In this case, playback includes modifying the image by changing the image according to the selected effect.

EFFECT: providing the user with the ability to see how he appears in the interlocutor terminal, as his own image is reproduced with the selected effect on the basis of information, adopted in its terminal, and the opportunity to apply the same effect to the image, which he sees.

SUBSTANCE: photo receiver features circular ring shape while rulers of light-sensitive elements and photo receiving are light-shielded elements as well as light-shielded elements of memory section are arranged along radial directions from imagined center of said circular ring towards its outer periphery and to shift register located thereat to make a circular element. Note also that the number of elements in every "circular" line of photo-receiving area and every "circular" line of memory section of photo receiver memory equal to that of elements in the shift "circular" register. Therefore, observation if performed in the area approximating to hemisphere, i.e. in solid angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in elevation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and may be used for transfer of data in an analogue TV frequency band. The method is based on selection of frequency windows in a TV band suitable for use by secondary operators, at the same time frequency windows are selected from a grid of sound bands of analogue TV, for such windows they determine an index of "being non-Gaussian" for a TV signal, and windows are selected with maximum index of "being non-Gaussian", levels of TV signals are measured in selected windows, and the secondary operator signal level is set in each window as 20 dB below the appropriate measured level, afterwards information is sent in selected windows simultaneously with transfer of TV signals, and on the receiving side of the secondary operator a mixture of a TV signal and a secondary operator signal is transferred to intermediate frequency, and its non-linear conversion is performed for suppression of a TV signal, afterwards the transmitted information is identified.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of magnetic compatibility of television operators in a single frequency band.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication engineering and be used for digital telecasting one stereo-channel or two monochannels at one carrier frequency. The result is achieved due to that synchronous conversion is performed in image receiver array elements themselves: radiation colour brightness in three eight-bit codes of video signals R, G, B; conversion of eight-bit codes of video signals into four-bit codes and transmission thereof to the receiving side. At the receiving side, pixel colour formation is performed by mixing three colours R, G, B using light filters in radiation flux by placing said light filters in the radiation flux for a period corresponding to the duration of control signals thereof, generated corresponding to values of codes of video signals of colours R, G, B.

EFFECT: reducing the number elements for converting video signals of colours R, G, B three-fold without losing frame resolution, and avoiding the frame scanning process.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance. Surveillance is carried out by a television system through a television camera with all-round view in a region close to a hemisphere, i.e., in a spatial angle of 360 degrees on the azimuth and tens of degrees on the angle of elevation. Panoramic colour or black and white images with an enlarged area of the captured image are automatically transmitted to the server of a local area network depending on the time of the day, wherein monochromatic video signals are detected therein with a high signal-to-noise ratio.

EFFECT: providing an operator with a colour image during the day and a black and white image during evening or night in automatic switching mode and with a high signal-to-noise ratio for a monochromatic image while increasing the area of the circular image.

SUBSTANCE: method includes generating a first analogue image signal within a photodetector target except an inner portion thereof and concurrently generating, in a television camera, a second analogue image signal for a smaller annular region of optical space monitored by a panoramic lens, frequency- and phase-synchronisation of a second video signal with a first video signal, converting said analogue signals to digital form, generating a multiplexed digital video signal consisting of first and second digital video signals, transmitting the multiplexed video signal via an interface to a server, where the input signal is divided (demultiplexed) on two channels and the panoramic image is converted to an ordinary image.

EFFECT: larger area of the annular region of optical space actively monitored by an operator by using two photodetectors in the television camera while maintaining current resolution and element-by-element reading rate.

EFFECT: high quality of recording an image signal by carrying out all adjustment operations on recursive filtration of the video signal from the computer, simplification of the television camera itself by generating an intermediate multiplexed video signal at its output while performing operations for demultiplexing said signal in the computer.

The method also includes compressing video output, through which compressed streaming interactive video is generated. Further, according to the method, the compressed streaming interactive video is transmitted to one or more users playing or using action video games or applications on one or more corresponding client devices located at a remote distance from the hosting service centre. The compressed streaming interactive video is compressed with to-and-fro signal transmission time equal to about 90 ms in the worst case, when the remote distance is equal to 1500 miles or less, such that each of the one or more users has the impression that the action video games or applications respond instantly.

That message can be connected for example to one of the variety of audio-visual information content parts included in the list of audio-visual information content reproduction, which is transferred in the form of a flow from the device to the recipient. In accordance with some aspects, RTCP message, which introduces session description message, consists at least of three fields: the first field containing the data identifying RTCP message as the one referring to the type which introduces session description message; the second field containing the data which is session description message for multimedia representation, and the third field containing the data identifying the length of RTCP message generated by adding the length of the first, the second and the third fields.
