A set of cartridges for protecting the loading hopper against wear contains cartridges with main body and located at least in one of the cartridges in accordance with the first position configuration and at least one of the cartridges in accordance with the second position configuration, wherein at least one cartridge with the first position configuration is a right-hand cartridge, and at least one cartridge with the second position configuration is a left-hand cartridge. The modular loading hopper comprises an inner chamber of the hopper for feeding material. At least one said cartridge is detachably mounted in the loading hopper in area with at least one wall. The crusher comprises said loading hopper and at least one said cartridge.

EFFECT: high maintainability of the loading hopper and crusher with such hopper.

Cylinder of horizontal platform attaches horizontal platform to power drive and is fixed at the bottom of power drive with possibility of rotation about vertical axis. Crushing machine has unloading flattened cone and cylinder of unloading cone. Unloading cone is installed inside cylinder of unloading cone, which is rigidly fixed at the bottom of power drive coaxially to cylinder of horizontal platform. Central rock cutter is made in the form of cone and installed in the middle of grinding table. The latter is arranged inside cylinder of unloading flattened cone in the horizontal plane similar to that of horizontal platform, and is perforated; and through the holes the crushed rock is supplied to unloading flattened cone and then to hopper.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a gyroscopic crushing machine of dry rock and is intended for production of crushed rock mane-made construction materials. The gyroscopic crushing machine of dry mountain rock contains a crushing bed plate, a roll interacting with the crushing bed plate and a power drive of the roll rotation. At that the gyroscopic crushing machine of dry rock has a stand and a two-degree gyroscope made in the form of an electric motor with a shaft and a flywheel installed on the roll shaft and linked with the stand by a hinge, a horizontal platform linked with the power drive. The stand is installed on the horizontal platform with a capability of motion in a radial direction. At that the roll is mounted with a capability to rotate around of the vertical axis. The electric motor is rigidly mounted on the shaft of the roll and the hinge connecting the shaft of the roll is placed on the shaft of the roll between the roll and the electric motor. The invention provides an increase of efficiency and stability of operation of the gyroscopic crushing machine.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining industry. The inertial cone crusher contains the body with the outside cone and the spherical support for the inside cone with the shaft, on which there is the unbalanced mass vibrator, which is connected by the transmission with the power-driven electromotor. The inside cone is supplied with the amplitude limiter. The amplitude limiter is made in the form of the bearing mounted inside body, which inner race is the rubber-lined, and the mating ring of the limiter is mounted on the unbalanced mass vibrator concentrically to the axis of the cone shaft. At that the restraining radial clearance źd╗ between the mating ring and the rubber-lined race of the bearing is determined from the following dependence: d = S*L/1, where S - the discharging latch between the cones, L - the distance from the center of the spherical support up to the geometrical center of the mating ring; 1 - the distance from the center of the spherical support up to the lower edge of the working surface of the lining of the inside cone. The invention improves reliability and the operational service life of the inertial cone crusher.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the crushing devices and may be used for crushing of the reinforced concrete slabs. The device contains the body resiliently set on the cradle with the vibrators and the central core resiliently mounted in the body. At that on one end of the packet there is the striker, and on the other one - the balance weight is located.
