SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plant engineering. Method of pneumatic drive of two-valved gas distributor of free piston power module with generic external combustion chamber is following. Compressed air for driving the pneumatic two-valve gas distributor of power module is taken from compressed air supply line to external combustion chamber, enters pneumatic accumulator and charges it. To open gas distribution valve, managing system sets control valve to the position of gas distribution valve, at which air from accumulator enters drive piston cavity of gas-distributing valve, when compressed air enters that gas-distributing valve opens into, and combustion products from external combustion chamber enter piston cavity of power module's expansion machine. To open gas distribution valve, controlling system sets control valve to the position of gas distribution valve, at which air from accumulator enters drive piston cavity of gas-distributing valve, when compressed air enters that the gas valve closes into. After exhaust cycle of exhausted combustion products, combustion product inlet valve is transferred to closed position and exhaust gas valve to the open position. For this, controlling system transfers control valve through air flow of inlet-outlet valve to the position, at which air from pneumatic accumulator enters that drive piston cavity of the inlet-outlet valve, when compressed air enters into which, combustion product inlet valve closes and exhaust gas valve opens. Exhausted combustion products from piston cavity of power module expansion machine are thrown into the exhaust manifold. In order to return the combustion product inlet valve to open valve and flue gas exhaust valve to the closed position, the control system transfers the control valve of the air flow of inlet-outlet valve to the position, in which air from pneumatic accumulator enters the cavity of the inlet / outlet valve piston, when compressed air enters one into which the combustion product inlet valve opens into, and flue gas discharge valve closes into.

EFFECT: invention provides increase of gas exchange processes intensity in the cylinders of a free-piston power module with an external combustion chamber in the entire range of loads on the power module.

Combustion chamber is composed of a container with solid walls designed at pressure of, at least, 60 MPa. Note here said chamber features round, preferably, ball-like shape. Additionally, generator comprises vacuum pump with vacuum outlet connected with vacuum tank. Vacuum chamber maintains vacuum of about 0.1 MPa. Said hydraulic control valve is designed to communicate combustion chamber in turns with vacuum tank, water tank and poser carrier tank, compressed air tank, pneumatic pressure chamber and atmosphere. Then all said jobs are repeated. Besides hydraulic control valve is composed of cylindrical or conical pipe with perforated walls, each perforation being communicated with one assembly communicated with combustion chamber. SUBSTANCE: portable electric plant comprises a heat engine and a power generator installed in a body. A working piston and an auxiliary piston connected to each other with a stem form a working chamber of the heat engine and an auxiliary chamber in the body. Cores of the stator winding are made circular, of double-T cross section, circular magnets cover the stem and are arranged at both sides of the cores. During motion of the stem with the piston the circular magnets generate AC in the stator winding. The air compressed by the auxiliary piston in the auxiliary chamber may be used to drive a pneumatic tool.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic valve drive in single-cycle free piston engine ensures operation of gas distribution valve due to energies resulting from air compression in the engine compressor before the combustion chamber. When it is required to open or close engine valve, the drive control system records position of engine piston and sets air distribution unit in a position providing compressed air supply to the valve drive piston cavity where the compressed air opens or closes valve while interacting with valve drive piston. The specific feature of the pneumatic engine valve drive is that in order to actuate engine valve drive, the compressed air is taken on the way of the compressed air flowing from the compressor to combustion chamber.
