SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the manufacture of foam moulded articles comprising the steps of: A) providing a mould and B) introducing the foaming reaction mixture into a mould with variable injection pressure, wherein the exit velocity of the foaming reaction mixture introduced in step B) is ≥ 1 m/s - ≤ 5 m/s, and the injection pressure in step B) decreases in time dynamics, and the foaming reaction mixture has an experimentally determined setting time at a temperature of 20°C, which is 20 ≥ s - ≤ 60 s. The invention also relates to a refrigerator, a freezer and a combination of a refrigerator and a freezer compartment that comprise a foamed moulded article, which in particular is a component of the casing.

EFFECT: more uniform foam density distribution and no voids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an embedded detail for fastening the electrical component on the housing wall of the electrical household appliance. The embedded detail is located behind the respective hole in the housing wall and is supported by an elastic sealing edge enclosing a hole, on the back side of the housing wall. According to the invention the embedded detail is fitted with a number of fasteners, which protrude from the housing with formation of clearance between them and sealing edge. The clearance is selected so that the section of the housing wall on the hole edge is fitted into it. These fasteners are distributed so that at any section of the sealing edge the sufficient clamping force is ensured. The invention also relates to electrical household appliances and method of mounting of embedded details.

EFFECT: use of given group of inventions will allow to implement a reliable fixing of embedded details with simplicity of its design.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: lighting device for electric appliances, in particular, an internal lighting device for domestic refrigerating apparatus with the lower part intended for installation of lighting device, and the upper part, fastened on the lower part, is offered. On the upper and on the lower part several elements of conjugation with geometrical closure intended for fastening of the upper part on the lower part are located. The named elements can go into engagement by longitudinal shift of the upper part (20) in the plane of engagement with reference to the lower part. On the upper part in the front area there are two hooks, which are engaged with elements of conjugation with geometrical closure on the lower part. The elements of conjugation are designed with a possibility of hooking from below. The method of mounting of the lighting device comprises the positioning of the lower part on the housing wall. The upper part is fastened on the lower part, for this purpose the upper part is mounted on the lower part and moved together in the plane of engagement with reference to the lower part, as a result the located on the upper and the lower parts the elements of conjugation with geometrical closure engage each other. The elements of conjugations located in the lower part with geometrical closure, are hooked from below.

EFFECT: given group of inventions allows to simplify the mounting of the lighting device.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: refrigeration device comprises a housing and an evaporator placed in the housing. In the inner wall of the housing a recess is formed. The evaporator is mounted on the housing by the guide, which is located in the recess of the inner wall. The recess comprises a stop, and the guide - the stop element. The stop and the stop element interact in such a way that the movement of the guide from the recess is limited by the contact of the stop element with the stop. Method of manufacturing the refrigeration device comprises the following steps: forming the recess with the stop on the internal wall of the housing of the refrigeration device and placing in the recess of the inner wall of the guide with the stop element, which is designed for attachment of the evaporator. The stop and the stop element interact so that axial displacement of the guide from the recess is limited by the contact of the stop element with the stop.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions enables to improve the thermal properties of the refrigerator.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a refrigerating unit, and namely to a domestic refrigerating unit that includes an internal housing with a hole located on the front side, which can be closed with a door, and is intended for removal and/or laying of cooled products, a draw-out container for storage of cooled products and supporting elements to provide support for the draw-out container for cooled products on the internal housing. Each of the supporting elements located on opposite sides of the container for cooled products includes at least one supporting roller moving at least along one guide of the internal housing. At least one guide includes at least one section that is made with an inclination in the direction of the rear wall of the internal housing. The section that is made with an inclination in the direction of the rear wall of the internal housing has an inclination that corresponds at least to height of the section of the supporting roller projecting from the bottom of the container for cooled products.

EFFECT: use of this invention provides creation of a container with a cheap supporting element providing easy drawing-out and drawing-in of a container.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: refrigeration apparatus, in particular household refrigeration apparatus, such as a refrigerator or freezer, which comprises a cooled cavity limited with sidewalls, and at least one shelf which rests with the ability of extension on at least one first rib which protrudes from the sidewall into the cooled cavity. On the shelf a sliding cam is provided, and on at least one rib there is a stop cam which limits the extension of the shelf. Hook is also provided which comprises at least one first rib in the vertical direction with at least substantially a form closure and can be disengaged with at least one first rib. The sliding cam and the hook are located in the part of the rear side of the shelf.

EFFECT: use of the present invention provides simplification of the design of the refrigeration apparatus with a removable shelf.

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: refrigeration device contains a chamber for fresh products and a freezing chamber. Positioned inside the chamber for fresh products is the refrigerator casing. The casing includes one or more recesses for brackets accommodation. Each bracket can be detachably installed inside the recess so that, while the bracket is inserted into the recess, the bracket and the recess form an essentially even surface in the inner chamber.

EFFECT: this invention usage allows to ensure reduction of the space inside the chamber for fresh products that is taken up by the brackets.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: housing of a refrigerating device includes an inner shell, and outer shell and an insulating material layer between the inner shell and the outer shell. The outer shell includes a metal end plank, on which a slot restricted by an inlet chamfer is formed and which is intended to receive the edge of the inner shell. The slot is divided in longitudinal direction at least into one first section and one second section. Width of the inlet chamfer in the second section is less than its width in the first section.

EFFECT: use of this invention allows improving insulating effect of the refrigerating device housing at a simpler structure.

SUBSTANCE: refrigerating unit includes the first storage compartment, the second storage compartment, at least one parameter of which is controlled irrespectively of the first storage compartment, and a separating element that separates the first storage compartment from the second storage compartment. According to this invention, the separating element includes a thermally isolated space that is tightly closed and filled with inert gas. The separating element includes a channel that is hydraulically connected to the second storage compartment. Additionally, the separating element includes a lower plate that is located below the second glass plate. The lower plate is located at some distance from the second glass plate so that a channel is formed.

EFFECT: use of this invention provides reliable insulation between two storage compartments.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: refrigerating unit, and namely a domestic refrigerating unit, includes a housing with an internal cavity enclosed with walls and an open front side. In the housing wall that passes from the front side of the housing inward there is at least one slot closed with light-permeable glass, in which at least one LED unit is located. Glass is transparent at least in some places, and a light cone of the LED unit is fully located in the internal cavity.

EFFECT: use of this invention allows minimising light losses at supply to the internal cavity, and blinding of a user will be prevented as much as possible.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of crimped heat-insulated pipeline. Pipeline comprises at least one inner pipe, crimped outer pipe spaced therefrom and made of synthetic material and a ply of foamed synthetic material to fill the spacing between both pipes. First, ply of foam is applied to inner pipe to extrude outer pipe thereat. After extrusion of outer pipe, forming tools are used to make crimps on foam ply.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heat insulation material contains a foam polyurethane resin 104, which is filled and foamed in the space between external and internal elements 102 and 103. The foam polyurethane resin 104 is produced by injection of a mixture from at least polyol component, polyisocyanate component, supercritical, subcritical or first liquid foaming substance, boiling point of which is equal to or below 0°C at atmospheric pressure, and the second liquid foaming substance, which has specific heat conductivity below specific heat conductivity of the first foaming substance and is a liquid hydrocarbon at normal temperature, into space, and also foaming and hardening of the mixture. The inner element comprises grooves or ledges.

EFFECT: low temperature refrigerator may easily provide for compatible low density, high fluidity, high strength and heat insulation property of foam polyurethane resin, and may prevent increased cost of manufacturing by easy control, production or manufacturing of initial materials.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating product includes insulating elements of elongated shape, which are made from elastic-deformable fibrous material, connected to each other and enclosed in the cover that covers the side surfaces of elongated elements and consists of two flexible plates. One of the plates is tight and forms side surfaces of elongated elements, which are opposite to the surfaces facing the insulated object. The other plate forms the rest side surfaces of elongated elements. The product is equipped with additional tight cover made from polymer material. Tight cover is arranged on surfaces of elongated elements. Flexible plates are connected by means of a glued joint, and fibres of elastic-deformable fibrous material are oriented in an arbitrary way relative to side surfaces of elongated elements.

EFFECT: invention allows protecting the product not only against atmospheric and other outside moisture, but also against leaks of insulated medium, and arbitrary orientation fibres of fibrous insulators improves heat-insulating properties in complex sections of pipelines.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: seam design for overlapping (5', 5) from an aluminium foil designed to cover and simultaneously close a cut (2', 2) in a section (1', 1) of pipe insulation from mineral wool coated with a shell (4', 4) of aluminium foil. Besides, the shell at the side facing the mineral wool is coated with a layer (8', 8) of polyethylene, by means of which it is attached to the outer layer of mineral wool of an insulating section. Besides, a double-sided adhesive tape (7', 7) is applied as overlapping onto the layer (8', 8) of polyethylene to fix the overlap (5', 5) to the foil of the shell (4', 4) arranged at the other side of the cut in the insulating section. On both sides of the double-sided adhesive tape (7) there is one and the same adhesive composition, and one of the tape sides is connected to the layer (8) of polyethylene on the inside of the overlap (5) of the shell (4) of the aluminium foil, when the polyethylene layer is in melted condition. The invention also relates to the method for arrangement of the above seam for overlapping.

EFFECT: reduced total fire load, reduced total weight.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: heat insulation item comprises heat insulation elements of lengthy shape enclosed into a shell, which covers side surfaces of lengthy elements and consists of two flexible sheets. One of the flexible sheets is placed on side surfaces of heat insulation elements, opposite to surfaces that face the insulated object, and the other one is placed at other side surfaces of the lengthy elements. Flexible sheets are connected in gaps between insulating elements with straight sections of metal wire arranged longitudinally to the heat insulating elements. Connection of flexible sheets is made in the form of tacks, stitches of which have identical length and evenly alternate at both surfaces of tacks.

EFFECT: such connection of flexible sheets substantially simplifies the technology of making an item, and increases repairability of the item without dismantling from the insulated object.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to isolation structure for aircraft heat and sound isolation, its application in aircraft and aircraft with such structure. Said isolation structure has heavy layer and extra absorbing layer. Said heavy layer is perforated in some zones. Fraction of holes surface is kept to make said heavy layer in fact a sound-conducting at frequencies below that of dual wall of isolation structure. Said dual wall is formed by aircraft outer skin and said heavy layer.

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: heat insulating coating for steel tube elements includes liquid-ceramic base with glass microspheres with diameter of 15-150 mcm and fillers. Liquid-ceramic base consists of non-flammable inorganic components including the following (wt %): 0.4-0.6 aerosil, 6-8 expanded perlite, 5-7 β-eucryptite with negative coefficient of thermal expansion, 0.8-1.2 ground mica, 2-4 silicon and/or titanium oxides, 18-20 glass microspheres and 62.5-64.5 binding agent in the form of liquid soda or potassic glass. Coating is 4-12 mm thick. Every 4-5 mm of coating includes at least 3 layers of reinforcing net.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing service life of the coating and reducing adverse effect on human body and environment.

SUBSTANCE: heat insulating product contains insulating components of elongated shape from elastodeformed fibrous material, connected to each other and encases, herewith envelope closes side surfaces of elements and consists of two flexible sheets, one of which forms side surfaces of elongated components, opposite to surfaces, directed to insulating object, and other forms the rest side surfaces of elongated components. Herewith flexible sheet is implemented as sealed, and elastodeformed fibrous material is implemented with density of fibrous material 50-125 kg/m3, fibers are principally oriented orthogonal to plane of product.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: fiber glass tubular high-density insulator is fabricated by producing fiber glass needled mat with its opposite sides furnished with cutouts made in positions shifted relative to each other. Note here that at least one surface of aforesaid mat is coated with binder prepared by mixing organic and inorganic substances, fire retardant and water, and selective mixing of substance that features water repellant properties with mix obtained there before. Aforesaid mat is pressed with the help of pressing roller to allow winding the mat onto forming roll. Pressed glass fiber tubular insulator is dried prior to removing it from aforesaid forming roll and cut at its center. Aluminium tape reinforced by crossed glass fiber is applied to insulator outer surface and insulator end faces are cut off.

EFFECT: higher adhesion at higher temperatures with no coking.
