SUBSTANCE: device for coating material particles comprises of: a housing with heat carrier inlet and outlet branch pipes, along the axis of which there is a material particle atomizer, coating liquid feeder, a chamber, which is in alignment with the atomizer, having liquid inlet branch pipes and an outlet annular opening in the lower portion, and a coating liquid tank. The device is provided with a coating liquid inlet chamber made in the form of two coaxial cylinders, which are in alignment with the material particle feeder. There is a truncated cone rigidly fixed in the lower portion of the internal cylinder. And there is a cylindrical shell, made of elastic material, in the lower portion of the external cylinder. The lower end of the shell freely adjoins the larger base of the truncated cone of the internal cylinder.

The problem is solved due to the fact, that the method consists in capability to apply glue mixture components to the parts either separately, or as a ready-to-use mixture with application device, which is produced to support the mentioned alternative modes.
