SUBSTANCE: wave transmission contains an elliptical wave former, a flexible wheel mounted on rollers placed on the wave former, and a rigid gear wheel. The flexible wheel is made with an annular rib at the end, and the grooves on it are made with cylindrical surfaces along the edges and are arranged symmetrically in two rows on each side of the gear ring, with one set of grooves half offset.

EFFECT: increased loading capacity of the wave transmission.

The electric drive reducer contains the first reduction with a sun pinion (42) being engaged with one planet gearing (46) rotating around the respective shaft (47) is located in a drum (45). The planet gearing is engaged with a fixed wheel (48) to rotate the drum around an axis of rotation (X4). The reducer also contains the first guiding device (43) used both for rotation of the sun pinion (42), and for rotating the drum (45) around the axis of rotation (X4).

EFFECT: noise suppression and improvement of reliability of the device is achieved.

SUBSTANCE: plunger reducer with roller ways comprises a wave generator, a stationary rigid gear wheel, a wheel in the form of ring-separator interacting with the said wheel, prismatic plungers are set in the grooves of the ring-separator wheel and are able of radial movement, holes where rolling bodies are installed, are provided in the ring-separator parallel to its axis and tangentially to the guide surfaces of its grooves.

SUBSTANCE: wave gear comprises a cam, a flexible bearing, flexible and rigid gears. According to the first version, a recess is provided above rolling bodies on the inner surface of the flexible gear. According to the second version, the recess is provided on the outer surface of the outer race of the flexible bearing. The recess height is chosen so that to prevent contact between the outer race of the flexible bearing and the flexible gear in the said recess in the course of operation at the deformation of links. The recess can be of different shape.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the harmonic tight drive of vacuum process equipment. Method of manufacturing and assemblage/disassemblage of harmonic tight drive means flexible bearing installation on the flexible tight link without deformation. During installation the bearing is mandatory deformed to ellipse shape. External tight orthogonal-stepped or smooth enclosure executed function of tightness assurance. The internal non-tight smooth enclosure executes function of the power load transfer. The enclosures are arranged concentrically and are interfaced with relative mobility. The device implementing the method of manufacturing and assemblage/disassemblage of harmonic tight drive is made in form of pipe. The pipe is installed on the ring belt of the internal non-tight enclosure with relative mobility and is made with one toothed rim. The rigid tooth-wheel of the output link is made double.

EFFECT: lesser amplitude of links vibration is ensured, they have increased vibration strength and tightness.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vacuum process equipment. Harmonic tight drive includes tightly connected casing and made as single part installation flange, bottom and input and output links, flexible tight link deformed by the external elliptical generator of waves of forced deformation, made in form of two peak contour and installed in contour of the flexible bearing, flexible tight link, two-wave toothing made by rims of the engaging wheels. Output, flexible tight and input links are made with double supports, flexible tight link is divided and made assembled from fixed, installed one on another with relative mobility of bolted thin-wall enclosures, and are provided with individual functions. The flexible tight enclosure executes function of tightness assurance, and internal non-tight enclosure executes function of the power load transfer. Invention describes device and sequence of operations of assemblage/disassemblage of harmonic tight drive and scope of its application.

EFFECT: reduced amplitudes of links vibration, increased links rigidity, vibration stability and strength, increased tightness and drive service life.

The gear drive contains at least two engaged cylindrical gearwheels (1, 2) with helical crown (3, 4) and teeth width (b). The first cylindrical gearwheel (1) has teeth profile (3a) at diameter of top circle (DK1), and second cylindrical gearwheel (2) has teeth profile (4a) with diameter of dedendum circle (DF2). At that the first cylindrical gearwheel (1) on each tooth has at least one shoulder (5) of tooth profile (3a) partially covering the tooth width and going beyond the diameter of the top circle (DK1). The shoulder has at least one thrust face (5a) to accept the axial forces.

Side surfaces of teeth of the both wheels have work sides (3, 4), by means of their interaction the rotation movement is transferred, and non-work sides (5, 6). Non-work end profiles (7, 8) creating by crossing of the non-work sides with plane at right angle to axis G of the wheel rotation, have engagement angles αnp1 and αnp2, there values exceed values of engagement angle α of work end profiles (9, 10).

EFFECT: invention allows increasing of load-carrying capacity of durability of gear operation.

Between the satellites the thrust roller bearing (14) is installed.

Proposed transmission contains high-speed shaft 1 and slow-speed shaft 2, eccentric 3, stationary central wheel 9 with internal shaped profile, holder 7 with radial slots, roller intermediate links 8 placed in slots, cam 4 and additional cam 10. Cam 4 with shaped profile on outer surface is installed on eccentric 3 of high-speed shaft 1 through antifriction bearing and is in mechanical contact with roller intermediate links 8. Additional cam 10 is rigidly coupled with slow-speed shaft 2 and is turned relative to cam 4. Number of lobes of cam 4 is equal to number of lobes of additional cam 10 and differs from number of roller intermediate links 8.

SUBSTANCE: proposed reduction gear has housing 2 with covers 1, detachable horizontal shafts 5 and vertical shafts 10 and 11 with gears 7 and 9. Housing 2 is provided with cavities 6 for gears 7 with holes 3 and mounting seats for horizontal shafts 5 and mounting seats for vertical seats 10 and 11 in center of housing. Mounting seats for vertical upper shaft 11 and lower shaft 10 are made in centers of covers 1. Shafts 5 are located symmetrically and they are diametrically opposite relative to circle. Gears 9 of vertical shafts 10 and 11 are thrown into engagement with all gears 7 of horizontal shafts 5.

All the pinions are mounted on output shaft (1) via bearings (9), (19), and (20). Satellite pinion (5) is made of a spring whose turns have a round concave profile. Central pinions (4) and (7) are made of springs the turns of which have round convex profile and which are welded to define a single structure. SUBSTANCE: planet high-power reduction gear comprises housing (1), low-speed shaft made in block with carrier (5), satellites, solar wheel (14), and floating central wheel (2) that is composed of two rims whose teeth are directed oppositely. Solar wheel (14) is secured to driving wheel (13). Housing (1) of the reduction gear is made in block with the common intermediate link provided with inner teeth for receiving the floating central wheel (2) having outer teeth (gearing compensating clutch). The outer diameter of carrier (5) is provided with two end pins for rolling bearings to engage carrier (5) with low-speed shaft through them. The carrier is provided with the central setting opening for receiving driving shaft with solar wheel (14) mounted on the rolling bearings and coaxially-radial setting single-sided openings for receiving satellite gearing compensating clutches (8) mounted on the rolling bearings. Carrier (5) from the side of driving shaft (13) has bearing radially face flange (15) which connects driving shaft (13) and axles with the satellite gearing compensating clutches (8).
