The insert comprises a first rotation locking element mounted on the head and configured to prevent the insert from rotating about the longitudinal axis Z by interacting with the second rotation locking member provided on the support when the insert is in the locked state. The head contains an axial lock made interoperable with emphasis to ensure axial locking supports between the focus and the specified element axial lock, which is executed in the form of projections on the surface of the head, which is the first element of the lock. SUBSTANCE: locking device consists of picked up mechanism with pick up stop and collar on pick up stop from side of pick up. The pick up mechanism is installed on the first part. Also, the pick up mechanism has an element of moment transfer to the pick up stop. Additionally, there is the pick up mechanism installed in the orifice of the second connected part. This mechanism is equipped with two concentric spring loaded bushes - internal and external ones. The pick up stop rests against the internal bush. Further, the pick up mechanism is equipped balls arranged between collars of the stop, internal end surface of the case, a boring, conic surface of the external bush and end surface of the internal bush. The pick up mechanism includes a rod installed coaxially inside the pick up stop and interacting with it along threaded connection, arresters of mutual travel of the pick up stop and the rod, one of which is a washer secured on the case of the pick up mechanism interacting with the pick up stop along threaded connection. The second arrester is the collar made on the central section of the pick up stop, the third one is a nut on the central section of the pick up stop. The element for torque transfer is installed on the rod.

SUBSTANCE: locking-fixing device of turning gear consists of holder and spring, of piston pneumatic cylinder, outlet end of rod of which is connected to turning gear. In the rod of the pneumatic cylinder there is made an axial orifice wherein there are installed a spring and a holder with a piston. The holder has an axial orifice and a radial orifice connected to it for admission of compressed air. At the end part of the rod there is installed an eye with a through axial orifice and radial orifice coaxial to the holder and facilitating interaction of the eye with the holder. The rotating eye is installed in a support. An axle is arranged in the through axial orifice of the eye. The axle is stationary connected with the support and has an axial orifice wherein there is installed a connecting pipe for admission of compressed air. The rotating eye also has the radial orifice connected with the axial orifice and coaxial to the holder and a guiding groove facilitating interaction of the axle and the holder. Additionally, the eye is connected to the turning gear by means of a lever and a pressure plate.

SUBSTANCE: locking connection consists of case with orifice and circular groove. The orifice has radial slots from the side of the case end. The slots are uniformly located relative to the orifice and enter into the circular groove. Also, the locking connection has a locking ring with uniformly arranged lugs. The locking ring is inserted in the circular groove of the case. Diametre of lugs bases correspond to diametre of the orifice of the case; while width and amount of lugs correspond to width and number of slots of the case. The locking ring has crown teeth distant from external diametre of lugs at a value exceeding depth of the circular groove; the teeth are bent inside slots of the case and are shifted in the circumferential direction relative to the lugs of the locking ring; their shift does not exceed half of angle between neighbour lugs. Width and number of the crown teeth correspond to width and number of case slots. Procedure for implementation of the said locking connection consists in making the circular groove in the case with the slots entering the groove; the locking ring is inserted into the case till it gets into the circular groove. The lugs of the locking ring are inserted through the slots of the case; also after the locking ring gets into the circular groove, it is turned in circumferential direction inside the circular groove till the crown teeth match with the slots of the case; further, the crown teeth are bent into the said slots of the case.

SUBSTANCE: device for attachment of two plates laid one on the other includes a long housing with bottom and upper part which includes the devices for keeping the second plate, and which is intended for crossing the hole in axial direction, which is provided in each plate, and equipped with locking devices brought into action during rotation, attachment devices of the bottom on the first plate by means of a clamp and compression devices which automatically bring the first and the second plates together during the locking process of assembly owing to rotation of long housing. Attachment devices using a clamp include an axial stop made together with long housing, and at least one support blade which is elastically deformed in transverse direction. Axial stop and support blade are made so that they can be supported with corresponding opposite surfaces of the first plate. Devices for retaining the second plate include at least one projection attached to upper part by means of elastically deformed connecting zone.

On load-carrying element there is a transverse slot the dimensions of which correspond to dimensions of extended head and in which there installed is extended head allowing to fix therein the contact element on the other side of load-carrying element, which allows fixing the contact element in the load-carrying one by means of turning the contact element through 90 and tightening the fixing member.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be implemented in structures requiring frequent and quick disconnection. Rapid-action coupling consists of a cylinder rod inserted in holes of coupled parts and a fixing spring; also the cylinder rod has an end with a head and a free end. The fixing spring is equipped with clamps and is made with two parallel branches having ends secured on a coupled part with clamps on opposite relative to the head of the rod side. The free end of the rod is made with two parallel relative to each other flats and correspondingly with two grooves. Flats and grooves are arranged mutually perpendicular relative to each other. Dimension of flats facilitates free travel of the free end of the rod between the branches of the fixing spring. Dimension of grooves ensures total embedding of branches of the fixing spring in them at the moment of completion of coupling parts and during operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of device operation due to simplicity and reliability of design; possibility to assemble and disassemble coupling with one hand; also possibility to assemble and disassemble coupling not accessing rod from side of fixing spring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the front baggage hold of bicycles. The baggage hold consists of a platform (1) and a rack (2). The platform (1) leans on the cross-beam of the handlebars (3) from the top it is situated on both sides from the cross-beam. The rack (2) is mounted at the place of convergence of handlebars and the frame (4) of the front wheel with the capability of feeling the load during the beginning of tensional strain. In this case the quick setting up of the fixation of the baggage hold is provided by a means of clamping elastic bands (5). The platform (1) can be made on two horizontal levels, whereby the lower level can be located above the frame of the bicycle and can be in the form of a child's seat.

EFFECT: providing the possibility to centre the load relative to the handlebars and thanks to this increase the size and weight of the load without reducing controllability.

SUBSTANCE: fastening element for attaching an object to a thin wall, installed on the side of the wall, opposite to the side, onto which the element to be fastened is supposed to be installed, consists of a head, neck and leg, positioned one behind the other in axial direction. Neck circle has first radius. Leg has at least one skirt projecting beyond the circle with second radius, which is more than first radius. On a part of its perimeter the head has side shelves projecting beyond first radius, while suspension for element being fastened is made on the head.
