FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: mould set contains a water-absorbing matrix located in a metal frame, a core and a boosting unit. At that, the water-absorbing matrix is made of a porous polymer that fills the entire volume formed by the outer contour of the workpiece and the frame. In the body of the matrix, there are channels with a diameter from 2 to 15 mm, located from the base of the frame to the working surface of the matrix. The distance between the centers of the channels, as well as from the working surface of the matrix to the end of the channel, is from 15 to 40 mm. The matrix in the area of the frame base is made with a gap, and the frame has branch pipes for supplying air and water under pressure to this gap. The boosting unit contains a branch pipe for feeding slurry under pressure.

EFFECT: increased productivity of mould sets for forming complex ceramic workpieces.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: equipment comprises a polymer mould with side walls and a bottom and a template made with the possibility of installation inside the mould and having side walls, external dimensions of which correspond to internal dimensions of side walls of the mould, and at least one partition between them to create compartments. The method to manufacture multicoloured tiles consists in the fact that the cement-sand mixture is laid into the mould in layers, first forming the face layer of the tile by filling the appropriate compartments of the template installed in the mould, to the specified height, with cement-sand mixtures of different colours. Then the template is taken out from the mould, and the bearing layer of the tile is formed by filling of the remaining part of the mould with a one-colour cement-sand mixture, afterwards the mould with the cement-sand mixture is exposed to vibration effect with subsequent hardening of this mixture, and the finished product is extracted from the mould.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to simplify equipment design and to reduce labour intensiveness of the process for manufacturing of multicoloured tiles.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to production of construction materials and may be used in producing cellular concrete mix. Proposed method includes loading the following components: binding materials, filler, water, gas-forming agent, their mixing in mixer and measuring mix viscosity in mixing. Water is divided into two parts, one making, at least, 90% of total weight. First part of water is used in loading cellular concrete components. Required mix viscosity is set at the moment of loading gas-forming agent and compared with measured viscosity to get differential signal. Time of starting mixing is set after which permission is generated for transmission of differential signal to regulator input for conversion and further transmission to additional dispenser to meter out second portion of water into mixer and required mix viscosity is set at the moment of loading gas-forming agent.

EFFECT: higher quality due to setting required mix viscosity before loading gas-forming agent.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of moulding. Mould includes inserts and fixing element, is equipped with external and internal metal bodies joined to each other by external and internal platforms. At the same time external metal body consists of upper cone-shaped part and internal platform. Internal metal body consists of upper cone-shaped part and lower protruding part in the form of external platform, arranged one above another along perimetre of internal platform of external metal body. One of inserts is arranged in the form of external insert-matrix, the other is arranged as internal and cavity-forming. Both inserts are arranged as elastic from thermoplastic composition of polyvinyl chloride and dibutyl phthalate and are connected to each other to produce single monolithic matrix with relief pattern. At the same time external elastic insert-matrix from external side are arranged as cone-shaped, on its upper cone-shaped part there is an elastic visor installed, which is tightly adjacent to external metal body with the possibility to retain external elastic insert-matrix in external metal body of mould. Internal elastic cavity-forming insert in upper part has a protrusion with size that provides for creation of through technological hole in products of any size and configuration.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the methods of production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum and may be successfully used at production of construction materials. The technical result of the group of inventions is a development of less expensive method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum with improved hardness of the face surface for the walls and ceilings lining differing by production process, simplicity of production allowing at minimum costs to ensure the high quality of produced products with conservation of original natural advantages of gypsum. And also to create the mold for of interior-lining products made out of gypsum, that is more wear-resistant, easy in production even in simple conditions without power inputs and usage of complex mechanisms. The method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum bindings provides for, preparation of molding mixture, its pouring in the mold entirely made out of a firm material and equipped with a figured clamp plate, aging till complete solidification, extraction, drying of a product and deposition of a decorative coating differs that solution is poured into the mold in an amount, that is less than the working volume of the mold. For Increase of hardness use hydrophilic material and as a decorative coating use a dry mixture of gypsum. The wear-resistant mold for production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum differs, that its working and support parts are entirely made out of a firm material by a method of a cold molding. At that the mold has the transparent figured bottom, the figured internal walls of sides and is supplied with a double clamp plate made with a capability of a rest on the running-in lapping site.

EFFECT: the inventions ensure less expensive method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum, improved hardness of the face surfaces of walls and ceilings lining, simplicity of production process, high quality of produced products.

Besides, it relates to equipment for making of cut-outs and holes in said concrete moulding in sliding framework. Device (1) for moulding green concrete product produced in sliding framework comprises bucket fixed jaw (4) articulated with bearing structure (2) and bucket moving jaw (3) to displace relative to fixed jaw. Also, device comprises the bucket moving jaw drive (5). Note also the moving jaw (3) is articulated to bearing structure (2) by two or several hinges or pins (6, 7) to displace the moving jaw end to fixed one (4) in, in fact, horizontal plane.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing briquettes includes preparation of initial materials, mixing, drying and their compacting. In this case, one-dimension gravel of fraction 10-15 mm, which is previously cleaned and dried is taken as the initial materials, and an epoxy compound - as a binder, prepared from the epoxy resin and a hardener in a ratio of 90-94 to 10-6 respectively. Moreover, the initial materials are taken in the following ratio of the components: 93.5-94.5 of pts. wt. of gravel, 5.0-5.85 of pts. wt. of epoxy resin, 0.5-0.65 of pts. wt. of hardener. Then they are mixed, and the finished paste is moulded in moulds and then tamped; the finished briquettes are kept and freed from moulds.

EFFECT: reduction of labour costs and time for production of briquettes.
