Adhesive composition for manufacturing chipboards and wood products
SUBSTANCE: adhesive composition contains components with the following ratio, wt %: binder urea-formaldehyde resin (97.41-98.36), a curing agent of ammonium chloride (0.64 to 1.59), an amorphous modifier of silicon dioxide (0.05-1.00). Silicon dioxide is presented in the form of a powder with nanoporous structure of particles and their specific surface of 120 to 400 m2/g.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of the adhesive composition and reducing the consumption of the modifier.

SUBSTANCE: adhesive contains urea formaldehyde resin and an acid curing agent in form of ammonium chloride. A modifier is added at the mixing step, the modifier used being a polyvinyl acetate dispersion and butanol-1.
EFFECT: use of the modifier in the adhesive increases flexibility of the adhesive joint, improves uniformity of distribution of the adhesive on chaff particles and improves physical and mechanical properties of the chaff board.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying a synthetic adhesive onto the surfaces to be glued. The adhesive contains urea formaldehyde resin and maleic acid as an acidic hardener. The surfaces to be glued are joined until complete solidification. The acidic hardener is used in amount of 0.5-2.0% of the weight of the urea formaldehyde resin.
EFFECT: use of maleic acid as a hardener for gluing wood materials improves strength characteristics of glued joints.

SUBSTANCE: adhesive includes an adhesive composition containing a carbamide-malamine-formaldehyde resin, aerosil, wheat flour and ammonium chloride. The carbamide-malamine-formaldehyde resin in the adhesive is modified with polyacetal glycol and furfuryl alcohol, with ratio carbamide: polyacetal glycol: furfurlyl alcohol equal to 1:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.5.
EFFECT: invention increases quality of the adhesive composition owing to low toxicity, high strength of the adhesive joint, low water-absorption and water-swelling, as well as shorter curing time of the adhesive, which increases efficiency of pressing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: synthetic glue is applied onto an acid hardener-containing surfaces to be glued. The surfaces are joined and the glued components are placed between poles of a permanent electromagnet such that magnetic field lines are directed perpendicular to the glue joint with field intensity of (3-24)×104 A/m. Hardening of the glue takes place in the magnetic field, where the acid hardener used is maleic acid.
EFFECT: use of the combined effect of magnetic field and maleic acid as a hardener for gluing wood materials improves strength characteristics of glue joints.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cementing of modified timber. Proposed method comprises preparation of glue. Said glue is mixed with hardener and applied onto surfaces to be cemented together. Said surface are jointed and kept at 1.6 MPa and 20-120°C for 0.5-5 h. Thereafter, glue layer is processed by pulse magnetic field with intensity of 16-20·104 A/m for 20 min. Said glue contains nanocrystalline cellulose and urea-formaldehyde resin or phenol-formaldehyde resin.
EFFECT: twice as high strength of bond.

SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises 30-94 mass % of formaldehyde-containing resin; 1-65 mass % of clinoptilolite-type zeolite of crystallochemical formula (Na,K)4CaAl6Si30O72 x24H2O, wherein Si/Al ratio is 4.25-5.25 as filler; and compound selected from ammonium sulfate, zinc chloride and ammonium nitrate. As formaldehyde-containing resin carbamide-formaldehyde resin, melanin-formaldehyde resin or phenol-formaldehyde resin is used.
EFFECT: bound articles of increased endurance, simplified technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an intermediate film for laminated glass which is used for laminated in cars, buildings etc. The film includes a heat-insulation layer and a UV shielding layer. The heat-insulation layer includes a polyvinyl acetate polymer, heat-insulation particles of a metal oxide and at least one component selected from a phthalocyanine compound, naphthalocyanine compound and anthracyanine compound. The UV shielding layer includes a polyvinyl acetate polymer and a UV shielding material, where the amount of the UV shielding material is at least 0.1 wt % per 100 wt % of the UV shielding layer. Also disclosed is laminated glass, which includes a first laminated glass component and a second laminated glass component and said intermediate film placed between the first and second laminated glass components.
EFFECT: disclosed intermediate film endows the laminated glass with excellent heat insulation properties and retains said properties for a long period of time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a binding material for binding stone, for filling space between stones, ceramic and other structural materials. The binding material comprises at least 100 pts.wt air-dried unsaturated polyester resin, 0-5 pts.wt castor wax, 1-20 pts.wt nanopowder selected from a group consisting of nanopowder of silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium silicate, calcium oxide, aluminium oxide or a mixture, 0-100 pts.wt filler selected from a group consisting of micro-dispersed silicon dioxide, transparent talc powder or a mixture thereof, and 1-15 pts.wt anti-shrinking substance selected from a group comprising polypropyl acetate, adipic polyester and propanetriol, polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylate polystyrene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polymethyl methacrylate. The filler has average particle size of 300-1250 mesh. The invention enables to overcome shortcomings of conventional binding material consisting of ordinary adhesive for marble, such as slow drying in air, low anti-shrinking capacity, low penetrating power etc.
EFFECT: binding material for binding stone according to the invention has advantages of high penetrating power, absence of stickiness after hardening, high anti-shrinking capacity and lustre after polishing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved two-component adhesive system, a set, including the said two adhesive components, its application and method of obtaining products from wood materials for internal decoration, namely of pressed products, elements of parquet floor and furniture board with very low formaldehyde release and to products from wood materials for internal decoration with improved properties. The two-component adhesive system includes an adhesive component I, including 50-70 wt % of a melamine-formaldehyde (MF) type resin in 25-40 wt % of water and an adhesive component II, including 20-40 wt % of a water-based adhesive dispersion, 15-40 wt % of a formaldehyde absorber, an acid compound in an amount sufficient for pH of the adhesive component II to constitute 1.5-6.5 and 25-40 wt % of water. The adhesive components I and II are applied in weight ratio I:II within the range from 1:0.5 to 1:1.5 and the adhesive system has a molar ratio of formaldehyde (F) to all amino groups (F/ NH2) in the range from 0.2 to 0.7.
EFFECT: adhesive system possesses both very low level of formaldehyde release and good adhesive properties.

SUBSTANCE: composition is an adhesive composition based on starch or polyvinyl acetate. The adhesive composition contains glue and an additive. The additive is a homopolymer of α,β-unsaturated acrylic acid or a copolymer of α,β-unsaturated acrylic acid with at least one alkylacrylate. The homopolymer or copolymer is cross-linked by a cross-linking agent which is a multifunctional vinylidene monomer. The vinylidene monomer is, for example, butadiene, isoprene, divinyl benzene or divinyl naphthalene. The cross-linking agent is polyalkenyl ether with several ether groups, particularly allyl pentaerythritol. The additive is a pseudoplastic material. The adhesive composition contains at least 0.001 wt % additive. The method of preparing the adhesive composition involves diluting the additive with starch and an optical brightening agent and then adding to the adhesive composition. The additive is mixed in form of a solid composition with a solid starch composition in form of a solid mixture prepared beforehand. The solid mixture contains thickened starch, alkali, powdered starch, borax and 0.001-5 parts additive. Alternatively, the additive is added to a liquid starch composition in form of a liquid composition. The adhesive composition is used particularly to make packed cardboard with several stacked layers of paper or cardboard.
EFFECT: adhesive composition has low viscosity when applied on corrugated cardboard, after which viscosity instantly increases, which prevents the glue from flowing off and ensures good adhesion.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer dispersion for marking dispersion adhesives. The polymer dispersion for use in adhesives or coating agents contains water, at least one water-dispersible polymer and at least two different water-soluble salts, chosen from a group of water-soluble salts of Li, Sr or Sn, where at least two of the said water-soluble salts contain a different ion, chosen from a group consisting of Li, Sr or Sn ions, and the total number of ions, chosen from the above mentioned group, is at least 10 parts/million parts. The water-dispersible polymer used in the dispersion is polyvinyl acetate or a copolymer obtained using vinyl acetate. Also described is use of a mixture, containing at least two different water-soluble salts, chosen from a group of water-soluble salts of Li, Sr or Sn, where at least two of the said water-soluble salts contains a different ion, chosen from a group which consists of Li, Sr or Sn ions, for marking dispersion adhesives.
EFFECT: proposed polymer dispersion enables identification of an adhesive even after considerable decomposition of the adhesive matrix.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat resistant labels, which can be attached at temperature from 300°C to 1100°C and methods of making these labels. Proposed is a label which includes a main layer, a substrate and an adhesive layer, where the main layer of the label is a hardened coating film, obtained by depositing on the working surface of the substrate, a composition and heating the composition. The composition contains silicon resin (A), polymetalocarbosilane resin (B-1) and a solvent (C), in which the weight ratio (A) : (B-1) lies between 1:9 and approximately 9:1. The substrate is a metal foil. The adhesive layer contains a hardened coating film, which contains silicon resin (A) and at least one compound, chosen from a group comprising polymetalocarbosilane resin, zinc powder, tin powder and aluminium powder (B). The polymetalocarbosilane resin contains at least one metal, chosen from a group consisting of titanium, zirconium, molybdenum and chrome. Proposed also is a method of making the proposed label and versions of the label, thermally stable at 670-1100°C.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes polymethyl(meth)acrylate-base polymeric gluing substance comprising the following components: (a) 1-10 wt.-% of silicic acid powder with the mean size of grains from 1 to 10 mcm (dull finishing agent), and (b) 1-10 wt.-% of silicic acid powder with the mean size of grains from 10 to 200 mcm (structural base) wherein the dull agent and the structural base comprise in common 11 wt.-%, not above, with respect to a polymeric gluing substance. By using the proposed substance in gluing the joint zone is not seen.

FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method for determining a range of sizes of suspended nanoparticles consists in passage of gas (mixture of gases) containing analysed particles, through diffusion batteries of a meshed type and their introduction to supersaturated vapours of a low-volatile enlarging substance. Then, lighting of a flux of particles with a light beam and recording of parameters of light signals shaped by enlarged particles at their flying through the pointed-out area of the flux is performed. In order to improve accuracy of determination of the range of sizes, the main flux is separated into six parallel fluxes. With that, five of them are passed through five diffusion batteries with a different slip, and one of them is passed directly. Then, these fluxes pass through six devices of condensation growth and then to a field of vision of a charge-coupled device matrix and the obtained six areas of images of enlarged fluxes of particles are transmitted to a computer for an analysis of their range of sizes. Unlike known ones, the method allows performing simultaneous processing by means of a computer of six images of enlarged particles, which characterise different dimensional ranges of nanoparticles.
EFFECT: reducing the time required for measurements and improving their accuracy.
