SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, it relates to the method for producing nanocapsules of medicinal plants with cardiotonic effect, characterized by, that as a nanocapsule shell, high or low-esterified pectin is used, and as a core, hawthorn tincture, and the hawthorn tincture is added to a suspension of high- or low-esterified apple or citrus pectin in hexane in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c preparation as a surfactant while mixing at 1300 rpm, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, weight ratio nucleus/shell is 1:3.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase the output by mass.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to encapsulation, particularly a method of producing resveratrol nanocapsules in an envelope made of low- or highly esterified apple or citrus pectin. According to the disclosed method, resveratrol is dispersed in a suspension of low- or highly esterified apple or citrus pectin in benzene in the presence of an E472c preparation while stirring at 1000 rps. Tetrachloromethane is then added. The obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried. The process of producing the nanocapsules is carried out at 25°C for 10 minutes.

SUBSTANCE: according to the invention method, albendazole is added to the suspension of sodium alginate in butanol in the presence of the preparation E472s when stirring at 1000 revolutions per second. SUBSTANCE: according to the method a suspension of resveratrol in heptane was dispersed into a suspension of xanthan gum in butanol in the presence of E472c under stirring at the rate of 1000 rev/s. A mixture of benzene and water taken at a volume ratio of 5:1 or 3:1 was added to the said suspension. The resulted suspension of nanocapsules was filtered, washed and dried. The process was performed at a temperature of 25°C within 10 min.

SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for preparing a sterile nanoemulsion of perfluororganic compounds (PFOC) involving: adding a PFOC mixture to an aqueous solution of a stabilising agent; homogenising the PFOC mixture with the aqueous solution of the stabilising agent to produce a PFOC pre-emulsion; mixing the PFOC pre-emulsion with a salt-water solution to produce the PFOC nanoemulsion; keeping the PFOC nanoemulsion at a temperature from 2 to 10°C for at least 18 hours. SUBSTANCE: shell of the nanocapsules is used as apple or citrus high- or low-esterified pectin, and the core - as L-arginine. According to the inventive method, L-arginine is suspended in benzene, the resulting mixture is dispersed into a suspension of apple or citrus high- or low-esterified pectin in benzene in the presence of the preparation E472s while stirring 1000 revolutions per second. Then carbon tetrachloride is added, the resulting suspension of the nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature. The process is carried out for 15 minutes.

SUBSTANCE: method of production of nanocapsules of vitamin in sodium alginate is characterized in that the shell is used as sodium alginate, and the core - as the vitamin, in a weight ratio of core:shell as 1:3. According to the method of preparing the nanocapsules the vitamin is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in benzene in the presence of the preparation E472s while stirring at 1300 rev/sec. Then hexane is added, the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in impurities removal from grains, moistening, conditioning, staged milling using break systems with grits and dunsts fractions release, polishing, air sieve separation of the grinding products and formation of flour grades according to coarseness and ash-content indices. In the first milling system one sets a value of isolation as follows: at the first break system - 10-12%, at the second one - 45-50%, at the third one - 40-45% at the specific workload onto the roller line equal to 600-900 kg/cm a day. The product manufactured in the first break system, with particles sized 670-950 mcm, is combined with the products manufactured in the second break system and the third break system, with particles sized 670-850 mcm and 670-710 mcm respectively. Then the product is supplied into the first polishing system. The polishing process is performed at specified workload on the roller line equal to 100-150 kg/cm a day. After milling, the product is supplied for sorting sieving into fractions by coarseness. For enrichment of groat dunst products one performs supplying of fractions obtained during milling in the first three break systems and two polishing systems into sieve systems. Tail products manufactured in the last sieve system are distributed within the grinding process systems depending on their quality.

EFFECT: method allows to increase yield of grits with more homogeneous coarseness structure.

SUBSTANCE: machine for presowing treatment of seeding material comprises a working element, a glazing drum which inner surface is coated with a layer of rubber, with a discharge window, a drive mechanism, a measuring hopper, a discharge chute. The working element is made of unjointed rods-rollers. The rods-rollers are made in the form of a spiral tetrahedral column coated with rubber layer, and are provided on both sides with the trunnions. The trunnions are able to roll on the feelers mounted inside the glazing drum. SUBSTANCE: machine for grinding seeds comprises a grinding drum, which inner surface is coated with a layer of rubber, with the discharge window, a working element, a measuring hopper, an unloading tray. The grinding drum is made in the form of a container which is elastically mounted on the base with a vibrator and mounted of three rectangular strips. The strips are alternately bent in opposite directions at an angle of 140° on the notches formed at an angle of 60° to each other and to the longitudinal edges of the strips to form the equilateral triangles along the strip length. The line of degermination of the germ from corn grain comprises the unit for preparation of corn grain for processing and the unit for degermination of the germ from corn grain. The unit for preparation of corn grain for processing is equipped with a scalping machine, sieve-air separator, stone separator, humidification unit and a container for softening. The unit for degermination of the germ from corn grain is equipped with screening plants and a dryer. The first separator is designed for removal of impurities by colour, and the second - for removal impurities having the same colour with corn grain but different geometric dimensions. After the container for softening two series-connected photoelectron separators are additionally mounted. The first separator is designed to fractionate the grain mass to the surface area for coarse and small fractions, and the second - for separation of the coarse fraction by length by two factions: the oblong and the round shape. The two fractions separated by length are fed to the unit for degermination of the germ from corn grain separately. In the unit for degermination of the germ from corn grain in front of the screening plants the polishing machines are additionally mounted, equipped with aspiration systems. Sequentially connected roller machines and the screening plants are additionally mounted in front of the dryer, the line units are sealed.

EFFECT: line provides a high yield of the germ with minimal content of meal and glume.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique of peeling corn and seeds, and is intended for use in milling, feed-stuff and food industries. The device comprises conical elements vertically and coaxially mounted with a gap for passage of grain, turned the bases up. The device for grain hulling comprises conical elements vertically and coaxially installed with a gap for grain passage, inner of which has an abrasive working surface, which is made as interrupted. Conical elements are installed so that their bases are facing upwards, the angle of cone 2α in the inner conical element is less than the angle of cone 2β in the inner conical element, besides, the inner conical element is mounted with the possibility of reciprocal displacement with controlled frequency and amplitude, is made as hollow and has windows in the upper part for passage of hulled grain, and in the working zone of hulling there are holes provided for compressed air supply at grain.
