexible ties are attached symmetrically around the circle, one of which is a cable-rope, which is connected to sensors and the facility for control of the position of the instrument container and is pulled through the unit fixed at the end of the boom, which is fixed by its other end on the lower deck of the platform with the possibility of rising upwards in the vertical plane relative to the place of fixation. Further the cable-rope is pulled via the unit fixed on the lower deck of the platform on the line of the boom axis, and via a hoist with a current collector is connected to measurement equipment installed on the platform. Each of two other flexible ties is pulled via one of units fixed on the lower deck of the platform symmetrically relative to the line of the boom axis. These two units with a unit fixed at the end of the boom, in plan are tops of an equilateral triangle. Then each of two mentioned flexible ties is connected to one of two other hoists installed on the platform. A streamlined weight of specified mass is fixed to the lower part of the instrument container on a sling of specified length.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and reliability of research of specified near-surface layer of the sea due to provision of stabilisation of sensors in space at the specified horizon with the possibility of their further movement and stable installation at any other specified horizons, and also due to reduction of labour inputs in manufacturing of a system and possibility of its operation without diving.

SUBSTANCE: anchored profiling underwater observatory is linked with a control station and consists of: a subsurface buoy anchored by a steel buoy line which serves as the moving line for the profiling carrier, having a set of measuring sensors, a central microcontroller unit, an electric drive, and which moves on the moving line; a system for digital communication via a contactless inductive tap-in on the moving line, a surface buoy-guidepost with modems for transmission of data and telemetric information via a radio link, a hydroacoustic opening switch of the anchor ballast. On the moving line, over the hydroacoustic opening switch of the anchor ballast, there is a lower spherical buoy, having a modem for a hydroacoustic link inside it, an electric drive linked to a telescopic device, at the end of which a seismometer is mounted. The profiling carrier further includes sensors for determining content of hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, alpha-, beta- and gamma-radioactivity.

EFFECT: improved operating conditions, broader functional capabilities of the underwater observatory.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to procedure of ocean research by autonomous and automatic submarine stations of anchored type. Method involves probe movement within buoy with the use of changes and control of ratio of multidirectional forces, water displacement and weight, affecting the unit in vertical direction. The same forces unfold buoy rope, a cable link of assembly elements, into cable vertical during setting submersion. Device includes case with deformable ballast tank, probe drive consisting of ballast loading and discharge device with microcontroller, electric power source. Discharge device consists of mobile part in the form of gate valve in lower base of the case. Loading device in the upper base of the case includes loading choke which, in the upper position of ballast loading, enters immobile part of loading device, a constrictor connected to ballast injector attached rigidly on the floater and controlled by microcontroller. Constrictor embraces the choke tightly to form tight connection to the supply line of injector made in the form of water accumulation dosing cylinder.

EFFECT: repeated use of equipment in hydrophysical measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of monitoring an underwater environment. The method of using rocket-propelled radiosonic buoys from surface vessels to monitor an underwater environment by arranging buoys in a circle, includes determining the coordinates of the centre of the circle, using a computer to determine the radius of the circle, the required number of buoys and coordinates of thereof, loading a launcher with the required number of rocket-propelled radiosonic buoys, solving, at firing control devices, launcher guiding tasks to perform firing, guiding the launcher for firing to a first point, supplying power to pyrotechnic cartridges for firing the rocket-engine of the rocket-propelled radiosonic buoys, firing the first rocket-propelled radiosonic buoy, guiding the launcher and firing a rocket-propelled radiosonic buoy to the next points, using signals from buoys after water touchdown and beginning of operation thereof. The computer calculates the radius of the sector in which movement of an underwater object is located, the required number of buoys and coordinates thereof.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to search and underwater engineering work in the presence of a continuous ice cover in the region of an accident at an underwater facility, e.g. a submarine vessel. The method is based on transmitting acoustic signals in an aquatic environment. A signalling device is connected to a buoy by a strong cable, e.g. Kevlar; an article is shot through a torpedo launcher or released by a locking device from the body of the carrier, wherein the buoy floats to the ice surface, and the signalling device, which lies on the required level of propagation of sound waves, is triggered by a code signal for radiation. The device for transmitting a signal on an under-ice accident over a hydroacoustic channel by mounting the signalling device at a given depth includes a buoy. The buoy is equipped with a synthetic cable of given length, which is tied to the signalling device to hold said device at a depth of the area of the underwater audio channel, wherein the buoy floats and is pressed to the lower edge of the ice.

EFFECT: considerably easier search and rescue operations on submarine vessels in Arctic conditions by increasing the range of the signal of the emergency signalling device.
