The technical result is achieved due to that the system for controlling a brushless dc electric motor for rotating a radar antenna, which comprises an inverter, a brushless dc electric motor, a velocity sensor, a reducing gear, transceiving devices, an antenna sheet bending sensor, a velocity correcting device, an inverter control unit and a driver unit, includes a beam-forming system and an analogue-to-digital converter and, respectively, new connections between components, which enable to balance the space scanning speed when the wind load on the antenna sheet varies. Constant space scanning speed achieved owing to electronic anti-phase beam scanning with the rotational speed of the antenna improves the reliability of tracking high-speed targets. Limiting the rotational speed of the antenna based on the allowable bending value, achieved through corresponding connections between the inverter, brushless dc electric motor, velocity sensor, reducing gear, antenna sheet bending sensor, velocity correcting device, inverter control unit and driver unit, reduces the rated power of the electric motor and improves efficiency of the controlled electric drive.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control systems. The invention can be used in automating operation of polymerisation reactors, having one or more control loops. The disclosed dynamic model of the process of suspension polymerisation of styrene consists of kinetic equations and a heat balance equation. A system for controlling a polymerisation process using correction of control parameters consists of two loops. The first loop provides a given rotary speed of a mixer using a controller. The second loop provides stabilisation of the temperature of the reaction mixture within the reactor using a controller. The loop for controlling the rotary speed of the reactor mixer includes correction of the given rotary speed depending on multiple quantities. The first quantity received from a control object is the control action of the temperature controller. The second quantity is calculated in a mathematical model based on general kinetic, thermal and hydrodynamic relationships of the process of suspension polymerisation of styrene. The difference between said values is transmitted to a correction unit which generates a correcting action which is transmitted to an adder, where it acts on the value of the given rotary speed of the mixer.

EFFECT: improved quality of controlling a processing facility by selecting correction of dynamically effective control channels and inclusion thereof in operation depending on the state of the control object described by a real dynamic model.

SUBSTANCE: this system comprises interconnected stationary centres of radio block system connected to computer of the dispatcher control centre and to railway haul base stations via communication circuit. At spans between adjacent stations these are connected via fibre-optic cable and radio channel of the train onboard hardware. The latter comprises complex locomotive safety device, locomotive location determination unit, allowable speed, braking curve and data exchange calculation unit interconnected via locomotive onboard digital data exchange system interface, eddy current device for actual control over current conditions of the rails and refined speed measurement, and engineman display. Fibre-optics cable is composed of combined sensor and communication cable. Said cable is laid at span along the track to allow the transfer of external forced from track structural components to cable outer shell and includes inner elements of mechanical connection between cable shell and sensor optical fibres with variable optical parameters at their deformation. Note here that said optical fibres are connected by one end with first communication ports of span units for generation and analysis of impulse light signals. Second communication ports are connected to communication ports at video observation floor units. The latter incorporate the unit of train end video signal automatic registration. Their opposite ends are connected with appropriate fist ports of stationary unit for generation and analysis of impulse light signals. Second communication port of the latter is connected via data transfer circuit with computer of the dispatcher control centre.
