FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the refractory polymer composition suitable for use when applying the coating on the treated articles containing thermoplastic polymer containing vinyl acetate, and an unsaturated elastomer containing double bonds as polymeric components, where the polymer components are present in the form of a homogeneous polymer blend, and where a composite matrix is formed, vulcanized only with the use of sulfur or a crosslinking system containing sulfur, where the sulfur crosslinking system is distributed throughout the matrix and fully penetrates into the matrix, and at least one flame retardant or a combination of flame retardants. The invention further relates to articles obtained from such a composition and to composite elements coated with the composition as well as to the method for their preparation.

EFFECT: producing compositions for protecting a dynamically tense component with a coating of this composition, so that the aggregate component is sufficiently refractory, in particular, complies with the standard for fire safety CEN TS 45545-2 without rendering noticeable adverse effects by the specified coating on the dynamic properties of the composite element during its service life.

SUBSTANCE: damper comprises a rod with a stop in the form of a round plate attached rigidly to its top perpendicular to its axis. A damping base is attached with screws to the lower part of the stop. A bushing made in the form of a truncated cone is attached rigidly to the damping base coaxially to the rod. The lower base of the truncated cone is connected with the damping base. A consumable element made in the form of a bushing from fragile collapsible material like porcelain abuts the upper base of the truncated cone. The above bushing is pressed from beneath with bush-type gripping element provided with grooves for securing a resilient portion made in the form of a conical spring. The upper base of the conical spring faces the bush-type gripping element. The lower base of the conical spring is secured in the grooves of the damping base by means of cast polyurethane. The bush-type gripping element is secured by means of latches installed on the rod surface.

Posts are equipped with guides for box-like power absorber to be fitted thereat and furnished with post guide slots, ears for attachment to carcass posts and plate recesses. Plate other end is secured at suspension assy composed of a slide moving in post guides. Seat is furnished with safety harness and lengthwise adjustment mechanism arranged at seat pan.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber is mounted on external casing that contains supporting bases and shroud fixed on them. On each support base there fixed is not less than two rods. The rods have reduced diameters of supporting surfaces. Parallel bases of shock-absorber and matrix have through-holes coaxial to the rods. Between supporting bases of the casing and matrix there installed are internal compression springs. Between the casing supporting bases there installed is a compression spring of large hardness. At the casing bases there are tension restrainers. There is a shaft with slot along the longitudinal axis of shock-absorber. One end of the shaft is located in the plug fixed on one of the shock-absorber bases. The second end of the shaft goes into the hole of the other shock-absorber's base. At the end of the shaft there is a spring-loaded stem that goes into the fixing grooves located on the base of the shock-absorber. Between the shaft and shock-absorber's base there is a spring with hardness less than spring-loaded stem mounted on ball pivot. One ball pivot is fixed on the shaft, and the other - on shock-absorber's base. In axial hole of the matrix there is a coil that has not less than two leaves on each end. On the coil there fixed is a stem interacting with shaft surface slot.

EFFECT: multiple use of shock-absorber without reinstallation after each working stroke.

SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber contains a housing and energy absorbing element with cutters. The housing is designed as a notched wheel with radial slots in which "П"-shaped cutters with preset width of a slot are fixed. On a pawl which axis is fixed outside of the notched wheel, on the base of the shock-absorber housing there installed is a micro switch of the notched wheel tooth touching by the pawl fixation. The notched wheel axis is connected to the shaft of step motor. Energy absorbing element is designed as a metal plate with constant width passing through the slot of "П"-shaped cutter.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed module consists of casing to be mounted on vehicle and energy damping element with, at least, one bead made on element outer diameter to interact with casing front end. Said bead represents a multifilar helix. Plug-in insert with cutting edge facing said bead is arranged at casing front end. Said energy damping element is secured axially, on one side, jointly with plug-in insert at casing front end and, on the other side, is mounted in moving plate. Plug-in inserts has cutters arranged on cutting edge side extending beyond cutting edge and inner diameter of multifilar helix by magnitude exceeding their design wear. Quantity of cutters, their width and quantity of energy damping elements and their length are defined by design parameters of energy damping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed module consists of three plates: moving, intermediate and fixed with energy damping elements arranged there between. Fixed plate is jointed with vehicle, moving and intermediate plates are arranged to displace and shear material from said damping elements arranged between moving and intermediate plates and between intermediate and fixed plates. Maximum first damping element shearing force is smaller than that of second damping elements. Damping element sheared surface presents rings with outer multistart spiral and at least two lengthwise grooves. Damping elements are secured, on one side, by bushes with cutting edges, locating bushes, washers with fasteners on intermediate and fixed plates and coupled, on the other side, with moving and intermediate plate to shear preset thickness of material of ring multistart spiral material.

SUBSTANCE: gas turbine engine fan comprises blades attached to rotor discs and blade feet. Said feet comprises radial flanges secured at rotor disc flanges by means of stud bolts. Stud bolts are fitted into positioning bushes arranged in foot flange holes. Every bush comprises, at least, one deformable part arranged in transverse position between stud bolt fitted in said bush and edge of hole wherein the bush is fitted. Aforesaid deformable part serves to allow turn of blade foot at clash of the blade against foot and absorb a portion of said clash energy. Foot flange attachment bush comprises stiff part and deformable part including two parallel semi-cylinders coupled by deformable webs. Said webs are concaved in one direction. Both said semi-cylinders are arranged on one line with cylindrical ends of said stiff part, in fact, to rest thereon.

Bypass valves are communicated via cable lines with control unit. Hot heat carrier bypass valve of the main circulation circuit is communicated via small feed pipeline with nuclear power station reactor outlet circuit. Cold heat carrier bypass valve is communicated with main circulation pump outlet circuit. Temperature transducer thermocouple is secured on torsion, connected with control unit by cable line.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tyre industry, in particular to a method of obtaining a polymer base of a soaking composition for the tyre cord. Obtaining the polymer base of the soaking composition is performed in three stages: at the first stage latex of an inoculating butadiene-styrene-butylacrylate copolymer, containing in the main chain a copolymer of butadiene, styrene and butylacrylate in a ratio (13-45):(50-80):(5-12) respectively, is obtained. In the process of the copolymer obtaining a combination of anion-active surface active substances: sodium alkylbenzolsulphonate and sodium salt of sulphate of oxyethylated alkylphenol or oxyethylated fatty alcohol with a degree of oxyethylation 10-40 is applied. At the second stage of polymerisation butadiene, methacrylic acid, methacrylamide are inoculated to the main polymer chain in a ratio (93.0-97.5):(2-5):(0.5-2.0), respectively, with a ratio between the basic polymer and the total quantity of monomers being (20 - 35):(65 - 80). At the third stage butadiene-1,3, which has not reacted, is distilled with further bringing the polymer base to a value of pH 9.0-9.5.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a universal, non-toxic, fire-safe highly adhesive polymer base for soaking the tyre cords of various makes in the absence of a leukanol disperser, producing a negative effect on ecology.

EFFECT: material possesses higher strength with simultaneous protection against action of toxic and aggressive chemical substances and open fire.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition in form of an aqueous dispersion with content of solid substance from 1 to 50 wt %, as well as to a method of treating reinforcing layers with said composition, particularly a cord for tyres, and to a method of producing reinforced polymeric products by treating reinforcing layers. The adhesive composition contains: (a) 0.001-5 mol epoxide compound with molecular weight 50-290 in a form dissolved in water, per 1000 g of the overall composition, (b) 0.1-20 wt % completely or partially blocked isocyanate in form of a solid substance, (c) 0.1-40 wt % resorcin-formaldehyde latex in form of a solid substance and (d) water.

EFFECT: preparation of an adhesive composition which can be used in form of a single-step system, having good wettability and good adhesion, and high rate of reaction with non-activated fibres, particularly on polyethyleneterephthalate fibres.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production technology of synthetic cord, in particular, to impregnation and thermal treatment of aramid cord, and may be used in tyre and rubber industry. Aramid cord of all brands is impregnated with latex-resorcin-formaldehyde or latex-resorcin-formaldehyde-soot compounds on the basis of latexes "ДБА"-1, "СКД"-1s and 5% solution of resin "СФ"-282, with concentration of 12-14%. Then cord is thermally treated to residual moisture of 0.5-1.0% at 120-140°C with load of 400-800 kg/cloth. Cord produced by this method is repeatedly impregnated and thermally treated according to the same modes.

EFFECT: simplified treatment of aramid cord; reduction of power inputs; improvement of its physical-mechanical properties and increase of operability of tyres and rubber items.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the multilayer fire-protection materials and may be used for manufacture of the special purpose fire-protective clothing for the workers acting in the highly inflammable aerosphere - the fire fighters, the employees of the refueling stations and in the oil-and-gas industries. The multilayer fire-protection material is made in the form of the packet containing the outer layer made out of the heat-resistant fibers, the intermediate thermo-insulating layer, the inner layer made out of the cotton fabric and the hydraulic insulating layer located between the intermediate thermo-insulating layer and the outer layer. The hydraulic insulating layer is made in the form of the polymeric composition consisting of (in mass shares): 60-75 - chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 25-40 - the chloroprene rubber, 5-100 - the mineral inactive filler, 0.5-15 - the fire-retardant agent, 1-10 - the vulcanization accelerators, 5-15 - the tri chloroethylphosfate and 200-400 - the dissolvent. As the mineral inactive filler may be used kaolin, as the fire retardant - antimony trioxide, as the vulcanization accelerator - magnesium oxide. As the dissolvent they may use the mixture of the butyl acetate and toluene taken in the ratio of 1:1. The produced multilayer fire-proof material has the high flame resistance and the flex stability, the low abradability of the hydraulic insulating layer and also stability of the vulcanization production process at the multilayer fire-protection material manufacture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the multilayer fire-protection material, which has the high flame resistance, the flex stability, the low abradability of the hydraulic insulating layer and stability of the vulcanization production process at the multilayer fire-protection material manufacture.

As the mineral inactive filler may be used kaolin, as the fire retardant - antimony trioxide, as the vulcanization accelerator - magnesium oxide. As the dissolvent they use the mixture of butyl acetate and toluene taken in the ratio of 1:1. The produced multilayer fire-protection material has the high flame resistance, the flex stability and the frost resistance, the reduced rigidity and high efficiency of manufacture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the produced material has the high flame resistance, the flex stability and the frost resistance, the reduced rigidity and the high efficiency of its manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnating fibrous material with composition containing, per 100 weight parts of 2-chlorobutadiene rubber-based adhesive, 5-18 weight parts of chloropropene rubber of aniline production bottoms with aniline content of 5-18 weight parts; drying; encasing impregnated fibrous material with rubber mixture and curing.

EFFECT: increased strength of impregnated cord, enhanced adhesion with rubber and increased fire resistance, simplified method of processing fibrous material due to elimination of thermal processing stage.

FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: cuttings and/or textile flap is impregnated with a solution of flame retardant composition based on formaldehyde its concentration in the solution of 150-155 g/l, with addition of urea at a concentration of 150-200 g/l in the solution. The impregnation is carried out at a closed turnover cycle of the impregnating agent by downloading the material into the horizontal centrifuge with turnover of not less than 1200 per minute. Then the working solution of flame retardant composition is fed, followed by settling and spinning the impregnated material to the residual moisture content of not more than 5%, and then the material is unloaded from the centrifuge and sent for cutting and fibre separation with spiked rollers. In the process of fibre separation, the flame retardant composition is additionally fed to the material through the nozzles. With poor capillarity of the textile wastes the water-soluble surfactant (Prevocell, Sulfosid) is added to the solution as a wetting agent at a concentration of 0.3-1 g/l in the solution.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain the fibre separated pulp from the textile wastes with reduced flammability for subsequent use in the production of nonwoven materials for automotive industry.
