SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of technical fabrics seam area ultrasonic welding, using the textured sonotrode and/or a support. The fabric edges are overlapped, like woven, or one or both of the edges may have several loose warp or weft threads. The method includes connecting of fabric overlapped edges by means of ultrasound, thickness reduction of two edges placed one above each other up to the cloth thickness of the fabric itself.
EFFECT: connected area can be perforated, using the laser or other mechanical means to create the seam, having the same woven texture and permeability as the fabric cloth.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing counterfeit-proof paper for production of counterfeit-proof documents such as banknotes, identity documents based on plastic cards or the like, with a protective element made in the form of a strip, which is embedded into the counterfeit-proof paper and directed at least on one opening in the counterfeit-proof paper on one of the surfaces of the counterfeit-proof paper. The mesh cylinder of a cylinder paper-making machine takes the pulp in the form of the fibre-water slurry from the tub. In addition, the invention relates to the mesh cylinder of a cylinder paper-making machine to manufacture the respective counterfeit-proof paper. According to the invention, on the mesh cylinder for each unit of use at least one first raised platform is applied, which is formed by a closed frame which encloses at least one recess. On the mesh cylinder at least one other raised platform is applied, which performs direction of the protective element made in the form of a strip in the transverse direction so that the protective element made in the form of a strip is placed on the first raised platform and does not protrude or protrudes only slightly beyond the first raised platform on its both longitudinal sides, at that inside the first raised platform the fibre-water slurry cannot agglomerate.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fabrication of a wire gauze for the formation of water marks. Proposed process comprises the steps that follow. Stable bonding of at least one electroplate element with a preset first working side of the wire gauze for the water marks formation. Plastic deformation of at least one preset section of the said wire gauze for the water marks formation. This section comprises at least partly the said at least one electroplate element and extends relative to the wire gauze plane. The plastic deformation step comprises mutual convergence between a male die to be coupled by its model surface with the first working side zone and at least one female die to fit in an appropriate thrust zone by its contrast surface. The said thrust zone is located on the second side of the said wire gauze arranged opposite the said first working side. Note here that the said model surface has at least one recess shaped to mate with the said electroplate connected to the said first working side. The said one recess is located in the zone of the said model surface to face the said one electroplate element applied on the said first working side of the wire gauze.

At that each pair is formed of two longitudinal threads adjacent to each other that alternately complete the first weaving and at that at least one of the four longitudinal threads which form two functional pairs of longitudinal threads passes both in the upper woven layer and the lower woven layer and thereby binds the lower woven layer with the upper woven layer.
EFFECT: proposed invention provides creation of mesh to form a paper web, having high operational characteristics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of production of multilayer paper or cardboard product, comprising providing a first headbox with the paper pulp composition comprising fibres, from which at least one layer of paper or cardboard product is formed. Providing a first headbox with nonfibrous composition of high concentration with content of dry matter of 5-70% by weight, of which at least one layer of paper or cardboard product is formed. The direction of the paper pulp composition through the turbulence generator to the first headbox while directing the nonfibrous composition of high concentration to the first headbox without imposition any turbulence to it. The direction of the said layers to at least one mesh conveyor, on which the multilayer web is formed, which is further dewatered and dried to obtain paper or cardboard product.
EFFECT: proposed invention provides the possibility to increase the dry matter content and thus to reduce the need in drying of the obtained product.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasound clearance welding of pileless clothes. Particularly, it relates to ultrasound welding of cloth thread ends in plain-pressed open seam with controlled clearance. It can be used for making seams in cloth by ultrasound welding along thread ends in open seam area. To set spacing between head and support at definite level subject to welding depth and welding consumed power mechanical stop can be used.
EFFECT: extra degree of controllability, seam strength higher than that of seams reinforced by gluing.

SUBSTANCE: fabric with the four-thread structure for the papermaking machine, in particular the forming fabric for use in the forming part of the papermaking machine, having at least one repeating element of the fabric. The fabric comprises a group of warp longitudinal MD upper threads, a group of weft transverse CMD upper threads interwoven with the upper MD threads to form the upper layer of the fabric, a group of central MD threads; a group of central CMD threads interwoven with the central MD threads to form a central layer of fabric; as well as a group of lower MD threads and a group of lower CMD threads interwoven with the lower MD threads to form a lower layer of the fabric. At that in the repetitive element of the fabric the upper layer is bonded only with the central layer, the lower layer is bonded only with the central layer by means of the relevant independent binding patterns, where the first binding pattern is formed of the group of pairs of binding threads, each pair of which is located between two adjacent upper CMD threads and comprises at least one thread interwoven with both upper MD threads and the central MD threads. The binding threads of each pair are twisted relative to each other and superimposed one on another in the vertical direction and located between two adjacent upper CMD threads. The second binding pattern is formed of at least several central CMD threads interwoven with the central MD threads, and also with the lower MD threads, but not with the upper MD threads, thereby determining the relevant crosslinking threads that bind the central layer and the lower layer. At that the fabric is formed of three superimposed warp threads determining the array of the warp threads, repeating in the transverse CMD direction, and of five weft threads determining the array of weft threads repeating in the longitudinal MD direction, where the ratio between the weft threads and the warp threads repeats in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, respectively, and therefore constitutes 5:3.
EFFECT: proposed fabric for papermaking machine has good drainage capacity and is resistant and stable over time.

SUBSTANCE: fabric is made with the ability to support a wet paper web for its dewatering, setting the machine direction, and comprises a stable permeable part and two strips spaced apart in transverse direction extending along the fabric in the machine direction, each of which is substantially and consistently airproof, and which restrict the said permeable part enclosed between them. The permeable part is made so that it the wet paper web supported by it extends over its entire width, and the air directed to it can pass through it, but not through the strips, so that the wet paper web, supported only by the permeable part, is dewatered, which width between the impermeable strips thus defines the width of the dewatered wet paper web. At that at least one impermeable strip comprises a self-leveling filler or a coating applied to the fabric so that the impermeable strips have substantially and consistently smooth surfaces and do not retain water.
EFFECT: invention provides protection of the gap of the dryer fabric, as well as ease of setup for different width of the paper web.

SUBSTANCE: three-layer fabric (100) for making paper comprises: a group of main longitudinal (MD) upper yarns (1-8); a group of weft transverse (CMD) upper yarns (34, 36, 42) interwoven with the upper MD yarns to form an upper layer (101) of fabric; a group of lower MD yarns (9-16); a group of lower CMD yarns (33, 37, 41) interwoven with the lower MD yarns to form a lower layer (102) of the fabric; and a group of binding yarns (35, 36, 39, 40) located transversely and interwoven with the upper MD yarns that bind the upper layer (101) with the lower layer (102). The binding yarns (35, 36, 39, 40) are located in pairs between two adjacent upper CMD yarns (34, 36, 42), and in the repeating element (104) of the fabric at least one binding yarn (35, 36, 39, 40) of each pair is interwoven with at least one lower MD yarn (9-16). At that each binding yarn (35, 36, 39, 40) passes under the lower MD yarn (9-16), so that the pattern can be defined "over two/under six" between the pairs of binding yarns (35, 36, 39, 40) and the lower MD yarns (9-16) on the lower surface of the fabric. The ratio between the weft yarns and the warp yarns is 4:2. The fabric is 16-heald three-layer fabric.

SUBSTANCE: fabric 10 is designed to be connected by stitches upon placement onto papermaking machine. Fabric 10 has base fabric 14 with stitch loops on its transverse edges for connecting fabrics into endless web upon placement thereof onto papermaking machine. Stitch made by interdigitated arrangement of stitch loops connected with one another through pin 20 is closed with strip 24 from flow resistant material, or, if base fabric has upper and lower layers, strips of said material are placed between upper and lower layers close to stitch. Owing to flow resistant material, air and moisture permeability of fabric portion adjoining to stitch is essentially identical to said permeability of other portion of fabric for papermaking machine. At least one web layer of staple fiber is tingled with base fabric and flow resistant material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing compensation of difference in air permeability and moisture permeability between stitch and other part of fabric for papermaking machine.

SUBSTANCE: duck fabric is produced from longitudinal and transverse threads, where longitudinal threads are multifilament threads including multiplicity of single thread filaments and at least one thermally fusible filament of thermoplastic material. This at least one thermally fusible filament of thermoplastic material has lower melting point than single filaments of multifilament thread. After thermal processing, multifilament threads become harder and single filaments defining said multifilament threads are secured in conjunction with thermoplastic material of said at least one thermally fusible thread.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing spiral winding of band-shaped woven web, said web having first and second lateral sides, along which first and second edges are respectively extending, each of said edges comprising at least one longitudinal thread interwoven with transverse threads. First and second gaps are arranged adjacent to first and second edges inward thereof, wherein said gaps are free from longitudinal threads, and transverse threads are joining edges with band-shaped web. During spiral winding of band-shaped web, first edge is placed within second gap and second edge is placed within first gap of adjacent coils for producing of continuous spiral seam formed by joining of adjacent coils together. Method allows wide web to be produced from relatively narrow band-shaped spiral-wound woven web.

FIELD: manufacture of cotton cloth for paper-making machine.
SUBSTANCE: the cotton cloth is manufactured by spiral winding of laminated structure with formation of a great number of coils. The laminated structure has lower and upper layers representing bands of the same width. The upper and lower layers are positioned one above the other with a transverse shift so that the non-laminated part of the lower layer is positioned along one side edge of the laminated structure, and the non-laminated part of the upper layer-along the other side edge. At spiral winding of the laminated structure the non-laminated part of the upper layer in one coil is laid on the non-laminated part of the lower layer of the adjacent coil and connected to it obtaining a cloth for a paper-making machine from the spiral wound structure.
EFFECT: provided preliminary manufacture of laminated structure in the form of a band and further use for obtaining of cloth having preset values of width and length by spiral winding.

At least some of threads extending in the course of advancement of paper in machine and/or threads extending traverse to course of advancement of paper are threads having core filament surrounded with enclosure. Core filament and enclosure may be visually distinguished from one another by unaided eye, for example by color, so that wear of industrial fabric surface may be visually controlled during its service life on the basis of changing which is distinguished upon wearing and losses of enclosure from core filament.
