FIELD: hydraulic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to helical gerotor hydraulic machines and can be used for screw motors or general purpose pumps. Hydraulic machine comprises stator 1 with internal helical teeth 2 located along the length of its active part, serving as a support for teeth 3 of rotor 4, and rotor 4 mounted inside stator 1 with external helical teeth 3, number of which is one less than the number of teeth 2. Ratio of the length of the active part of stator 1 to the outer diameter of teeth 4 is configured to flexibly bend rotor 4 on this length – not less than the height of teeth 2, 3. Coincidence of the steps of the profiles of teeth 2, 3 occurs in a plane twisted as a helicoid around the axis of stator 1, passing along the axis of rotor 4. Rotor 4 is elastically bent at the length of the active part of stator 1, and its axis forms a left or right helical line located around the axis of stator 1, with a radius equal to half the height of teeth 2, 3. Length of the active part of stator 1 accounts for at least a quarter of its turn.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the service life of the hydraulic machine.

Plates (7) and cut-outs (2) for their displacement are inclined relative to rotational axis of rotor (1) so that plates (7) make axial-type vane system. Grooves (9) feature monotonously varying curvature described in polar coordinate system by the equation.

The teeth profile at one of the wheels in face section is formed by circular arcs 14 shifted in respect to the wheel rotation axis, and the teeth profile of the second wheel in the same section is formed by the sections of fronts of cycloidal curves 15 forming an eccentric-cycloidal engagement of wheels. First rollers are fitted at first side edge of the vane. Second rollers are arranged at opposite side edge. Stator sidewalls have two cam-and-roller devices to make primary and secondary curvilinear surfaces intended for adjustment of vane radial displacement and composed inside said cam-and-roller devices. Curvilinear surfaces are axially offset relative to each pother and radially - relative to axis of revolution.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic transmission. This transmission comprises fluid pump with identical engaged gears arranged in pump case front and rear sections as well as drive made integral with front and rear teeth turned through 180 degrees, drive shaft with front and rear gates with grooves for said teeth. Said gates are fitted on splined to displace therein. Web arranged on outer side of every tooth is composed of plate secured in said case and provided with hole for drive shaft and bore for appropriate gate. Prism is arranged on inner side of every tooth to slide there along to extend to the cylinder, prism tooth top diameter whereto appropriate gate is pressed and secured at driven shaft by telescopic spring. Prisms are connected with clutch arranged between teeth and screwed thereon, thread having opposite direction at clutch ends. Pump output control mechanism is arranged opposite said clutch in said case and composed of yoke secured in said case. Intermediate gear and advance and lagging levers are articulated with yoke pin. Small and large gears are fitted at centres of said levers. Thrusts are fitted at the ends of said levers. Said small and large gears engage with driven shaft via intermediate gear and driven shaft teeth. Said thrusts are arranged opposite arms fitted at control lever shaft to make every end contact with appropriate arm at depressing said control lever in appropriate direction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gear wheel pump. The gear wheel pump (1) for liquid supply has a gear wheel (3) with external geared rim installed with a capability of rotation, and geared ring (2) with an internal geared rim and closed uniform cylindrical surface. A gear wheel (3) and geared ring (2) for creation of injection action engage to each other and located in common housing together with electrically switched stator (7). The stator (7) concentrically encloses a geared ring (2) and interacts with it to create an electromotive force. A plain bearing (13) is provisioned which is implemented on the stator (7) as a layer coated on the surface (12) of the stator (7) facing towards the geared ring (2). The layer is made with a protuberance, which ensures adjoining of the stator (7) to the internal wall of the housing with pre-load.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of simple and cost-efficient solution for fixing of the gear wheel in the gear wheel pump with internal gearing.

SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine comprises at least one rotor section, its mechanism contains power pin coupling, and is installed inside the rotor. The rotor has radial external profile in form of hypocycloid. At that the power shaft of the section comprises two coaxial and mutually opposite shafts, connected inside the rotor with each other by three pins of the power pin coupling. The pins parallel to the shaft axis are secured on the opposite shaft disks. The shaft disk profile has shape with rounded tips, number of tips repeat the shape of the external rotor profile. On each pin a round roller with counterbalance is installed by its eccentric hole with possibility of rotation and sliding. By its external cylindrical surface each roller is installed with possibility of rotation and sliding over the internal cylindrical surface of one of through round holes of the middle power disk of the rotor, being the counterpart of the power pin coupling for the pin disks of the shaft.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of the engine operation.

SUBSTANCE: rotor expansion machine contains casing, having internal cylindrical cavity with channels for work body supply and removal, shutter disconnecting the work body supply and removal channels and hingedly installed in the casing, rotor. The rotor has cylinder shape with cylindrical shoulder. The external cylindrical surface of the rotor shoulder is made concentric to the main cylindrical surface of the rotor. Transition from main cylindrical surface of the rotor to the shoulder and back is made using rounding. The shutter hinge has limiter preventing its contact with the cylindrical surface of the rotor. In the cylindrical surface of the rotor shoulder and shutter the permanent magnets are installed, they are directed on each other by similar poles. Between the internal cylindrical surface of the casing, cylindrical surface of the rotor shoulder, cylindrical surface of the rotor and shutter, flat end surfaces of the rotor and its casing the minimum possible guaranteed clearance is provided.

EFFECT: removal of significant friction force created between the shutter and rotor, for its overriding significant mechanical work is used.

SUBSTANCE: synchronisation mechanism of back-and-forth movement of blades of a rotary engine, which are installed on coaxial shafts 3, 4 with a possibility of rotation with variable speed in one direction, includes toroidal screw 5 interconnected with rolling nuts 6, 7, 8, 9 arranged on arms of balance beams 10, 11 which are rigidly fixed on coaxial shafts 3, 4 with a possibility of synchronous rotation with the corresponding blades. Along the surface of toroidal screw 5 there is a continuous multiple thread, the helical grooves of which are interconnected with balls 12 of rolling nuts 6, 7, 8, 9, which can move along helical grooves during rotation of balance beams 10, 11.

EFFECT: invention allows continuous and reliable operation of a rotary bladed internal combustion engine due to increase of operating life of a synchronisation mechanism of back-and-forth movement of blades.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rotary internal combustion engine. The engine is provided with an external combustion chamber and has a possibility of using a vapour phase and operating on hydrocarbon fuel or on a hydrogen-oxygen mixture. The engine represents a housing consisting of a motor section, a compressor section and a section of linking gears. Gears are rigidly fixed on the shafts corresponding to them. Motor and compressor sections have rotors of a similar design, which are located with a gap to the housing and to each other. A small rotor represents a cylinder with a cavity and acts as a spool-type valve between the combustion chamber and a duct intended for passage of hot gases from the combustion chamber to the rotation area of the rotor representing a cylinder with blades. The engine has the following systems: supply of water, air to the combustion chamber, fuel spray, ignition of a fuel mix, discharge of exhaust gases, lubrication of bearings and gears, as well as a cooling system of the housing and rotors. The compressor is located on the same shaft as the motor section. The compressor delivers air to the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is provided with direct injection of fuel ignited from an ignition plug. The duct in the small rotor of the motor section is used at gas distribution depending on the operating cycle of the engine as a conductor either of a working medium or exhaust gases.

The method of heat energy-to-mechanical conversion includes intake of working medium steam into the engine, expansion of steam performing mechanical work in working chambers, release of exhaust working medium from the engine, compression of residue exhausted steam, cyclic repetition of the named processes. Discharge from the engine of exhaust working medium is performed by means of the centrifugal force the action of which is enforced by that the coating from the substance repelling the formed liquid condensate is applied on the internal surfaces of engine details forming walls of working cameras, or the named details are made of such substance.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at providing of fast removal from the chamber of liquid phase expansion and, as a result, reduction of costs for its evaporation and as a final result - substantial improvement of the engine efficiency.

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of conversion of thermal energy into useful yield. In two rotor engines the liquids utilised as a working body don't freeze in terrestrial climatic conditions, they have low boiling temperature and under the effect of heat sources or heaters operating due to heat exchange with the industrial technologies requiring cooling allow to perform consistently alternating transition of working body from one phase state into another. In tightly closed and thermally isolated loop the process of conversion of thermal energy into useful mechanical yield takes place by means of the avalvular rotating gas-distributing drum. The drum alternately supplies high pressure steam which is formed in the steam generator to the respective working sections of the used screw or gear two rotor engines where due to expansion the steam performs useful yield and cooled. The condensation device uses the natural low temperature of higher atmosphere layers or cold climatic conditions of environment. The condensed working body comes back to the steam generator for recycling.

EFFECT: large volume of earlier unused thermal energy simultaneously provides with low-temperature cold large city refrigerators without burning of hydrocarbon fuel.

SUBSTANCE: rotary and plate device comprises a stator, side covers with a slot located in stator rotor with radial slots and working plates in them, installed with a possibility of reciprocation and contact of the upper parts with the internal surface of the stator. Each plate is designed with protuberances in the end part contacting to the slot of covers. Stator is designed with the cylindrical shape, the slot in side covers is designed with ring shape, reproducing the shape of the internal cylindrical surface of the stator and providing angular movement of the upper part of the plate in a fixed contact the internal surface of the stator. The rotor is located with the displacement to the housing wall with formation of chambers of unequal volume. In the rotor shaft from both ends the non-through axial holes with formation of inlet and outlet parts of the rotor shaft are made that are communicating with rotor slots, and on the lower part of plates the deepenings for supply and discharge of working medium from the chamber are made.

EFFECT: creation of universal rotary and plate device simple in manufacture and reliable in operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building. A rotary two-chamber internal combustion engine includes a rotor, dividing wheels and conjugation gears located in a fixed stator - crankcase with inlet, outlet holes and a combustion chamber. The rotor consists of two impellers of a cylindrical shape on one shaft. The combustion chamber is located between these impellers, and due to the shape of the impellers, the combustion chamber is shutoff from time to time for the operation of the engine. The impellers represent two segments of a cylinder of a different diameter, the axes of which are aligned with the rotor shaft axis. The dividing wheels have the shape of two segments of cylinders of a different diameter with a common axis, the surface of the larger one of which is rolled along the surface of the smaller segment of the cylinder of the rotor impeller. The diameter of the larger segment of the cylinder of the dividing wheels is equal to the diameter of the smaller segment of the cylinder of the impellers.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at the simplification of the design, improvement of reliability, service life, specific capacity and efficiency of the engine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to rotary-vane devices, and can be used in internal and external combustion engines, pneumatic motors, compressors, pumps, expanders. A rotary-vane device comprises a casing 1 with end covers and a rotor 3 with blades 4 installed not coaxially in it. Grooves 8 are provided on the inner surface of the end covers along the connection line of the end covers with the casing 1. Each blade 4 is coupled with the rotor 3 via the axis 5 parallel to the rotor 3 axis, and is fitted by a rolling-sealing unit 6 at the end with this unit consisting of three rollers or balls set on the same axis. The blades 4 rest against the grooves 8 by the extreme respectively rollers or balls of the rolling-sealing unit, without touching the outer edges of the grooves 8, and against the inner surface of the casing 1 by the central roller.
