SUBSTANCE: device for pneumatically separating and cleaning grain materials includes a fan, a sluice gate, in the housing of which an inlet and an outlet window and a rotating blade drum, connected to one another by radius walls, are located, at least one control valve, a separator equipped in the upper part with an inlet branch pipe for airmix and an exhaust branch pipe connected to the suction branch pipe of the fan, and in the lower part - with an unloading window connected to the inlet window of the sluice gate, and a bypass channel and a pneumatic separating channel, the lower and upper parts of which are separated by an input device, connected to each other and to the separator. The lower part of the pneumatic separating channel is located under the outlet window of the sluice gate. The inlet and outlet windows of the sluice gate are offset in different directions in such a way that the radius wall connecting them covers half or part of the drum, located under the inlet window of the sluice gate. The control valve is located in the housing of the sluice gate above its outlet window above the drum axis, and forms with the latter the bypass channel. The blade drum serves as an input device for the pneumatic separating channel. The pneumatic separating channel via the bypass channel is connected to the exhaust branch pipe of the separator and/or the suction branch pipe of the fan in bypass of the separator.

Air separator for cleaning of grain includes cylindrical body with preparation chamber arranged in upper part of body coaxially to it, forming stepped surface with circular slot gaps, cone-shaped insert arranged inside it, cylindrical body installed under cap and arranged with its larger base down, coupled with air separating channel limited by air distribution grid arranged in the form of cylinder, under cone insert in air separating channel in the centre there are coaxial receiving nozzles arranged for admixtures, inlet nozzle connected tangentially with preparatory chamber, receiver of light admixtures connected to fan, receiver of main grain fraction arranged in lower part of body. Body cap is arranged in the form of truncated cone. In central hole of its upper smaller base there is a receiving-supplying cylinder installed, connected to preparatory chamber formed by group of conical plates in the form of louver sieve of conical shape. Preparatory chamber is enclosed between cap and cone insert acting as grain distributor. To lower open end of receiving-supplying cylinder a circular conical guide plate is fixed, lower end of which is located in upper hole of conical louver sieve of preparatory chamber. Conical guide plate and louver sieve separate the space between cap and grain distributor into two parts.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for grading and separation of the bulk powdery materials, in particular, to the crystalline silicon after its crushing and may be used by the roller mills, the roll mills and the centrifugal mills in many branches of the modern industry. The air-passing separator of the bulk materials contains the body made in the form of the truncated cone with the conical bottom with the branch-pipe. In the body coaxially to it there are the spaced from each other in height and coaxially mounted and dividing the body into the sections the cylindrical collector of the recycled material and two components (the upper one and the lower one) made in the form of the inverse cones with the branch-pipes. The cylindrical collector of the recycled material is made in the form of two cylinders separated by the diaphragm with the hole, in which the pipe of the upward flow is inserted with the clearance. On the upper edge of the pipe, the edge of the upper cylinder of the collector and on the edges of each of the inverse cones there are the mounted vertical blades spaced from each other at the angle and consolidated on the cover. The cover of the upward flow pipe is made solid and consolidated on the pipe, and the covers of the upper cylinder of the collector and the inverse cones are made annular and consolidated on the body. The upward flow pipe and the branch-pipes of the inverse cones are installed coaxially and passing in height of the body through its lower branch-pipe. On the lateral surface of each of section of the body the branch-pipes for the air-mixture withdrawal are installed. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the productivity and efficiency of separation of the milled polydispersed silicon, simplification of system of adjusting and the control over the process.

At that the central cylinder consists of two placed one into other pipes(internal and external pipes) with the possibility of their vertical relocation independently from each other, and the outer cylinder is supplied through the conical reducer with the branch pipe with the cover, which is fitted on the hollow rod, which lower end is fixed to the internal pipe of the central cylinder, and with the upper end fixed to the control wheel of the movement of the cover, the internal pipe and the middle cylinder. The external pipe of the central cylinder is fixed to the traction passing through the hollow coupling rod to the control wheel of the motion of the external pipe and the middle cylinder. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of separation of the polydispersed silicon, simplification of the control and adjusting system, production of the target product of the required granulometric composition using one and the same separator.

The vibro-pneumatic separator comprises a housing provided with a receiving hopper, a vacuum chamber, a divider of fluidised layer, receivers of seed fractions, a direct-flow deck, which is rigidly fixed to the oscillating supports, and drive of the vibro-pneumatic separator. The separator of grain mixture comprises a receiving-loading device 1 connected through a window 2 with a separating channel 3 connected with the upper part to the chamber 4 of receiving light impurities. In the upper part of the chamber 4 of receiving light impurities a diametrical fan 5 is mounted. Separation walls are made up of tubes consisting of two vertical sections arranged on sides of the chambers and end horizontal section arranged at their top part and provided with lengthwise slot-like cutout and web at its center. Slot-like cutout is directed from sieve. Tube top horizontal and vertical sections are interconnected via detachable curved branch pipes provided with flanges. Identical branch pipes are arranged under tube vertical sections and articulated to complex frame to allow tube to turn in vertical plane.
