SUBSTANCE: friction draft gear comprises a housing having a bottom and a side wall, jointly defining the inner housing space open from one end, where a friction spacer block is located, consisting of a pressure cone, friction wedges, stationary friction plates, movable friction plates equipped with ribs, a base plate with projections, resting on a supporting and return device, which, in turn, rests on the housing bottom. The movable plates are equipped on one of their ribs with a support flange of a width h to support the corresponding projection of the support plate. The support plate is equipped with at least one such projection with a width H, wherein the ratio H>h, where H is not less than 1.1*h, is to be carried out.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the friction draft gear.

Absorbing apparatus comprises barrel-like casing with boss on bottom inner side, pressure cone, two friction wedges with bearing plate, pairs of moving and fixed plates, all arranged in said casing symmetrically with its inner walls. Besides, absorbing apparatus comprises retaining-return device composed of a stack of polymer resilient elements arranged together with bearing plate and wedges between pressure cone and casing bottom and tightened up by bolt passed through central hole. Every said polymer resilient element represents variable-cross-section body of revolution with stepped hole along axis of revolution. Section with maximum OD is located between two different-size end of said body to divide outer lateral surface of the latter into two adjacent parts. Distance from said section to smaller end makes 0.30-0.55 of that to larger end.

EFFECT: absorption capacity increased for classes T2, T3.

Radial fit of washers or block in fitting them in casing is inversely proportional to linear function of coordinate of arrangement of every friction element with respect to casing base. Density of washers or blocks varies along the damper axis.

Guide bush (14) arranged in symmetry with axis (x-x) crossing one of the central metal plates (12) is attached thereto. The bush is fitted between the fixed friction plates (6). On the bottom (5) there is a preloaded return-support device (6), on top of which there is a friction unit (7). The friction unit (7) consists of a pressure cone (8), spacer wedges (9), a base plate (10), movable plates (11) and guide plates (12). The friction unit (7) forms the friction pairs: "a spacer wedge (9) - a guide plate (12)", "a guide plate (12) - a movable plate (11)" and "a movable plate (11) - the housing (1)". The housing (1) and the friction unit (7) are configured to create an additional friction pair "a spacer wedge (9) - the housing (1)", which acts during the final period of applying the load to the cone (8).

SUBSTANCE: shock absorber contains the swinging platform and the vibration absorber. The swinging platform has the body (10), in which the mounting cavity (11) for mounting the friction vibration absorber (20) is formed. The first vertical hole (12) is communicated with the mounting cavity. The vibration absorber contains the friction vibration absorber, the horizontal elastic element (30) and the vertical elastic elements (40). The central cam (23) is located in the mounting cavity of the swinging platform. The number of vertical elastic elements are located under the swinging platform. The truck has the side frame (80) and the shock absorber.

EFFECT: wear reduction of the friction vibration absorber and the swinging platform, the reduction of truck vibration in the unloaded condition.
