FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: composition contains, wt %: epoxy anhydride mixture 90-99.0 and nanoparticles of gallium oxides, either indium or thallium with sizes of up to 50 nm 1.0-10.0. The epoxy anhydride mixture contains epoxy resin ED-20, anhydride hardener - isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride, plasticiser EDOS, accelerator UP-606/2 at a weight ratio of 100:80:5:1.5, respectively. The composition is pre-treated with ultrasound at a frequency of 22 kHz to uniformly distribute the nanoparticles in the volume of the composition.

EFFECT: improved thermomechanical properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering for producing sealants and filling compounds and is intended for use in producing piezoceramic devices, particularly when producing ultrasonic transmitting-receiving modules for contactless fuel level sensors. The polymer composition includes epoxy diane resin, epoxy aliphatic resin, filling agents, an amine curing agent, modifying additives - cyclohexanol and a mixture of 2,4- and 2,6-isomers of toluene diisocyanate, and a filling agent. EFFECT: transmitting-receiving modules for fuel level sensors filled with the polymer composition have a high conversion coefficient and vibration resistance.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: epoxy compound is obtained by mixing epoxy resin (E-40), a product of condensation of epichlorohydrin with diphenylol propane in an alkaline medium with content of epoxy groups of 13-15% in amount of 40-44 wt % with dioctyl phthalate 17-20 wt %, filled with 32-35 wt % dry-ground, mechanically treated mica-muscovite with particle size of less than 5 mcm with abrasive fine iron powder with particle size of less than 50 mcm, taken in ratio of 1:0.8-1.3, respectively, hardened polyethylene polyamine 4.6-6.5 wt %. Said epoxy compound has improved adhesion to the material of the equipment and provides high adhesion when tearing and shearing, since both shearing and tearing stresses act when filling and pressing the articles.

EFFECT: invention provides rapid repair of equipment and prolongs the service life thereof.

SUBSTANCE: according to the first invention, an epoxide composition contains diane epoxy and an amine hardener. The above amine hardener in the composition is presented by a reaction product of polyaminoalkylphenol of formula (1) wherein n is equal to 1-7, and cyclocarbonate containing cyclocarbonate groups 18.67-25.00 wt %, epoxy oxygen 0.13-1.38 wt %, hydroxyl number 11.4-12.5 mgCoH/g on the basis of oxidised rape oil containing epoxy oxygen 5.75-6.22 wt %, hydroxyl number 13.6-14.6 mgCoH/g, iodine number 3.7-12.3 g I2/100 g. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cyanic ester-based polymer compositions which are reinforced with fibrous filler and are used for producing structural polymer composite materials with operating temperature of up to 200°C and articles from said materials which can be used in aviation, aerospace, motorcar, ship-building and other industries. The invention also relates to prepregs which include said polymer composition and articles made from said prepregs. The cyanic ester-based polymer composition contains epoxy resin, which is a modifier and selected from: epoxy diane resin, epoxy novolac resin, nitrogen-containing epoxy resin or mixtures thereof, wherein components of the composition are in the following ratio, wt %: cyanic ester 55-95, epoxy resin 5-45. The composition can further contain a solvent selected from: acetone, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol or mixtures thereof. The prepreg includes the described polymer composition and fibrous filler, wherein components of the prepreg are in the following ratio, wt %: polymer composition 30.0-50.0, fibrous filler 50.0-70.0. The fibrous filler used in the prepreg can be fabric or bundles or strips based on carbon or glass fibre. An article is made from said prepreg by moulding.

EFFECT: low viscosity of the cyanic ester-based polymer composition when processing and homogeneity of the composition, which enables processing thereof via a prepreg technique and enables to obtain water-resistant articles from polymer composite materials with improved thermomechanical properties, low coefficient of variation of physical and mechanical properties, well retained strength properties at high temperatures (up to 200°C), and reduced shrinkage of the composition during processing.
