SUBSTANCE: classifier includes a stirring chamber having a stirring fluidising bottom and a concentrating chamber having a concentrating fluidizing bottom. The concentrating fluidizing bottom and at least a portion of the concentrating chamber are located below the stirring fluidizing bottom. The concentrating chamber has a horizontal cross-sectional area of approximately 20 to 200 times less than the horizontal cross-sectional area of the stirring chamber. With the help of the above classifier, a material sorting method is carried out, comprising feeding the material to be sorted into a classifier stirring chamber, transferring the material in the stirring chamber to a fluidized state, transferring a portion of the material to the classifier concentrating chamber, fluidly linked with the mixing chamber, transferring material in the concentrating chamber to a fluidized state, the formation in the concentrating chamber of the concentrating fluidized bed, the separation of the material by means of at least concentrating fluidized bed and the output of heavier pieces of sorted material from concentrating chamber.

Every coarse fraction discharge channel is composed of divergent nozzle from bimetallic material. Note here that divergent nozzle inner surface has curved grooves extending from nozzle inlet to its outlet. One of classified material discharge channels and one of coarse fraction discharge channels are connected with thermoelectric generator composed of housing with hot compressed air flow through channel to carry classified material and cold compressed air through channel to carry coarse fractions. Feeder-separator is made up of ribbed surface with lengthwise slots to remove portion of loose mix and feed remaining portion regularly onto conveyor belt for it to be cleaned by compressed air. All pressure nozzles are arranged above transfer nozzles at different distances from conveyor screen. Transfer nozzles and pressure nozzles are arranged along conveyor screen to displace vertically. Transfer nozzles are made integral with settling bins to communicate via cyclones with rarefaction devices.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic classifier comprises a casing, a screening device set along the casing, branch pipes for water supply and fine fraction removal set at the casing corners being opposite to each other as per diagonal in its longitudinal section, branch pipes for suspension supply and removal set at the other casing corners being opposite to each other as per diagonal in its longitudinal section, a vibrator, the screening device consists of sieves coupled pairwise along the perimeter by a shell. The branch pipes for suspension supply and removal are communicated with the inner space of every pair of sieves. The vibrator is coupled with the screening device. Flexible pipelines are connected to the branch pipe for suspension supply, divergent nozzles with curvilinear spiral-like guides at their inner surface are installed on the pipelines in tiers within the half of the suspension chamber height and are located in the inner space of every pair of sieves interconnected by resilient plates. Side end faces of the suspension chambers are enclosed by mesh. The vibrator is equipped by a drive with speed controller. The speed controller is connected with the pressure regulator coupled with a pressure sensor mounted in the water supply branch pipe. The pressure regulator comprises interconnected comparators and setting units, electronic and magnetic amplifiers and a nonlinear connection unit. The speed controller is made as a unit of powder electromagnetic clutches.

EFFECT: improved efficiency and productivity of classification due to the regulation of consumed power at the vibrator drive depending on the alternating pressure in the water supply branch pipe determined by the hydraulic resistance of the suspension specified by the concentration of fibre material in the mix being classified.

SUBSTANCE: gravity mineral dressing device comprises a loading hopper conjugate to the distribution chamber, from both sides of the chamber the slope upward and downward dividing transporting channels are mounted, which contain with a possibility of change of the spatial position the lapping plates with cross partitions, and also slope unloading channel with the device for transportation of dispersed mineral matter implemented as an elevator. The bottom part of the unloading channel is hydraulically connected with the bottom of the downward transportation channel. The device is fitted with a tank with the bleeding line, inside which an opened vessel for running water connected to the unloading channel with elevator is located. The unloading channel is fitted with a water level regulator, which is implemented as a vessel, where with a possibility of movement in a vertical direction the tubular control vertical branch pipe connected with a free-flow bleeding line is installed. In the water level regulator a sensor connected to a transporter drive, feeding mineral material into the loading hopper is installed. The upper end of the tubular control vertical branch pipe is implemented bevelled or fitted with a drainage cut. The upper edge of the open vessel is located below the upper edge of the tank.

SUBSTANCE: method of regulating the process of classification of solid material in a vertical flow with pulsating agitation includes the change of flow rate of washing solution depending on the value of density of overflow pulp, penetration of slugs into the overflow, accumulation in the bottom part of the flow and maintaining during the whole process of dense sand layer, counterflow interaction of sands and washing solution, discharge of the washed sands. Optimum height of the dense layer of sands is adjusted and established by change of pressure of compressed air providing the pulsations, and the speed of the washing solution in the volume of dense layer, not occupied by sands, is taken as higher than the speed of hindered settling of the largest slags, using the boundary grain of which the classification is performed. Sensors of top and bottom levels of the dense layer are place permanently in the pulsation zone at the interface "compressed air - liquid". The washed sands are unloaded periodically at continuous feeding of unequigranular sediments and washing solution.

EFFECT: improvement of reliability of regulating the process of classification of solid materials and washing of soluble substances from sands.

Said tube features length equal to its tenfold diameter. It is furnished with top and bottom separation flanges, their length making one third of tube length. Concentration tube bottom part is shaped to truncated cone with smaller base diameter equal to that of process water feed pipeline while larger base diameter equal to that of concentration tube. Concentration tube top section above tube central lengthwise axis is closed while below said axis it is open to discharge light fraction. Fluid to be processed is fed from said annular clearance while classified or concentrated fluid is discharged therefrom via channel between screen and case wall. Vibration assembly is jointed with case to allow vertical and horizontal displacements. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to classification and concentration of minerals. It may be used in development of stream-gold. Proposed concentrator comprises two-section housing. First section is inclined to lengthwise vertical axis and provided with pack of inclined corrugated plates arranged in parallel. It incorporates water delivery branch pipes, those to feed initial material and concentrate collection chambers. Second section serves to trap fine heavy particles. First section features the shape of descending triangle while inclined plates form clearance with concentrator housing to make inclination lengthwise and crosswise angle regulation. Section bottom above concentrate collection chambers is furnished with alternating crosswise branch pipes to feed additional water and inclined plates arranged to provide for adjustable clearance between plates bottom edges and water delivery branch pipe. Outlet of the latter is directed along surfaces of the plates. Top section of the plate is secured to top section of the next branch pipe and has minor continuation and crosswise bent baffle. Second section begins from apex of first section sharp end and represents two-section screw-like descending flute.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a gravitational concentrator and is dealt with the field of mining industry, mainly with concentrating of minerals and with metallurgy for final treatment of rough concentrates of metals. The gravitational concentrator includes a cone-shaped chamber, a device for a source material feeding into the chamber, a container for periodical release of the concentrate by batches. The chamber is inverted with its vertex of a cone downwards. The device for a material feeding is made in the form of a hollow shaft with a release window located inside the chamber. The hollow shaft is supplied with a ripping device. The ripping device is made with a capability of rotation in the form of needles as an evolvent. The chamber is supplied with the ring-type receivers with connecting pipes and the control gates for ensuring a uniform distribution of water in different cross-sections in height of the cone. The surface of the cone is perforated. The concentrator contains no less than three chambers with a common drive for simultaneous separation of fine-bored grades of the source material. The technical result is an increased efficiency of separation of particles by their density.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased efficiency of separation of particles by their density.
