SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting equipment and is designed for use in automatic systems of fire-fighting by generation of a high-expansion polydisperse foam under conditions of room smoke screening by blockage of quick-burning products with a high-expansion polydisperse foam. Foaming generator with a mesh cutter comprises a sprayer which consists of a throttling washer with an annular flange facing towards a fitting with a flange perpendicular to the axis of the throttling washer and the axis of a hole made in the fitting. In the throttling washer there is one central through hole and at least two concentrically circumferentially arranged rows of through holes, and there are nozzles in concentrically circumferentially arranged rows of through hole of the throttling washer. Passage sections of the through holes and corresponding channels for the supply of liquid in the nozzles are the same.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of spraying a fire-fighting liquid solution of a foaming agent (a high-expansion polydisperse foam).

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal atomiser with counter swirling flows contains a casing with vortex chambers and nozzle. The casing is made in form of the union with hole for liquid supply from main line and rigidly connected with it cylindrical coaxial sleeve with external thread. In the sleeve cone and cylindrical cavities are installed in series, they are coaxial with hole for liquid supply. Coaxially with casing in its bottom part a nozzle is connected, it is made in form of two-stage centrifugal cylindrical swirler connected with output cone chamber of the nozzle and separated from the hole for liquid supply by the perforate partition, secured at the end surface of the swirler casing. The partition looks towards the liquid supply, at that the first stage of the swirler is located in its top part, and contains cylindrical chamber with coaxially installed rod and secured on it helical plate. At that rod is secured in centre of the perforate partition. Second stage of the swirler is located coaxially with the first one and is made by ring cylindrical chamber connected is series with the cylindrical chamber of the swirler first stage, and has tangential inputs for liquid supply via the cylindrical ring cavity made by the casing of the swirler and cylindrical cavity of the sleeve. On the cone surface of the output cone chamber of the nozzle the screw thread is cut with direction of the flow swirling, opposite to direction of two-stage centrifugal cylindrical swirler.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, maintenance and repair of machines and parts due to highly intensive cavitation saturation of a liquid jet. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that a high frequency atomiser comprising a casing with a mixing chamber, a nozzle communicated with the mixing chamber, flow swirling units, a swirler, spacers with axial spiral channels, is equipped by a dynamic cavitator at the output nozzle, the cavitator provides for the saturation of a jet coming out of the atomiser nozzle by cavitation masses. The dynamic cavitator is made as a resilient plate set perpendicular to the nozzle axis at the height of ≈0.3 nozzle diameter, the specified natural vibration frequency of the unit is equal to approximately 120 Hz. The total pressure at the atomiser nozzle output shall be not less than the cavitation threshold value.

EFFECT: invention provides for high quality cleaning of surfaces without cleaning agents being used.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler nozzle-activator comprises a housing and a deflector attached to the helical rack. The deflector is in the form of a bladed disc which blades are made on elliptic curves, the output edges of which are directed tangentially to the outer surface of the disc. The height of the blades corresponds to the required flow rate through the sprinkler nozzle-activator. In the interlobe space the spirals of left-hand orientation are fixed. Fixing the deflector to the housing is arranged by means of bolts, for this purpose on the deflector disc the protrusions are provided with the holes. The height of the protrusions is equal to the height of the blades, and the shape of the protrusions corresponds to the curved shape of the blades. In the central part of the blade disc a flow divider is fixed through the screws, made in the form of a surface of rotation of a parabola z2=px near the axis z.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of irrigation using fine and drip sprinkling, and can be used in the mobile installations to ensure rain with drops size permitted for sprinkling of wide spectrum of crop. In the cascade-wave sprinkler the casing is made detachable, connected out of two halves by ribs using bolted joints. In internal cavity of the casing the deflector pole is installed by cone tip upwards. The deflector contains arc-shape fixtures to internal side of the casing of the wave blades connected with the casing by screws. The wave blades are made as segmental, and are secured on the casing wall by cascades. The blades are secured to the casing wall along the helical line with left hand direction. In bottom part of the casing the cone replaceable sprinkler with water catching aprons is secured using flanges. The water catching aprons are deflected from the wall of the cone replaceable sprinkler at some angle. The rear guide wall is made as per curve of the function y=arctgx, where y is coordinate of the curve point through vertical, x is coordinate of the curve point through horizontal. The water catching aprons are directed CCW by the input windows and are connected with water outlet holes. Face wall of the water outlet holes is made at angle towards wall of the cone replaceable sprinkler. Top edge of the water catching aprons has cut parallel to the wall of the replaceable cone sprinkler.

In each row at least three holes are made, and diameters of holes decrease from the auger axis to peripheral holes, and in the large diameter sleeve coaxially with it an union is installed, it is rigidly secured in it via the sealing gasket. The spreader is of pin type in the form of a truncated tetrahedron attached to the end face surface of the captive nut. The tetrahedron ribs are pins with blades with stops being mounted on them. Thus rotation of blades is provided due to the flows outgoing from a throttle plate with a nozzle jet. The tetrahedron base ribs are also connected to the blades with stops being mounted on them, by the pins.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal swirl atomiser containing casing, captive nut, insert with tangential channels tapering along the flow, vortex chamber, nozzle and disk. The insert and disk are made out of metal-ceramics. In the end surface of the captive nut a central hole is made axisymmetric to the casing. The insert has tangential channels located in the plane perpendicular to the casing axis, and vortex chamber. Throttle hole is located in the bottom part of the insert. The disk is adjacent to end face of the insert at side of the tangential channels perpendicular to the casing axis. To the end face of the captive nut the plate sprayer is secured, it contains plates at right angle to the casing axis and parallel with each other. It has central hole, and second plate is made continuous and is secured to the first by means of the fasteners. Second continuous plate is made perforated and convex towards end face of the captive nut.

The insert has tangential channels located in the plane perpendicular to the casing axis. The vortex chamber is connected with the tangential channels. The disk is adjacent to end face of the insert at side of the tangential channels perpendicular to the casing axis. To the end surface of the captive nut a plate sprayer is secured axisymmetric to the casing. Top cylindrical step of the latter is threaded to central core arranged with clearance relative to inner surface of cylindrical sleeve and made up of cylindrical section with ball segment fitted by the pin at its bottom and aligned therewith. Said ball segment has restricting holes with their axes locates along radii of spherical surface that form said ball segment while circular clearance is communicated with, at least, three radial channels made in two-step sleeve to communicate with circular chamber formed by inner surface of the sleeve and outer surface of top cylindrical sleeve.
