SUBSTANCE: vertical separator-transporter includes internal and external cylindrical channels, a loading-unloading receiver with an annular outlet slit, located in the inner channel one below the other stages of the working bodies designed to move and fix their position in height. Each stage of the working bodies contains established consistently conical guides, reflecting elements in the form of truncated cones located with a large base down, funnel-shaped dividers with an annular outlet slit. The loading-unloading receiver is supplied with a device to regulate the load fluctuations and the orientation of the center of mass of the grain particles including conical guide in the form of a cone located with a large base down and a funnel-shaped feeder mounted below it. The surface of the conical guide of each stage is executed corrugated, the reflective elements are fixed to an inner vertical shaft, rotatably mounted and located in an outer stationary shaft. The divider of each stage is made in the form of a cylindrical surface coaxial with a funnel-shaped cone and located above the conical corrugated guide of the lower stage. Above the cylindrical surface of the divider there is a receiving slit window located in the focal line area of the reflective element. The working bodies in each stage are made with different radial dimensions, decreasing consistently from one stage to the next.

In the separation channel (2) a conical cutter (3) with a rubber hole (4) is mounted with the ability to move vertically. The separator is formed in a single cylindrical housing (1). The conical guide, the funnel-shaped feeder and the cutter are attached with brackets and adjusting devices to the guides fixed on the walls of the housing.

Proposed device comprises housing, inclined flute with grain paths, means to feed grain to said flute, optical detectors including grain illuminators and control system. Control system units are connected to central processor. Besides it comprises grain particles rejection means. Rejected grain discharge hole is arranged under aforesaid means to force rejections into container. Intake flute is arranged at lower section of aforesaid flute with its lower end located above cleaned grain intake container. Detectors are composed of video cameras built around matrix with charge link. One of said cameras is arranged perpendicular to inclined flute while second one is inclined thereto. Means to feed grain to flute is composed of trough connected via crank gear with motor. Inclined flute and trough have triangular guides secured thereat. Grain rejection device is composed of crank gear engaged with motor and provided with piston-type striker.

Proposed device comprises bin with proportioners and seed slotted distributors arranged at working sections of reflection surface, intake chambers with separation baffles and adjustment deflecting shutters mounted at top edges of the latter. Reflection surface is composed of flexible endless belt tensioned around at least two cylindrical parallel revolving pulleys. One of the latter is coupled with drive to make a driving pulley. Axes of said pulleys and horizontal sections of reflection belt are deflected from horizontal through the angle varying from 20 to 35 degrees. Proposed device can feed material to be separated on belt sections deflected from horizontal. Cleaners removing stuck particles from reflection surface are located outside of material feed area.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of loose mixtures of particles with a different coefficient of friction. It may be used in agriculture for cleaning of seeds from hard-to-extract weeds. The device comprises a frame, a vibrating mill with a friction plane fixed in it, a drive, supports and a hopper-feeder with an output flow. The hopper-feeder is installed so that direction of supply of the treated material matches inclination of the friction plane. The output chute of the hopper-feeder is installed at the angle providing for descent of a rougher component with minimum speed and its fall onto the friction plane in a vertical manner. At the same time accelerated motion of a less rough component is provided, as well as its fall onto the friction plane after displacement in flight in the horizontal direction for formation of the zone of preliminary separation of required width.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase quality of separation and efficiency due to preliminary deconcentration of separated materials.
