FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises, as a protective device, a metal lattice consisting of fencing elements in the form of two crossbars, at the ends of which through coaxial openings are made, and at least two vertical racks arranged between the crossbars and connected with them, with a distance therebetween of not more than 11 cm, and an installation kit. The installation kit includes four brackets, by means of which said lattice is installed from the outside of the window on the vertical surface of the window frame. Each bracket is represented by a three-dimensional piece made of a sheet workpiece, having a T- or L-shape in plan, the vertical and the horizontal elements of which are respectively the cantilever part and the support part of the bracket. On the edges of the support part, there are through openings for fixing screws, by means of which the bracket is fastened to the window frame. The longitudinal edges of the cantilever bracket part are bent each at the right angle away from the support part to form side flanges, each having at least one through opening coaxial to a similar through opening on the opposite side flange. In the cantilever bracket part, at least one through groove of the rectangular or circular shape is made, into which one end of the corresponding crossbar of the metal lattice is mounted and then fixed. Four plates are also included in the installation kit, that are mounted on the inside of the frame, with openings for the heads of fixing screws, by means of which said brackets are fastened to the window frame. Fixing elements are allso included in the installation kit, by means of mounting which through the through openings at the ends of the lattice crossbars the longitudinal movement of the lattice crossbar ends in said through grooves of the cantilever part of the brackets is limited.

SUBSTANCE: ends of proposed spring can be connected to the parts of oscillatory system. Ends of said wrap springs are connected to connection flanges. Recess is made at every said flange to rule out the contact of the spring extreme turns with flanges at spring operation. Note here that said extreme turns are bent-under and cut so that said compressed spring with flanges at maximum load has its turns not contacting. Said spring can feature both cylindrical and shaped cross-section. Threaded bores are made at spring extreme turn flat surfaces of contact with connection flanges. Said bores are used to secure connection flanges via openings opposite the former to spring extreme turns by screws. Note here that every connection flange is secured to extreme turns by at least two screws. Proposed spring differs from know designs in that screw heads are locked by welding said heads to connection flanges.

EFFECT: higher reliability of connection of flanges to spring extreme turns.

SUBSTANCE: device for application of coatings onto small-sized products includes a reactor with a cylindrical housing, which can be swayed in a vertical plane, on one end of which a cover plate with a branch pipe and a heater is installed, and on the other end a temperature-controlled casing with a branch pipe is installed; a corrugated ruler is installed inside the reactor with its long side along a generatrix of the cylindrical housing. The device is equipped with a flat plate-like bending spring rigidly attached to the corrugated ruler and provided with cantilever end sections projecting beyond the limits of the ruler as to its width with possibility of being pressed down to the inner surface of the cylindrical housing.

EFFECT: providing multiple use of an application device of coatings onto small-sized products of different shapes due to possibility of quick and easy replacement of the corrugated ruler.

Each fixator is made in the form of a sleeve fixed on the side surface of the first section with an axis parallel to its axis, aligned by the end to the edge of the section and equipped with an insert installed as capable of axial displacement inside the sleeve, in the side surface of which there is a round hole and a slot arranged one after the other from its end. The longitudinal axis of the slot is parallel to the axis of the sleeve and is arranged in the plane stretching via the axis of the sleeve and the axis of the section. The insert is equipped with a pin, installed in its first pin and stretching via the bottom of the sleeve asymmetrically to its axis, is arranged as capable of interaction with the first end to the bottom of the sleeve, contacts by the second end with the compression spring installed in the sleeve at the side of its end. It is made with two non-through holes perpendicular to its axis and equipped with compression spring, a sphere and a plunger for interaction with the round hole and the slot of the sleeve. It is made with a bore forming with its hole, equipped with a sphere, an edge for interaction at the side of the hole with the sphere in the point arranged at circumference with diameter less than the diameter of the sphere made with the diameter that is more than the width of the slot and the diameter of the round hole of the sleeve. SUBSTANCE: separation device of structure elements, which contains a housing with a cylindrical cavity, a piston, a shank, a compressed gas supply channel, as well as a separated element, which differs by the fact that in internal cylindrical cavities there arranged are two additional pistons located symmetrically relative to the device axis and including two-sided stocks. On stocks facing the device axis there made are bevelled sections adjacent to a lock element made in the form of a flattened cone, the generatrixes of which are parallel to bevelled sections of stocks, and the lock element is connected through the shank to the separated object. SUBSTANCE: procedure for split connection of cylinder parts of "shaft-bush" type consists in placement of embedded elements in circular slot of enveloping part. Further, each embedded element is fixed with a hold-down element facilitating conjugation of the embedded element with the circular slot of the enveloping part along cylinder surface of the enveloping part. The enveloping and enveloped parts are connected. The circular slot of the enveloping part and the circular slot of the enveloped part are matched forming a circular cavity. The fixing elements are set for each embedded element in holes on the enveloping part. The hold-down elements are extracted and additional fixing elements are arranged in their place in holes of the hold down elements. By means of fixing elements the embedded elements are displaced into the circular cavity to conjugation with internal cylinder surface of the circular slot of the enveloped part and the embedded elements are fixed.

SUBSTANCE: locking-fixing device of turning gear consists of holder and spring, of piston pneumatic cylinder, outlet end of rod of which is connected to turning gear. In the rod of the pneumatic cylinder there is made an axial orifice wherein there are installed a spring and a holder with a piston. The holder has an axial orifice and a radial orifice connected to it for admission of compressed air. At the end part of the rod there is installed an eye with a through axial orifice and radial orifice coaxial to the holder and facilitating interaction of the eye with the holder. The rotating eye is installed in a support. An axle is arranged in the through axial orifice of the eye. The axle is stationary connected with the support and has an axial orifice wherein there is installed a connecting pipe for admission of compressed air. The rotating eye also has the radial orifice connected with the axial orifice and coaxial to the holder and a guiding groove facilitating interaction of the axle and the holder. Additionally, the eye is connected to the turning gear by means of a lever and a pressure plate.

Helical tension-compression spring for resonant mechanical oscillating systems, ends of which are arranged with the possibility of mechanical connection of oscillating system parts to them, is produced as helical. Connecting flanges are welded to its ends, and deepening that prevents contact of extreme working turns of spring with flanges in process of spring operation is made on each of them. Besides extreme turns are bent and cut so that in process of spring compression with flanges under maximum load, spring turns do not touch. Spring may have both cylindrical and form shape.

FIELD: railway transport; repair of freight car bogies.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, trough-like replaceable cover plate is arranged on support surface of axle-box aperture of side frame. Said cover plate is secured at cold state by means of two pairs of lugs. One of pairs of lugs is bent onto horizontal flange of frame H-section and the other, onto wall of frame through dummy holes provided on box section part. Said fastening can be done by stud passed through holes in vertical posts of replaceable protective cover plate and dummy holes in frame box section part. Gasket made of rubber or rubber-like material, 4-7 mm thick, is placed between support surface of side frame and replaceable protective cover plate. Gasket suits form of support surface of side frame and has dimensions on plan exceeding support surface by 10-25%. Gasket is compressed in direction of action of working loads. Protective cover plate is secured after compression of gasket.

EFFECT: prevention of displacement of protective cover plates relative to support surfaces of side frame, reduced vertical dynamic loads.
