SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one panel with opposite outer and inner sides, the inner side of the said panel comprising, in the order indicated below, the first layer superimposed on each other with a radiation coefficient of ε1 (%) of infrared rays and the second layer with a coefficient of ε2 (%) of infrared rays, while the radiation coefficient of ε2 (%) of infrared rays of the second layer is less than the radiation coefficient of ε1 (%) of infrared rays of the first layer. The panel is designed such that the said inner side has a radiation coefficient of ε3 (%) of infrared rays smaller than the radiation coefficient of ε4 (%) of infrared rays of the outside.

EFFECT: reduction of heat radiation, reduction of the transmittance coefficient to the protected zone.
