SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric semiconductor device for massage of the neck-collar zone contains a flexible elastically deformable base with the possibility of covering the neck-collar zone. The base is made in the form of an elastic interlayer, on which thermoelectric modules (TEM) are fixed. The working junctions of the TEM are in thermal contact with the high-conductivity gel layer containing the thermal sensor, and the support junctions - with the aluminium plates contacting the heat-conducting support blocks including a box. The box is made of a material with low thermal conductivity. In the box cavity, there is a working substance with a high heat of fusion and a melting point in the range 40-50C, bounded on the inside by aluminium plates. The elastic interlayer contains ferromagnetic needle elements located between each adjacent pair of TEMs. Magnetic action in the device is created by wires surrounding each ferromagnetic needle element with the opposite direction of winding at adjacent ferromagnetic needle elements feeding the corresponding TEM. Fastening of TEM and ferromagnetic needle elements on the elastic interlayer is performed taking into account exclusion of influence on the area of the spinal column.

EFFECT: combined function of alternating heating and cooling massage applicators in a single device, with a possibility to create a temperature regime, a magnet exposure regime and mechanical massage with vibration function.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for the thermal exposure on an individual's hand comprises a temperature stimulus. Thermoelectric modules of the thermoelectric stimulus are integrated into a flexible elastic base with mounting holes and connected to a programmable power supply by electric leads. The mounting holes are arranged as a line along the base length. On the periphery, the base has a sticky tape and is configured as two cloths of synthetic elastic material sewed together with a kaprone thread along the perimeter of the mounted thermoelectric modules at 2-3 mm from the border. A portion of the cloth extends on the surface of the thermoelectric modules with covering 2-3 mm of the latter along the perimeter. Inner junctions of the thermoelectric modules face the individual's hand and brought into a thermal contact with a flexible thermally aligning plate through heat transfer paste. Outer junctions of the thermoelectric modules contact the flexible metal plates through the heat transfer paste. The metal plates are used as a heat pick up and sewed to the base angularly with the kaprone thread. From the side of the outer joints of the thermoelectric modules, in the entire area the base is brought into a tight mechanical contact with a cuff tubed with a pump, an operation of which is adjusted by a control unit.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for the thermal impact on a person's arm contains a temperature irritant. Thermoelectric modules of the temperature irritant are built into a flexible elastic base with holes for their installation and are connected to a programmable power source by means of electric cables. The holes are located in one row along the base length. The base is provided with the Velcro fastener on edges and is made in the form of two cloths from a synthetic elastic fabric, sewn to each other with capron thread on the perimeter of the installed in them thermoelectric modules at a 2-3 mm distance from their edges. A part of the fabric overlaps surfaces of the thermoelectric modules, covering 2-3 mm of the latter on the perimeter. Internal thermocouple junctions of the thermoelectric modules face the person's arm and are brought into thermal contact with a flexible heat-equalising plate through heat-conductive paste. External thermocouple junctions of the thermoelectric modules through the heat-conductive paste contact with thin-walled flexible reservoirs, filled with a melting working substance with the melt point of 35-45C. The reservoirs play the role of heat removal and are sewn to the base on their angles with the capron thread. The base from the side of location of the external thermocouple junctions of the thermoelectric modules on its entire area is brought into tight mechanical contact with a cuff, connected with a blower by means of a tube.

EFFECT: application of the invention will make it possible to simplify the device construction and reduce its overall dimensions and weight.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoelectric modules. Essence of the invention is as follows: preferable implementations versions include two-piece (high-temperature part and low-temperature part) cellular structure and segmented N-racks and R-racks consisting of thermoelectric materials in three segments selected by principles of their chemical compatibility or their good quality at various differences of temperatures between the hot and cold sides of the module. Racks comprise metal grids which are partially built in thermoelectric segments for assistance to sustain electric contacts irrespective of considerable temperature variation. The cast cellular structure in preferable versions fixes thermoelectric N-racks and R-racks and provides for them isolation and electric contacts. The high-temperature part of the cellular structure consists of ceramic material capable to be operated at temperatures above 500C, and the low-temperature part consists of the thermoplastic material with very low heat conductivity.

Device for estimating thermalgetic and vibration sensitivity contains first unit for application of stimulating impact to localised points on patient's body, representing vibration and temperature changes, and second data-collecting unit. First unit contains outer case, means for vibration impact and means for creation of cold/warmth for direct impact on patient, as well as mans for switching on/switching off and control for bringing first unit into action and changing vibration intensity and temperature. Means for vibration impact and means for creation of cold/warmth are located inside outer case and move with respect to case for extending from it in the process of stimulating impact application. Second unit contains means for data input, means for data display, means for indication of different modes of first unit operation, as well as means for quantitative estimation of data, obtained from means for data input. Exchange by data between first and second units is realised by means of two-way wireless transmission. Means for vibration impact contain tuning fork with two antennae, converging in the central point. Vibration applicator, on butt end of which Teflon or polynil tip is put on, extends from said point. Applicator represents lever, deviating from the main axis of first unit by 30 angle, and is connected with outer case by means of rubber gasket. Piezoelectric element or loudspeaker with inductance coil for creation of vibration is fixed on free end of each antenna in immobile way. After each vibration patients presses first button of second unit, if they feel vibration, or second button, if they do not feel anything. Percentage of vibrations, felt by patient, is determined quantitatively to calculate sensitivity degree. Peltier cell is extended from one of case sides. One of Peltier cell sides is placed on localised part of skin of right foot sole, then procedure is repeated on left sole, and then on upper extremities. Cold/hot stimulating pulses are supplied to each extremity in alternating way for definite time period. After each cold/hot/pain stimulating impact patient presses first button, if they felt stimulating impact, or second button, if they do not feel anything. Percentage of changes of temperature and pain, caused by cold/hot, which patients felt, is quantitatively determined by means of second unit to calculate sensitivity degree.

EFFECT: application of inventions will make it possible to realise self-diagnostics of impairment of sensitivity in distal parts of patient's body.

Essence: a thermoelectric module includes semiconductor branches 3 and 4 of N- and P-types of conductivity, which are connected with switching buses 5 to an electrical circuit, and protective polymer coating 8. Protective polymer coating 8 is applied onto branches 3, 4 and buses 5, which are connected to each other. The coating is obtained by a method of cathodic or anodic electrodeposition from polymer paint water composition with addition of Sintanol of 1-2 wt %, polyethylene glycol 1.5-3 wt % and latex of fluorine rubber with content of a functional monomer consisting of fluorine of up to 70 wt %. The coating has a thickness of 5-23 mcm and content of fluorine of 1-25 wt %.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchange device consists of air and water heat exchangers tightened with screws, between which thermoelectric coolers located in the form of a rectangle and enclosed with a safety barrier are installed in a thermal contact. The device differs by the fact that retainers located along the perimeter and in the centre of the rectangle are additionally introduced; height of the above retainers exceeds height of thermoelectric coolers, and a heat-conducting material layer is applied onto the surface of the thermoelectric coolers which contact the heat exchangers. The retainers are made from low heat-conducting material.

A thermoelectric cooling unit includes two or more thermoelectric modules (2) arranged in sealed chamber (4) pre-vacuumised and filled with dry gas.
