SUBSTANCE: method for production of composite carbonized products includes mixing of killed calcium or dolomite lime and carbonate filler in the form of waste from extraction and processing of limestones fractions up to 5 mm with to produce moulding mass, the carbonization of the products with carbon dioxide. In addition, the cutting of the products is carried out. And the moulding mass is prepared by extrusion method. Provide the extrusion moulding of the products from the moulding mass under the pressure of 55-75 kg⋅s/cm2. At the same time the wastes from stone sawing of the shelly limestones or nummulite limestones, or crushing and processing wastes of calcareous rock for break stone, or crushing and processing wastes from volcanic rocks for break stone are used as the carbonate filler.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction materials industry and can be used in making building units and structures. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: this process comprises proportioning and mixing of 0.96 kg of aluminium powder with 20 kg of quartz sand and 3.4 kg of flue ash. Made mix is ground till free passage through screen No. 0.63 and proportioned. Then, some 15.6 kg of Portland cement, 15.6 kg of ground quicklime and 18.6 kg of water heated to 70-100°C are successively added to said mix. The latter is placed in forms heated to 35-45°C and hardened. The, it is withdrawn from said forms and subjected to thermomoist processing at 175°C and 0.8 MPa for 10-12 hours. Proposed method comprises proportioning and mixing of 0.96 kg of aluminium powder with 23.4 kg of quartz sand and their mixing till passage through screen No. 0.14.Proportioning and sequential addition of 31.2 kg of Portland cement and 18.6 kg of water heated to 70-100°C. The latter is placed in forms heated to 35-45°C and hardened. It is withdrawn from said forms and subjected to thermomoist processing at 95°C for 16-18 hours.

SUBSTANCE: method to produce a heat insulating fireproof construction material includes heat treatment up to 150-220°C of cellulose wool or loose wood sawdust, mixing with ground sludge of carnallite chlorinators, cooling of the mix to 40°C, its supply for moulding of the specified material by air spraying via an air duct with its wetting by water at the outlet from the air duct at the following ratio of mixture components, wt %: cellulose wool or loose wood sawdust 30-70, specified sludge of carnallite chlorinators 30-70.

Composition for manufacturing silicate brick contains lime, sand, water and at least one plasticiser, where at least one plasticiser represents crest polymer in accordance with given structural formula. Method of manufacturing silicate brick includes stages of said composition provision, supply of said composition to at least one pressing device and its pressing, and composition hardening. FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to crude mixtures and methods of producing non-autoclaved aerated concrete and can be used in the industry of structural materials to produce heat-insulation structural articles. The crude mixture for producing non-autoclaved aerated concrete includes, wt %: portland cement clinker 27.23-28.36, lump lime 4.5, sand 31,5, dihydrate gypsum stone 2.27, aluminium powder 0.08, sulphanole 0.001, calcium-magnesium-silicate-containing rock - diopside 1.42-2.55, aqueous electrolyte solution of Fe2(SO4)3 or Al2(SO4)3 0.28, water - the balance. The method of producing non-autoclaved aerated concrete from said crude mixture includes mixed grinding of dry components of the crude mixture to specific surface area of 280-310 m2/kg, adding the aqueous electrolyte solution and water, mixing, adding the water-aluminium suspension and mixing, pouring the mixture into metal moulds and steam curing at 85°C.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of non-autoclaved aerated concrete, easy production thereof.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, particularly, expanded-clay concrete to be used for production of reinforced concrete articles for building blocks. Proposed method comprises activation of 70% of tempering water by quick-action Portland cement and plasticising additive UP-4 in concrete mixer at 15 rpm for 1 min to get homogeneous suspension. Tempering water remainder is mixed with crushed haydite gravel, haydite and quartz sand with pre-activated tempering water for 0.5 minutes. Obtained haydite mix is subjected to two-step heat treatment at 60°C in summer for 5 hours, in winter for 8 hours. Then, it is treated in secondary heat treatment chamber at 40°C for 4 hours.

EFFECT: better placeability, higher strength, accelerated production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, namely, to the methods of concrete thermal treatment and can be used in construction for manufacturing of precast concrete or reinforced concrete items and structures. The method of thermal treatment for concrete and reinforced concrete items implies cyclic heating by supplying saturated steam, switching the steam supply off, maturing of items, repeated supply of saturated steam, switching the steam supply off, maturing of items up to their cooling. In the first cycle the saturated steam is supplied up to reaching the medium's temperature of 30°C for 0.5 hours, isothermic maturing of items is carried out under the temperature of 30°C for 2.5 hours, in the second cycle the saturated steam is supplied up to reaching the medium's temperature of 40°C for 0.5 hours and isothermic maturing of items is carried out under the temperature of 40°C for 5.5 hours.

EFFECT: invention allows for boosting of concrete strength gain.

The method of making an article primarily bound by a carbonate involves producing granular alkaline material with pH of at least 8.3, containing at least one alkali-earth metal silicate phase, pressing said material to obtain a workpiece with porosity of not more than 37 vol. % and permeability of at least 1·10-12 cm2, reacting the workpiece, not saturated with moisture, with CO2 at temperature of at least 70°C and pressure of at least 0.5 MPa in the presence of water to obtain at least 5 wt % carbonates. The method provides for production of artificial material with strength of 9-20 MPa at average density of 1350-1700 kg/m3, softening coefficient of which amounts to 0.77-0.88.

SUBSTANCE: composition for production of composite carbonised products includes as a filler wastes of production and processing of shell limestone, and as a binder - slaked calcium lime.

SUBSTANCE: granulated composite filler for silicate wall products with size of 0.5-10.0 mm, comprising a core and a shell, where the core is produced by granulation of the mixture of jointly ground tripoli and sodium hydroxide to specific surface of 150-250 m2/kg, at their mass ratio of 0.70-0.95:0.05-0.30 with a binder - an aqueous solution of sodium silicate with density of 1.2-1.3 g/cm3 in the amount of 0.1-7.0 wt % of the mixture, and the shell is formed on the surface of the core by its rolling by a dry powdered mixture of jointly ground burnt lime and sodium fluosilicate at the mass ratio of 0.85-0.95:0.05-0.15, with subsequent hardening to strength of at least 2.1 MPa, and when after specified rolling they additionally spray 40% aqueous solution of glyoxal in the amount of 1.0-7.0 wt %.
