SUBSTANCE: radio-frequency tags are installed on road signs, traffic lights, poles, trees, buildings, and structures, as well as other artificial objects and non-living objects suitable for this purpose, while their information data characterizing the uniqueness of each label location are contrasted with analogous data printed on an electronic map and/or stored in the database. Tag coordinates are assigned relative to the boundaries of a city or other locality object, an area, a region, an administrative unit or a state by building a grid, where the southernmost point of the boundary is a zero-numerical value of the index (number) in the position indicated by a single letter of the alphabet, the western point - in the position indicated by a different letter of the alphabet. The coordinates of the remaining tags following the tag(s) with a zero index for either of the two letter positions are obtained by adding, for example, units to the indexes of the tag positions. Tag coordinates consider prohibiting and prescribing traffic signs located at intersections, branches and forks of the road directly, where they are installed, as well as on adjacent intersections, branches and forks. Paving the object route is carried out by connecting the next tag (s) from the initial point, at which the user is located, nearest to the desired point of the tag(s) across all tags lying between them, and then selecting the minimum distance.

EFFECT: providing navigation services in a zone containing RF tags at arbitrary trajectories of the user movement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system including a basic station and a retransmission station connected to the basic station. A mobile communication system includes at least one upper radio station (1) and the retransmission station (2). The retransmission station (2) performs a radio relay operation between the lower radio station (3) and the upper radio station (1). The retransmission station (2) has a possibility, when the connection to the first upper radio station included in connection configuration information pointing at the upper radio station to which the retransmission station (2) shall be connected, is unsuccessful, of being connected to the second upper radio station differing from the first upper radio station and notifying the network (4 and 5) of notification information through the second upper radio station; with that, the notification information specifies that connection to the first upper radio station is unsuccessful.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the simplification of adjustment of information on the configuration of connection to the above system based on connection configuration information.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to methods and structures in wireless communication system that supports aggregation of carrier frequencies and containing radio base station configured to translate system information in at least two cells. Method for user equipment contains receipt stage (410) of configuration information from the radio base station for aggregation of at least two cells, identification stage (420) of the first of at least two cells based on the configuration rule setting that at least the first cell out of two has status differing from status of the remaining cells, and reading stage (430) for translated system information only in the identified cell. The method may also contain stage of compliance with conditions (440) for one parameter or more parameters received from the read system information.

The volume of wireless communication between a relay station and a base station is reduced in order to improve the quality of communication, which is the technical result. A wireless communication system includes a relay station, a first radio base station, second radio base stations and a mobile station. The relay station is wirelessly connected to the first radio base station and communicates with the second radio base stations through the first radio base station. When the relay station communicates with the second radio base stations, the relay station requests the first radio base station to communicate with the second radio base stations for the relay station. The requested first radio base station communicates with the second radio base stations for the relay station and transmits the communication result to the relay station.

An unauthorised wireless device emits an audible acoustic secret code of unique identification (for example a personal identification number (PIN code)). In other implementations a network authorisation device automatically receives the acoustic code and checks the code authenticity. If authenticity check is successful, the wireless device is recorded in the wireless network.

The present invention provides a jamming scheme for reference signal transmissions in the form of an algorithm defined by at least a combination of a jamming sequence and a reference point. Additional modulation of the signal from each element of antenna array is made by own code modulation sequence, and formation in summation unit of the single, group signal is made, the signal is processed in single receiving channel, this excludes errors due to non-identity during use of several receiving channels and several analogue-digital converters. Group signal division to signal from each of N elements of the antenna array is made at low frequency during digital processing in the demodulator. The received signals are analysed for interferences and their exclusion from the group signal by forming the minimum sensitivity of the direction pattern of the antenna array in the direction of interferences reception.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of space orientation of the object by means of use of the full signal energy from each of N elements of the antenna array within entire measuring range due to creation of the single group signal.

A base station transmits a positioning reference signal (PRS) to wireless communication devices over a downlink in a wireless communication system by encoding a PRS into a first set of transmission resources, encoding other information into a second set of transmission resources, multiplexing the two sets of resources into a subframe such that the first set of resources is multiplexed into at least a portion of a first set of orthogonal frequency division multiplexed (OFDM) symbols based on an identifier associated with the base station and the second set of resources is multiplexed into a second set of OFDM symbols. Upon receiving the subframe, a wireless communication device determines which set of transmission resources contains the PRS based on the identifier associated with the base station that transmitted the subframe and processes the set of resources containing the PRS to estimate timing information, e.g. time of arrival.

SUBSTANCE: method includes selecting, on a reference map, a measurement area with a reference object (RO), plane coordinates and spatial parameters of which are known with the highest accuracy; obtaining a first current map of the RO when moving objects move over the measurement area, which is converted to a digital image of the current map of the RO; recognising the RO, determining the location and spatial parameters thereof; comparing the reference and first current map of the RO by superimposing; determining a first location of the moving object in plane coordinates of the reference map; determining a second location of the moving object in plane coordinates of the reference map; determining the height of the moving object over the reference map by determining mutual displacement over a time Δt of the first and second locations of the moving object in pixels of the digital image of the current map of the reference object in the direction of movement of the moving object. A database installed on the moving object is used to this end. A signal for correcting the position of the moving object is calculated, said signal being used to control movement of the moving object by correcting the location of said object to facilitate navigation.

SUBSTANCE: method of increasing accuracy of aircraft navigation consists in multipath measurements of the integral parameters of reflected signals using radio waves emitted in the form of rays, and determining the resulting vector of angular oscillations of aircrafts, which characterizes the angular oscillations of aircrafts in roll and in pitch based on the analysis of integral parameters of the reflected signals. Analysis of the integral parameters of the reflected pulses of multipath measurements is based on comparison of the integral parameters of the reflected pulses on the lateral rays of the multipath measurements over the flat area of the area surface. The rays of the multipath measurements are located in two orthogonal planes, one of which coincides with the direction of movement of the aircraft, the other plane of the rays is perpendicular to the aircraft direction of movement. The resulting vector of angular oscillations of the aircraft in the bound coordinate system of the aircraft is determined sequentially at regular intervals to detect changes in angular oscillations in pitch and in roll of the aircraft during its movement.

EFFECT: improving accuracy of aircraft navigation by analyzing the parameters of the reflected pulses obtained by multipath measurements over the flat surface, and to determine the resulting vector of angular oscillations of aircrafts, which characterizes the total angle of deflection in pitch and in roll of aircrafts to control their movements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in mobile communication systems. Stationary beacons consisting of several transmitters and one receiver serving for synchronisation of transmitters are used. Transmitters and the receiver contained in the beacon are synchronised with a common clock generator, and their position is fixed by means of radio transparent beacon housing. As navigation noise-like signals, GLONASS-type signal is used, the beginning of M-sequence of which for different signals transmitted on one and the same carrying frequency, is shifted as to delay by different values. Before the position is calculated, information on expected shift of M-sequence and other information is loaded to mobile terminal memory. Signals of transmitters are accompanied in the mobile terminal, angles of radiation of signals sent by transmitters tuned to one and the same carrier frequency, as well as pseudo-distances to all transmitters are determined, and the position is calculated.

EFFECT: improvement of accuracy and reliability of positioning inside buildings, which allows for arrangement inside rooms of a large number of positioning transmitting devices, requires no major changes to satellite navigational receivers or other components contained in mobile devices, such as for example a smart phone, as well as in non-admission of disturbances to existing navigation receivers.

The method and system for position estimation comprise measuring a first carrier phase of a first carrier signal and a second carrier phase of a second carrier signal received by a location-determining receiver (10). A primary real time kinematic (RTK) engine (18) or receiver data processing system (16) estimates a primary integer ambiguity set associated with at least one of the measured first carrier phase and the measured second carrier phase. A quality estimation unit (22) determines if a primary integer ambiguity set is resolved correctly to the predefined reliability rate during an earlier estimation period. A secondary real time kinematic (RTK) engine (20) or receiver data processing system (16) estimates a secondary integer ambiguity set associated with at least one of the measured first carrier phase and the measured second carrier phase during a later period following the earlier estimation period.
