SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluids and solutions spraying devices. Acoustic nozzle are made in form of acoustic sprayers and contain case with located inside generator of acoustic fluctuations in form of nozzle and resonator, pipes for air and liquid, the acoustic oscillation generator is made in the form of a conical nozzle coaxial with the body and having an annular throttle opening with an outside diameter dc, formed by a cut of the nozzle and a resonator rod of diameter dart. and an annular volume resonator of length h, formed by a resonator rod and a cylindrical hollow with an external diameter dp in the fastening element, wherein the space cavity cavity is spaced apart from the nozzle cutoff at a distance b, and the air supply port is perpendicular to the axis of the housing and is connected to the annular hollow, formed by the roller and the inner surface of the housing, while the roller is secured with a cage with throttling holes coaxial with the ring throttle opening, and a resonator rod is coaxially fixed, and the sprayed liquid is supplied through a branch pipe perpendicular to the axis of the housing into an annular hollow formed by the casing and the outer surface of the nozzle, one end of the casing being made solid and connected to the casing, and at the other end, which surrounds the conical nozzle, are throttled openings coaxial with the ring throttle opening, while on the side opposite to the resonator there is an adjusting device in the form of a handwheel with an oil seal that is mounted on the free end of the roller, and the ratio of the length h of the annular hollow resonator to the distance b from the open surface of the hollow of the resonator up to the nozzle cut lies in the optimal range of values h/b = 0.7÷1.3; outer diameter ratio dp annular cavity resonator to diameter dst the external cylindrical surface of the resonator rod lies in the optimal range of values: dp/dst = 1.2÷1.9; ratio of diameter dc of the circular throttle orifice of the nozzle to diameter dst of the external cylinder surface of the resonator rod is within optimal range of values: dc/dst = 1.1÷1.7, an external diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing and an internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastening element of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator bar so that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular volume resonator.

Ultrasound powder atomiser is arranged at drying chamber bottom. Atomiser discharge pipe is located above gas-distributing plate with higher density of orifices nearby the atomiser and lower density nearby the chamber. Atomiser inlet is connected with syringe pump to feed initial stock and with peristaltic pump to feed water as coolant. Drying agent inlet pipe is located below gas-distributing plate and communicated with heat-exchanger-heater outlet the inlet of which is connected to adsorption drier outlet. Drier is connected via main line filter with compressor. Drying chamber top tap is communicated via connection pipe with cyclone connected in its turn with electric filter.

Proposed method comprises controlling amplitude of current representing difference between current in oscillation system transducer piezoelectric elements and capacitive component of said current caused by intrinsic electrical capacitance of piezoelectric elements. In comprises also increasing or decreasing amplitude of voltage fed from electronic generator to piezoelectric transducer proceeding from comparison of fluid impedance values controlled by current and voltage, said fluid being sprayed at mean arithmetic impedance measured prior to spraying, and piezoelectric transducer intrinsic impedance. Voltage is increased or decreased unless measured impedance equals means arithmetic valued between that measured prior to spraying and said intrinsic impedance.

Inner cavity of said converter has chamber to contain fluid to be dispersed. Said case has axis of symmetry, micro perforated membrane and piezoelement. Membrane is attached to first end to close the hole. Piezoelement is arranged to cause vibration of piezoelectric converter case. Piezoelement is arranged nearby said second end to cause vibration of piezoelectric converter case in direction parallel with its axis of symmetry.

Device incorporates also an appliance to act on fluid in the device inlet during ejection with pressure exceeding the first threshold pressure, at which fluid flows through spraying head when it is not subjected to vibrations, and smaller than second threshold pressure at which fluid flows through oscillating spraying head.

FIELD: biotecnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, medicine, perfume industry, to production of medicinal and biologically active substances. Aim of invention is to create method of obtaining powders of liquid-soluble substances with submicrone particle sizes with close to monodispersive fraction composition without using deep freezing of material. For this purpose method of obtaining powders of micronised particles includes dissolving of substance in liquid and its further dispersion. Process of dispersion is carried out by means of ultrasound aerosol generator. Obtained aerosol fog is dried in flow of gaseous carrier. Dried particles of powder, used to obtain micronised particles, are concentrated by filtration through microporous material with pore size smaller than size of micronised powder particles.

EFFECT: preservation of biologically active compounds in final products as in process of its obtaining no extraneous chemical substances or impact of increased temperatures are used, and average density of ultrasound energy does not exceed values leading to changes of substance properties.

SUBSTANCE: ultrasound aerosol generator comprises aerosol chamber composed of upper and lower parts and ultrasonic transducer installed in lower chamber part. Ultrasonic transducer is also used as container for working liquid. Piezoelectric ultrasound emitter is sealed in transducer bottom. Air inlet orifice provided with fan is formed in side wall or bottom of lower chamber part. Supplying device used to maintain necessary level in transducer cup is arranged in upper chamber part. Aerosol discharge channel is located above the transducer and arranged coaxial thereto. Aerosol discharge channel is formed as a tube with end located above working liquid level. Generator created aerosol particles having dimensions of 0.1 - 10 mcm.

EFFECT: possibility to obtain fine aerosol particles, provision of practically laminar aerosol flow and full discharge thereof due to recombination processes elimination, namely due to prevention of fine aerosol particles conversion into large ones by conglutination thereof.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the injector for the liquid, to the container and the device for extermination of the creeping hexapods. The problem of the invention is development of the injector for the liquid, which ensures the state of the contact without the tension or loading between it and the liquid feeding component, that the contact at the redundant or incorrect pressure of the wick on the liquid releasing component should not hinder the vibrating motion of the liquid releasing component. The injector contains the body for connection with the container contacting the sputtered liquid, the liquid releasing component connected to the body for the contact with the liquid feeding component for feeding the liquid to the liquid releasing component, and the vibration drive connected with the liquid releasing component for actuation of the liquid releasing component so, that to generate the sputtered spray of the liquid. The injector contains the flexible component passing from the external perimeter of the liquid releasing component to the internal wall of the body to provide the flexible connection between the body and the liquid releasing component. At that the flexible component is located so that to ensure the stable working contact between the liquid releasing component and the liquid feeding component. The technical result of the invention is provision of the possibility of the uniform and regular feeding of the liquid to the releasing component irrespective of the operational conditions or inclination of the device during the operation.

FIELD: ventilation, wet dust collection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas-dust cleaning of air-borne emissions. The system consists of case, placed horizontally and with a cylindrical shape with a contact zone, length of one contact zone, on the left of the central part of which, in series along the axis of the case, there are at least two atomisers, while on the right part of the case, after the contact zone, with length of one contact zone, there is drip pan with a sink in the lower part of the case. In each atomiser there are connection pipes for compressed air and connection pipes for water with sealing and regulating valves, joining the connection pipes to collectors, respectively located in the pipelines carrying water and compressed air. Each of the collectors is equipped with manometers for monitoring pressure of the water and compressed air. The atomisers are in the form of acoustic atomisers for atomising liquids, and consist of case. Inside the case there is generator of acoustic oscillations in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, made in the form of concentric ring-shaped apertures, located on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the case. A ring with a conical surface is joined to the case, and serves as the nozzle for atomised liquid. The atomiser serves to form a film of liquid, covering the output of the generator, and is mounted in the case using a hollow bar with a screwed swirler at the end and a pad for mounting a ring-shaped platform, on which liquid flows out from the atomiser. The resonator has at least one extra spherical cavity, located in the wall of the ring. The spherical cavity is linked with a calibrated aperture with a ring-shaped aperture, formed by the butt end surfaces of the case and ring from the side of the conical surface. The ring is put with provision for fixed displacement along the axis of the case through a threaded connection.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness and reliability of the process of dust collection through increasing the degree of dispersion of the liquid using the atomisers.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the method of wet dust collection and may be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of dusted gases. Acoustic system of gas and dust cleaning of aerial effluents contains casing, which is installed horizontally and which has cylindrical form with the contact zone in the central part, on the left of which, serially along the casing axis, at least two sprayers are installed, and in the right part of casing, after the contact zone there is drop catcher installed with the drain in the bottom part of casing. Nozzles are connected to every sprayer for compressed air and nozzles for water with stop and control valves that connect nozzles with headers that are accordingly installed in pipelines that supply water and compressed air, at that every of headers is equipped with manometers for control of water and compressed air pressure. Sprayers represent acoustic sprayers that contain casing with installed inside generator of sound oscillations of ultrasonic frequency range in the form of nozzle and annular volumetrical resonator. Casing of sprayers is made in the form of vertically installed cylindrical bushing, in the top part of which tube is installed for air supply, and tube for liquid supply is installed perpendicularly to its axis. Inside casing, coaxially to it, bushing is rigidly fixed with top and bottom flanges, at that the bottom flange is rigidly fixed in the bore made in casing. Inside bushing, coaxially to it, there is rod installed with diameter d, at the end of which annular volumetrical resonator is pressed, made in the form of cup with conical surface, and in tail part of rod fixing discs are installed that interact with internal surface of bushing. In the bottom flange there is at least one nozzle at the angle to the axis of resonator, the value of which lies in the following interval of values: 20°-40°, at that continuation of nozzle axis lies on circumference located in the middle part of resonator conical surface.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: in method of liquid spraying ultrasonic oscillations of higher mode are excited in oscillating system of transducer-concentrator by introduction of ultrasonic oscillations into liquid layer. Then they are resonantly transformed into double-sided longitudinal oscillations in concentrator neutral part. Then sprayed liquid is introduced to one or two working butt ends of concentrator. Device for method implementation includes annular piezoelectric transducer and concentrator. Transducer represents annular piezoelectric cell. Concentrator includes double-staged cylindrical section and double-staged conical section installed in it. In cylindrical section internal stage has larger thickness than the external one. In conical section conical stages form deepening. Opening is provided along concentrator axis, which is connected with liquid-supplying tube by radial opening. External cylindrical surface of concentrator is rigidly connected to internal cylindrical surface of piezoelectric cell.

EFFECT: possibility to prepare fine-dispersed aerosol.

SUBSTANCE: in acoustic sprayer for solutions resonator is arranged in the form of at least one spherical cavity installed in end surface of casing that faces distribution head. Spherical cavity is connected by calibration opening with clearance between vertical opening in end surface of casing and distribution head rod. In section that is perpendicular to rod axis clearance has annular section. Distribution head is arranged in the form of casing with cover in the form of truncated cones that are joined with large bases. Header in the form of cylindrical cavity is installed in the casing, and it is connected by annular channel that is formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and coaxial openings of the same diameter that are accordingly arranged in cover and casing of distribution head, with at least three channels for solution outlet that evenly distributed along circumference and perpendicular to rod axis. Cut of openings is installed on conical surface of distribution head cover, the angle of incline of which determines root angle of sprayed solution torch.

EFFECT: higher spraying efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: sprayer includes case, piezo converter acting as oscillator, and spraying unit in the form of thin resilient metal rod with bent end. Bent section of the rod interacts with free surface of sprayed fluid, surface tension forces of which wet the rod section with a thin fluid layer. It connects piezo converter to sound frequency oscillator to excite rod oscillations. At certain rod oscillation frequencies the fluid layer on the rod surface is affected by vibro-wave stretching and spraying mainly close to the bent rod end.

SUBSTANCE: proposed acoustic scrubber incorporates a housing made up of the upper and lower sections, a branch pipe to feed dusty gas, a mist eliminator furnished with a centrifugal swirler and a branch pipe to withdraw liquid from the aforesaid mist eliminator, a spraying system, plates with a vibrator and a stabiliser, a cyclic-spraying nozzle and a mud collector. The aforesaid stabiliser cells are square, while the stabilizer hs to cell width bs ratio exists in the range of hs/bs = 1.5 to 1.8. The plates are mare either perforated with the plate thickness bp to hole diameter dh ratio equal to hp/dh=0.5 to 1.5 slit-like with the plate thickness-to-slit width ratio in the range of hp/bh=0.8 to 1.5. The housing height H to housing diameter D ratio exists in the optimum range of H/D=4.0 to 6.5, while the housing diameter D to mist eliminator diameter d1 lies in the range of D/D1=1.2 to 1.25 and the housing diameter D to inlet and outlet branch pipe diameters B1 exists in the range of D/B1=2.0 to 2.5. The spraying system represents an acoustic nozzle incorporating a casing housing an ultra-sound frequency oscillation generator made up of a nozzle and an annular cavity resonator. The nozzle casing represents a vertical cylindrical sleeve with its upper part accommodating an air feed pipe. Note that a liquid feed pipe is arranged perpendicular to the aforesaid pipe, and the sleeve with top and bottom flanges is rigidly secured inside the housing and aligned with it. The aforesaid bottom flange is rigidly secured in the housing groove. The rod is arranged inside the aforesaid sleeve and aligned with it, the rod end being furnished with the aforesaid cavity resonator pressed therein and representing a taper-surface cup and the rod tail being furnished with locating plates to interact with the sleeve inner surface. The aforesaid lower flange accommodates, at least, one nozzle arranged at the angle to the cavity resonator axis varying 20°÷40°. Note here that the nozzle axis continuation lies on the circumference located at the resonator taper surface center.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability provided for by increasing spraying efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: proposed taper nozzle scrubber incorporates a housing with a dusty and a purified gas branch pipe, a nozzle spraying system, a bearing and constricting plates with an adapter arranged there between, a mist eliminator representing an adapter layer fitted between the aforesaid plates and a mud separator. Note here that the bearing plates are elastic and the aforesaid adapter arranged above the lower bearing plate is made in elastic materials and represents hollow polyethylene balls or a helical line cut on a spherical surface of the said balls. Note also that the vibrator is arranged on the said lower bearing plate. The aforesaid spraying system represents an acoustic nozzle incorporating a casing housing a cavity resonator to generate acoustic oscillations and air-and-liquid feed nozzles. The casing is made up of an upper cylindrical and lower parts jointed together by, at least, two rods, the upper part accommodating a union with cylindrical and taper aligned orifices to feed a spraying agent, for example, air. Note that the said union inside accommodates the said nozzle furnished with the central liquid feed orifice and aligned with the union, the said nozzle being rigidly locked by the locking plates interacting with the said liquid feed central orifice inner surface. The rod is arranged inside the aforesaid sleeve and aligned with it, the rod end being furnished with the aforesaid cavity resonator pressed therein and representing a taper-surface cup and the rod tail being furnished with locating plates to interact with the sleeve inner surface. The aforesaid lower flange accommodates, at least, one nozzle arranged at the angle to the cavity resonator axis varying 20°÷40°. Note here that the nozzle axis continuation lies on the circumference located at the resonator taper surface center.
