Method of dyeing and finishing of thermo-, fire-resistant aramid textile materials

FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: method of dyeing, which includes processing of pre-purified material by aqueous solution of an intensifying anion-active and emulsifying non-ionogen surfactant composition with its subsequent dyeing by cationic dye in an acid medium in the presence of an electrolyte at 125-130C for 60 min, washing with hot water of at least 80C, soaping and reduction treatment in a soda-hydrosulfite liquor. After drying at the stage of finishing the dyed material is subjected to impregnation with a composition consisting of a fluororganic drug, polacryl, polyvinyl alcohol, with subsequent drying and heat treatment.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a uniform intensive coloration with high strength properties.

The composition for colour finishing of fur coat contains products of dissolving collagen, dexpanthenol, an acid dye and water, wherein components of the composition are foamed by mixing in a double-blade mixer with a revolution speed.

EFFECT: composition improves aesthetic and colour properties, increases lustre of the fur coat, reduces susceptibility to felting, thereby preserving heat-insulating properties.

SUBSTANCE: method of dyeing wool fibre with active dyes by its preliminary modification in the aqueous solution, extracting, processing with dyeing solution, washing, neutralisation, washing and drying, when the preliminary modification of fibre in the aqueous solution is carried out by exposure to ultrasound at a frequency of 20-22 kHz, power of 3.0-6.0 kW for 3-10 minutes.

EFFECT: significant reduction in damage of the wool fibre, increase in dyeing intensity and reduction in processing duration.

SUBSTANCE: printing composition is deposited using the composition which additionally contains interference pigments, as well as a binder composition, with the following ratio of ingredients (g/kg): pigment dye 50-70, butyl acrylate 80-120, product of condensation of urea with formaldehyde 10-30, sodium formaldehyde sulphoxylate (rongalite) 80-120, sodium carbonate - 20-30, water - 20-30 and 8% aqueous polygalactomanan solution - up to 1000; the composition is fixed via heat treatment in the medium of hot air at the temperature of 140-180C.

EFFECT: wider colour gamma due to the use of universal interference pigments, which enable to obtain both white and coloured printed pictures on dyed fabrics, while shortening the process by reducing the time for fixing the composition via heat treatment with the improved strength of the fabric.
