SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids, solutions and can be used in engine building, chemical, food and light industry. In the acoustic nozzle, an external diffuser of the spray is coaxially attached to the lower part of the nozzle body to spray the suspended mixture. An internal perforated diffuser is attached to the end conical surface of the socket in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane perpendicular to the axis of the gas jet radiator. An additional flow divider coaxially attached to the external diffuser is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, at the end part of which a perforated plate is fixed on the side opposite the diffuser.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher efficiency of spraying.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire-fighting equipment, and can be used in high fire risk industrial and civil buildings for fire source localisation. In an acoustic foaming system, an acoustic oscillation generator represents a conical nozzle coaxial with a body, and having a ring orifice. An external diameter of the orifice is formed by a nozzle exit and a resonant pin, and a ring resonant cavity formed by the resonant pin and a cylindrical cavity with an external diameter in a fastener. The resonant cavity is spaced from the nozzle exit. An air pipe is perpendicular to a body axis and connected to a ring cavity formed by a cylinder and an internal surface of the body. The cylinder comprises a casing with orifices coaxial with the ring orifices. The cylinder also accommodates the resonant pin. The sprayed fluid is supplied through a pipe perpendicular to the body axis to the ring cavity formed by a housing and an external surface of the nozzle. One end face of the housing is uniform and connected to the body. Another end face enclosing the conical nozzle comprises a number of orifices coaxial with the ring orifice. From the side opposite the resonant cavity, there is an adjustment mechanism in the form of a hand wheel with a packer mounted on a free end of the cylinder. A foaming mesh mouth is attached to an end opposite to the hand wheel on the end face of the housing.

Note here that concentration of particles ejected via first outlet is smaller than that ejected via second outlet. Note that proposed device ejects fine particles only through second outlet. Set of invention relates also to sprayer of fine particles that ejects particles in air by pressure blower. Note here that air duct communicating said blower with outlet comprises multiple vertical separation channels for vertical separation of outlet. Note also that airflow rate in one of said vertical separation channels at upper section exceeds that at lower section.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a manual portable device for extracting and trapping desired particles from a desired surface and a method of extracting and trapping desired particles using the device. The device has a reservoir with liquefied carbon dioxide under pressure and at least pulse valve linked to said reservoir. The device also has at least one expansion chamber linked to at least one pulse valve to form an aerosol mixture of particles of frozen carbon dioxide and gaseous carbon dioxide. At least one expansion chamber is linked to at least two nozzles meant for directing jets of the aerosol mixture for overlapping in essentially one focal point downstream at least nozzles. The device has a particle transporting component which provides sucking flow into a hole which draws particles from the aerosol mixture and desired particles extracted by impact action on particles of the aerosol mixture. The device also has a trapping medium for accumulating particles drawn in the sucking flow and a means of assisting the operator to position the device at an optimum distance from the desired surface. The optimum distance is defined by the common focal point of the jets of the aerosol mixture from at least two nozzles lying outside the desired surface.

EFFECT: high accuracy and rate of analysing surface particles while reducing the cost of the work.

The said cylindrical upper part is furnished with a union provided with cylindrical and taper coaxial orifices to feed a spraying agent, for example air. A fluid feed central bore nozzle is fitted inside the aforesaid union and coaxial with it. The aforesaid nozzle is fastened by means of three flexible tabs interacting with the air feed orifice inner cylindrical surface. The housing lower part represents a circular cavity resonator, its inner chamber being aligned with the nozzle. The nozzle fluid feed central bore terminates at the resonator edge representing a cup with a taper surface on the fluid feed nozzle side made integral with a taper-surface ball segment, its taper surface getting changed over into the resonator outer cylindrical surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for atomizing liquids of different viscosity and it can be used for producing highly dispersed aerosols for chemical protection of plants, in fog generators for sheltered grounds and decontamination of live stock barns and animals. Proposed pneumoacoustic liquid atomizer has nozzle housing, rod-type radiator arranged coaxially in nozzle housing in closed-type bearings and fixed from axial displacement by lock ring. Unit to deliver compressed air is installed on bushing enclosing nozzle housing and fixed by locknut. Such connection forms ring-shaped air channel communicating with compressed air supply system through union and holes uniformly distributed in nozzle housing. Concentric nozzle enclosing, by taper part, nozzle housing with clearance is connected with liquid feed system by union and is pressed to bushing by union nut. Blades are arranged in space of gas jet radiator formed by inner space of nozzle housing at its outlet and rod radiator, blades being secured on rod radiator. Acoustic vibration resonator is secured on end of rod radiator projecting beyond nozzle housing cut. Flexible element mounted in resonator space is protected by wear resistant deflecting washer with cross cuts which is installed in resonator with clearance.

EFFECT: provision of reliability and faultlessness in operation and formation of perfectly aimed jet, thus increasing utilization factor.

FIELD: agriculture; devices for an atomization of a liquid.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of agriculture, in particular, to devices for an atomization of a liquid and may be used in the spraying equipment used for chemical protection of plants, in fog generators for a sheltered ground, at decontaminating treatment of livestock barns and animals. The pneumoacoustic atomizer of a liquid has a body of a nozzle, a rod-type emitter coaxially located in the body of the nozzle in the shut-type bearings and fixed to prevent its axial movement by a retaining ring. On the bush there is a compressed air feeding union enveloping the body of the nozzle and fixed by a retaining nut. Such a junction forms an air duct of the ring-type form, which through the union and uniformly distributed holes in the body of the nozzle is connected to a compressed air supply system. A concentric nozzle with its the conical part enveloping the body of the nozzle with a backlash, is connected to a liquid supply system by the union and braced to the bush by a sleeve nut. On the end of the rod-type emitter protruding beyond the shear of the nozzle body there is a fixed resonator of the acoustic vibrations. In the resonator cavity there is an elastic component protected by a high-wear-resistant reflective washer mounted with a backlash in the resonator. The offered design of the pneumoacoustic atomizer ensures uninterrupted operation, and also retention of a strictly directional and whirling a finely dispersed cloud of an aerosol increasing the aerosol capability to penetrate deep into a volumetric crown, ensures the address hit of drips on the elements of plants and reduced losses of an aerosol liquid particles to a minimum with a more uniform distribution of the drips on the treated object and so increasing efficiency of the liquid atomization.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency of the liquid atomization.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic burner for spraying liquids consists of a case with a generator of acoustic oscillations inside the case, made in form of concentric ring apertures, located in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the case. The burner also consists of a ring with a conical surface, joined to the case, and forming a jet of the sprayed liquid, a sprayer, forming a liquid film covering the output from the generator, and fixed to the case through a hollow rod with screw swirl nozzle at the end and a pad for placing circular platform, on which liquid flows from the sprayer. A resonator is made in form of at least, one spherical cavity in the wall of the ring. The spherical cavity is joined to a calibrated opening with a ring aperture, formed by ends of the planes of the case and a ring on the side of the conical surface. The ring is located with provision for fixing movement along the axis of the case through threaded connection.

SUBSTANCE: proposed taper nozzle scrubber incorporates a housing with a dusty and a purified gas branch pipe, a nozzle spraying system, a bearing and constricting plates with an adapter arranged there between, a mist eliminator representing an adapter layer fitted between the aforesaid plates and a mud separator. Note here that the bearing plates are elastic and the aforesaid adapter arranged above the lower bearing plate is made in elastic materials and represents hollow polyethylene balls or a helical line cut on a spherical surface of the said balls. Note also that the vibrator is arranged on the said lower bearing plate. The aforesaid spraying system represents an acoustic nozzle incorporating a casing housing a cavity resonator to generate acoustic oscillations and air-and-liquid feed nozzles. The casing is made up of an upper cylindrical and lower parts jointed together by, at least, two rods, the upper part accommodating a union with cylindrical and taper aligned orifices to feed a spraying agent, for example, air. Note that the said union inside accommodates the said nozzle furnished with the central liquid feed orifice and aligned with the union, the said nozzle being rigidly locked by the locking plates interacting with the said liquid feed central orifice inner surface. Note also that the housing lower part represents an annular cavity resonator with its inner cylindrical space, aligned with the nozzle, the nozzle liquid feed central orifice being terminated at the resonator edge. The aforesaid resonator proper represents a taper-surface cup, the said taper surface is arranged on the liquid feed nozzle side. Note that said cup is made integral with the aforesaid taper surface ball, the taper surface changing over into annular surface in contact with the resonator outer cylindrical surface.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability provided for by increasing spraying efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: device for cleaning gases of the Venturi type consists of a confuser, neck, diffuser, regulation insertion joined by a rod to an actuator, spray line, holder, installed in the diffuser. The regulation insertion made from elements, coaxially installed at a distance from each other. The outer element is immovably fixed to the rod by spokes, while the inner element is mounted on the rod with provision for linear displacement and has supports, located between spokes of the outer element. The spray line is made in form of a collector with acoustic burners. Each of the burners consists of a case with a generator of acoustic oscillations in form of a nozzle and resonator, pipes for letting in air and liquid inside it. The case is in form of a vertical cylindrical bushing, in the upper part of which there is pipe for letting in air and perpendicular to its axis, there is a pipe for letting in liquid. Inside the case, in line with it, a bushing is rigidly fixed, with upper and lower flanges. The lower flange is rigidly fixed in a cavity, made in the case, and inside the bushing, in line with it, there is a rod, at the end of which a ring shaped cavity resonator is pressed in, made in form of cup with a cone shaped surface, and at the tail-end part of the rod, there are locking discs, linked to the inner surface of the bushing. In the lower flange there is at least one nozzle at an angle to the axis of the resonator, the value of which lies in the interval 20°÷40°. The extension of the axis of the nozzle lies within a circle, which is in the middle part of the cone shaped surface of the resonator.

EFFECT: reduced power input on cleaning gases.

SUBSTANCE: deaerator for turbo-installation feeding water, containing tank-accumulator with branch pipe for pumping out non-condensing gases and installed above it column in form of water-jet ejector with water-supplying device, made in form of evenly placed on column section sprayers and vapour-feeding collector, made circular and connected with column with radial bridges. In tank on outlet from column cone-shaped drop-impingement plate is installed. Sprayers are acoustic and contain case with located inside generator of acoustic fluctuations in form of nozzle and resonator. Case of sprayers is made in form of vertically placed cylindrical bush, in whose upper part there is a pipe for air supply and perpendicularly to its axis there is a pipe for liquid supply. Inside case, coaxially to it bush with upper and lower flanges is rigidly fixed. Lower flange is rigidly fixed in made in case growing-through. Inside bush, coaxially to it, there is rod, on whose end circular volumetric resonator, made in form of cup with conical surface, is pressed in and in tail part of rod fixing discs are placed, which interact with inner surface of bush. In lower flange at least one nozzle is located at angle to resonator axis, its value lies within range 20°÷40°, extension of nozzle axis lies on circumference, located in medium part of conical surface of resonator.

EFFECT: reduction of hydraulic resistance and increase of liquid dispersion degree.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a manual portable device for extracting and trapping desired particles from a desired surface and a method of extracting and trapping desired particles using the device. The device has a reservoir with liquefied carbon dioxide under pressure and at least pulse valve linked to said reservoir. The device also has at least one expansion chamber linked to at least one pulse valve to form an aerosol mixture of particles of frozen carbon dioxide and gaseous carbon dioxide. At least one expansion chamber is linked to at least two nozzles meant for directing jets of the aerosol mixture for overlapping in essentially one focal point downstream at least nozzles. The device has a particle transporting component which provides sucking flow into a hole which draws particles from the aerosol mixture and desired particles extracted by impact action on particles of the aerosol mixture. The device also has a trapping medium for accumulating particles drawn in the sucking flow and a means of assisting the operator to position the device at an optimum distance from the desired surface. The optimum distance is defined by the common focal point of the jets of the aerosol mixture from at least two nozzles lying outside the desired surface.
