Method for rescuing passengers and crew of a high-speed train in case of a possibility of its collision with another train or obstacle
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. It relates to a way of rescuing passengers and the crew of a high-speed railway train at a risk of a possible collision with another train or an obstacle and involves the following: when there is a threat of a collision, the control units send a command to roll out the capsules of all cars and driver’s cabs. Then, pull-out panels with passengers sitting on their seats are rolled out of the trains, and the driver’s cab with the crew members is rolled out as well. After the evacuation of passengers from withdrawable capsules, and the evacuation of the crew members from the driver's cab, the axle axles are extracted from all the tongs and the heads of the right and left rails are release from the former. Then they are inserted into the tongs, while the hinged panels are installed in their places in the driver's cab, after the arrival of trains without their withdrawable elements, draw-out elements are tightened by their winches.
EFFECT: it is possible to increase the reliability of rescuing passengers in case of a possible train accident.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) comprises a frame moving on a rail (7) on two wheels (4, 5), arranged in a line along the rail (7). The device may be equipped with an electric arc welding facility (9). When wheels (4, 5) are on the rail (7), then the centre (22) of gravity of the device is on the vertical line of the rail (7). Each of two wheels (4, 5) is equipped with two flanges in the form of cheeks of circular form. One of cheeks is movable for fixation of the device (1) in specific position on the rail (7), pressing the rail head (7) as in a vise between wheel cheeks (4, 5). If the device has to be moved, one cheek is loosened, restoring the wheel mobility.
EFFECT: possibility to fix wheels relative to a rail for provision of precision of operations for maintenance of rails such as electric arc welding, and possibility to vary the distance between cheeks make it possible to use a device on rails of different width.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises working and locking parts hinged together to turn in vertical plane and arranged on wheel working part to interact with bottom flange of monorail, shaft running in bearings of locking part, cams rigidly secured at shaft center to interact with monorail bottom flange, centrifugal cam mechanism fitted in antifriction bearings on shaft cantilever part and lever rigidly secured on shaft to interact with said cam mechanism. Locking part is provided with stops arranged with clearance relative to monorail bottom flange outer surfaces to interact therewith in emergent braking. Wheels are articulated with cam mechanism to allow shaft and axle rotation in one direction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to railway transport braking equipment. Proposed method consists in that, after sending instruction for train last car braking from engineman cabin to last car control unit, rail brake shoes are downed on rails between center of gravity of the car and last mounted axle. Fail-safe linearly increasing deceleration force for last car is generated and transmitted via last car coupler to ahead cars of the train. Braking force transmitted from last car coupler transducer is operated at threshold braking force transmitted to ahead cars. Simultaneously, last car coupler transducer sends instruction via pulsed force blocking link to actuators of last but one car for it to down shoes on rail heads. Further, above operations are repeated for third, fourth, fifth and next cars from train tail unless braking of train locomotive. After elimination of braking cause, instruction is generated to up shoes in preset position. Now, train goes on running along preset route.
EFFECT: higher safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to rolling stock braking equipment. Proposed method consists in downing brake shoes on rails. After automatic registration of the fact that train stopping distance exceeds length of track to sudden obstacle, alarm is switched on in cars to warn passengers about emergent evacuation. Grippers are downed on rails behind last car of high-speed train to grip rail heads. Then, tail car top rear face fragment is detached from the train. Pan with passenger seats is displaced relative to tail car when gripper spring ties get tensioned. Then, similarly pan with seats of last but one car is displaced relative to last and last but one cars. Similar jobs are performed for all other train cars. Pan dynamic inertial forces are killed by elastic forces of spring ties and pan friction against track.
EFFECT: higher safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in transport facility braking devices interacting with rails. Braking mechanism comprises base, two shoes to grip rail heads by sides surfaces, extra shoe, drive and extra drive. Extra shoe is mounted on the base to act on rail rolling surface. Drive is coupled with grips. Extra drive is coupled with extra shoe. Box-like cross section base consists of top and bottom channels, LH and RH plates to make rigid joint with appropriate flanges of said top and bottom sections.
EFFECT: shorter braking path.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to brakes of structures running on rails in antifriction bearings. Proposed braking device comprises show embracing rail head to move there along, shoe having its front part provided with wedge-like recess, and wedge made from elastoplastic material with surface coated by antifriction composition. Wedge and insert are secured, inside the show at the inlet of wedge-like recess with a gap relative to rail head, by means of locking elements sheared at preset force exceeding that of inertia acting on said elements in motion. Shoe walls have through opposed slots. Aforesaid insert incorporates at least two blades extending from said through slots to move there along in interacting with blocks made form low-density material and attached nearby rail in symmetry about each other at the point of braking start.
EFFECT: jogless braking of rocket train burnt-out stage, reduced costs on experiments with rocket trains.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to locking of operation of automatic hand brake built in rolling stock brake cylinder rear cover. In compliance with this method, servo cylinder is incorporated with the master to sense by its piston the difference of opposed forces of throw-in spring and pressure of compressed air from brake line or spare tank. Depending on prevailing force the nut is fitted by the piston end displacing to appropriate side into the barrel to make a pair of conical friction engagement "nut-barrel" or said nut is pulled from said barrel to make the "nut-screw" pair with unlocking thread. Locking assembly elements are complemented by lock bolt-plug with two recesses for seal collar and its tetrahedral lock nut. In standard operation of said brake the depth of screwing-in of the lock bolt-nut cover separating the screw piston working chamber from atmosphere is made to its first threaded end of said recess and locked by said nut. Simultaneously, said cover is sealed by a standard seal collar of used plug. To lock automatic hand brake said lock bolt-plug is screwed in said cover to its second recess from its threaded end. This allows extra screwing of lock bolt-plug in the screw inner thread end. Besides, it is locked by said nut and said cover is sealed by standard collar rearranged from the first recess of standard collar.
EFFECT: better serviceability, ruled out unauthorized locking and visual control over the latter.
SUBSTANCE: car bogie consists of crossbars interconnected by spring-loaded bolster and axle boxes with mounted axles and brake hardware. Wheels of mounted axles have crossed holes. Brake equipment is connected with spare vessel mounted at car roof. Pneumatic cylinder with piston spring-loaded relative to its body is fitted in one of crossbar, between bolster openings and those of axle box seats. Piston rod is provided with pin with taper end interacting with holes made on mounted axle wheel. Pneumatic cylinder is connected via pipeline with spare vessel of the car brake hardware. Piston is provided with second square-cross-section rod in contact with retainer rigidly secured at cylinder body end surface.
EFFECT: ruled pout spontaneous motion in depletion of brake.
SUBSTANCE: freight car brake comprises bake line communicated via air pressure control valve with spare vessel and the main brake cylinder. Brake cylinder piston and rod are hollow to house the plunger spring-loaded by helical compression spring. Hollow space of said piston and rod slide over hollow rod rigidly secured at the main brake cylinder end wall and coupled by said helical spring with aforesaid plunger. Hollow rod inner space is connected via pipe with spare vessel.
EFFECT: higher reliability and simplified design.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to railway vehicle braking clamps. Brake comprises air pressure control valve assembly with two- and three-pressure valves and tank, extra tank, brake cylinder, automatic control mode with measuring and adjusting units and engineman valve. Three-pressure member incorporates the main and equalizing pistons fitted on one axle and check valve. Main piston rod is hollow. Equalizing piston has through axial bore to make its rod interact with spring-loaded brake valve of the main piston. Automatic control mode measuring unit cylinder is rigidly connected with the car section with no springs. Compression spring in contact with piston rod is connected by its other end with air pressure control assembly. Automatic control mode adjusting unit is composed by two single-arm levers articulated by one end via horizontal shaft secured at measuring unit piston rod and rigidly coupled with torsion spring. Opposite end of the first single-arm lever is articulated with the car section with no springs while other end of the second single-arm lever contacts with equalizing piston outer side.
EFFECT: higher capacity of railway.

Proposed method consists in allowance for variation of air control valve pressure affecting brake cylinder pressure variation in calculation of the range of variations. Then, other design parameters are set equal to required braking forces.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and may be used in brake system of whatever rolling stock. Proposed method consists in using of working rates of brake line pressure drop level for operation of air pressure control valve for braking. Lower rate of pressure drop in used. Spring-loaded engage/release valves are introduced in tail car automatic brake components. Release valve has inner bore to communicate with its working chamber communicated with control channel and zone between opposed facing-point cups. Release valve feed channel is communicated with engage valve control channel communicated with its working chamber while engage valve feed channel communicated with release valve control channel is communicated with brake line via the chamber of connection hose free end. With brake line exhausted, feed channel of engage valve at disengaged state is isolated by said zone between cups. Pressure increase in brake line at charging over preset tolerable level and complete service brake application allows shifting release vale to engaged position. Brake line is communicated via second line with disengage valve feed channel.
EFFECT: automatic unloading of automatic brake line at working rate.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to rolling stock braking equipment. Proposed method consists in that pressure in brake line controls air pressure control valve communicated with the valve space tank. Air pressure control valve fills brake cylinder working chamber with compressed air from space tank and communicated the latter with atmosphere. Parking brake cylinder and standard brake cylinder are arranged separately to allow forces at cylinder piston rods act to brake leverage, or said cylinders are coupled. But in this case said action is transmitted from parking brake cylinder piston rod to brake cylinder piston via its rod. Parking cylinder body has extra channel and check valve. Said extra channel is communicated via extra check valve with existing extra duct of parking cylinder body and, besides, extra channel communicates with switch valve body. Another inlet of the latter communicates with brake cylinder piston working chamber. Switch valve outlet is directly communicated with parking brake cylinder standard inlet.
EFFECT: higher operating reliability of parking brake.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to railway vehicle braking clamps. Car brake system comprises air-operated part including aid pressure control valve, brake cylinder, spare reservoir and three-way valve and mechanical part including leverage and air-operated automatic controller. Both air-operated and mechanical parts are arranged at car roof. Automatic controller is arranged between levers of leverage. Three-way valve is arranged at car roof in brake cylinder rod axis at spacing therefrom equal to piston specified stroke. Air pressure control valve is communicated with brake cylinder and spare reservoir. Air pressure control valves of brake systems of all cars are integrated by brake main line and communicated with engineman brake valve communicated with brake system compressed air source while three-way valve is communicated with air pressure control valve, automatic controller drive and atmosphere.
EFFECT: decreased electric power consumption of controller operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and may be used in brake system of whatever rolling stock. Proposed method consists in avoidance of uncontrolled motion of rolling stock equipped with pneumoelectric brakes at discharge of brake main line below level tolerable at full service braking of automatic brake by locking and setting complexes. Main components of locking complex comprise the nut running in bearing screwed on screw and cup interacting to produce the clearance between said nut and aid cup, or to produce their friction engagement. Setting complex additionally include servo cylinder piston coupled with locking assy nut and receiving opposite forces acting thereat. Setting complex components additionally comprise changeover valve, pneumoelectric valve, service disconnecting valve and toggle switch. Changeover valve outlet is connected with setting complex to allow its communication with both brake main line via one of safety valve inlet and spare tank via second changeover valve inlet, pneumoelectric valve and service disconnecting valve.
EFFECT: ruled out delays in traffic schedule caused by operation of conductor's valve.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway wheeled vehicles. Bar braking device consists of brake conduit connected via pipes with disconnecting valve and air pressure control valve. The latter is connected in its turn with extra cylinder and extra tank connected in its turn with extra cylinder on its opposite side. Hollow plunger slides inside said extra cylinder and houses sliding piston with rod having the channel to communicate hollow plunger above-piston chamber with atmosphere. Said piton is spring-loaded by compression spring. Helical compression spring is fitted between hollow plunger end section and extra cylinder. Piston rod is articulated with lever gearing acting at brake shoes that get in contact with car wheel in braking.
EFFECT: compact design, expanded operating performances of braking hardware.
SUBSTANCE: elbow-rest (1) comprises upper and lower cases (4, 5) to house internal impact element composed by inner support including impact structure (10). The latter comprises impact elements (9) with cross-like recesses (8) surrounded by wall (W) and multiple impact elements (9) composed by integral coupled structure. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive means for protection of driver and passengers in accidents. It differs from known designs in that this system comprises protection devices each being composed by nozzle with valve, air cylinder, sensor reacting to impacts delivered to transport facility to open the valve upstream of the nozzle, and compressor to replenish air cylinders. After operation, this systems recovers quickly by means of compressor filling said air cylinders with air.
