SUBSTANCE: processing machine comprises a handle body, a switch having a key installed on the handle body for operating the switching body of the switch, and a support assembly. The support unit is provided in order to communicate the movement from the one end thereof facing the connection area of the handle body to the other end of the hand grip end facing away from mentioned connection region when the switch key is acted upon. The support assembly comprises a linkage mechanism made in the form of a parallelogram mechanism. In this case, the action on the button of the switch causes it to move in the direction of the handle body along the entire longitudinal extent of the pressed surface of the switch key.

EFFECT: accuracy of the machine control is increased.

Said brush part makes motor brush holder to revolve about structural part. End of any said contact represents an elastic end to be deformed in contact with another contact. Structural or brush part has a regulative part adjoining to elastic part for regulation the degree of deformation thereof.

The switching unit for electric tools contains at least one reset mechanism (29) with switch element (30). The said switch element (30) includes at least two hand-operated control elements for switching on and off the first reset mechanism (29) and clamping element (33) intended for clamping the above mentioned switch element in "on" position. The on-line mode is switched off by the first (36) and second (37) control elements.

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: the electric power switch has a body and a connecting bus with an arcing horn with a fastening shelf installed on it. The connecting bus passes through a hole of the rear panel of the body. For connection of the arcing horn to the connecting bus a boss is provided on the fastening shelf of the arcing horn, and a recess receiving the boss-on the connecting bus. The fasteners catch a jumper located on the lower side of the connecting bus. At pushing in of the connecting bus with the laid over arcing horn, its fastening shelf from above and from the side is overlapped by a bead positioned on the body. Thus, the fastening board becomes free of the fasteners.

EFFECT: simplified wiring of the connecting bus and arcing horn and improved accessibility of the fastener for the arcing horn.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust-recovery device. The dust-recovery device comprises a casing made with the ability to be attached to the electric tool and formed with a dust-recovery channel along which the outdoor air passes, sucked from the suction opening. The casing is formed with a connecting part which is removably attached to the box-type element for the captured dust. The box-type element for the captured dust comprises a ventilation channel with a filter, forming a part of the dust-recovery channel. The box-type element for the captured dust is formed of the box-type housing and the closing element which is attached by the hinge to the box-type housing with the possibility of opening and closing the box-type housing. The filter is attached to the closing element.

EFFECT: dust removal and cleaning of the filter is facilitated.

The hand-held machine contains drive motor (10), first of all drive electric motor, transmission gear (11), and elastomer element (20, 21), moulded on the casing (2) from the internal side by die casting. Between the drive motor (10) and the transmission gear (11) there is transmitting movement design unit, using it the drive motor (10) and transmission gear (11), at least partially are isolated in the direction of the motor centre line and/or transverse to the motor centre line. To the motor casing (2) internal surface at least two elastomer elements (20, 21) are moulded on by the die casting; the motor (10) is adjacent to them, they create the elastomer supports (20, 21) for the drive motor (10) installation in the motor casing (2).

The hand-held machine, first of all piercing saw, containing at least one cross slide, and at least one guiding device. The cross slide under work mode performs reciprocating movement in the direction of the reciprocating movement. The guiding device contains at least one guiding assembly ensuring guided movement of the cross slide in the reciprocating direction and installed with possibility of rotation relatively to the pivot pin, and support structure for the cross slide installation with possibility of movement in the direction of the reciprocating movement. The support structure contains the first support assembly and additional support assembly. The directed movement of the cross slide along the guiding assembly is ensured by means of at least first support assembly.

EFFECT: decreasing of the installation height of the guiding device of the cross slide, and decreasing of total design volume or volume of the drive.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand-held tools. This hand-held tool incorporates working tip making axial working stroke. It comprises storage battery, motor driven thereby, motion converter, percussion mechanism and power transfer mechanism. Motion converter spins the tool tip by power transferred from said motor. Tool body houses motor and said converter. Body has front end to house the tool tip, the motor being arranged so that not to cross the tool tip lengthwise axis. Total motor and storage battery weight is smaller than that of said converter. Said converter comprises swinging ring and counter shaft arranged between motor and tool tip lengthwise axis.

EFFECT: friendly use owing to closer location of centre of gravity to tool tip working axis.

The switch contains a rotary control device having the rotated connecting link for connection with the switching element and the energy accumulator integrated into the rotary control device. The energy accumulator contains a torsion spring which along 180 covers the rotated shaft of the rotary control device. The connecting link has an eccentric element.

EFFECT: possibility of compact embedding of the switch into a structure of the manual machine is provided.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of the dust collection device of a manual power-driven tool. The dust collection device is used in a power-driven tool including the operational element (145, 245), designed so that to enable axial displacement of the front end section of the power-driven tool for removal and/or adjustment of the fitting angle of the tool and connected to the front end part of the tool body; the dust collection device contains a dust collection element with a dust collection cup attached to the front end part of the tool body. The dust collection element is installed within the said section so that to enable the front end section enclosure round its longitudinal axis. The dust collection element contains two holes (169) made within the section where the dust collection element is attached to the tool body turn towards the operational element. The dust collection element holes (169) are designed so that to enable actuation of the operational element (145, 245) with the user's finger opposite each other both sides of the axial central line of the dust collection element.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrically driven tools. The electrically driven tool comprises a drive mechanism, enclosed containing space, a channel that ensures interconnection of the containing space and environment, a filtration chamber mounted in the channel, an inner passage in the channel in order to communicate the filtration chamber with the containing space, an outer passage in the channel in order to communicate the filtration chamber with environment, a filter and a choke. The enclosed containing space contains the drive mechanism and lubricant to lubricate the drive mechanism. The filter is placed in the filtration chamber to absorb the lubricant. The filter is spaced at distance from peripheral edge of the outer passage opening, which is open to the filtration chamber so that space is formed from the side of the filtration chamber opening. The choke is mounted in the above space in order to restrict air flow coming to the outer passage through the filter. The choke comprises a plate element overlapped on top of the filter; the element restricts the passage between the filter and the above space. The plate element is formed of circular elastic material. The choking passage is limited by peripheral surface of the plate element and peripheral wall surrounding the outer peripheral surface and ensures interaction of the filter with the above surface.

EFFECT: preventing lubricant leaks and adjusting inner pressure in containing space of the drive mechanism.

SUBSTANCE: trigger switch comprises a housing containing inside a switching mechanism and having aperture from the one side, the cover intended for placement inside a housing aperture for aperture closing, and a trigger located outside of the housing and intended for control of the switch mechanism by means of the rod slip. On the internal surface of the wall the deepening which restricts a part of the housing from the aperture is provisioned. On the external peripheral end part of the cover the ledge is formed. The contact ledge is designed so that it is pushed outside from the lateral surface of the ledge, so that it contacts with the corresponding contact deepening. The connecting groove is formed by means of internal surface of the wall of the aperture of the housing and the ledge, and the connecting groove is filled with the gluing composite.

EFFECT: creation of mounting structure of components which provides improvement of protection of the switch from penetration of dust and moisture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building and can be used in the process machine, mainly angle grinder. The machine is equipped with the protecting enclosure having the installation ring secured by means the clamping device on the machine flange. To limit the protecting enclosure rotation relatively to the flange at limitation device is provided, it contains rest installed on the protecting enclosure, that upon the limitation device activation rests against the appropriate limiter installed on the structural component connected with the machine casing. The protecting enclosure and clamping device are made as separate structural components. The limiter is installed on the clamping device, and rest upon interaction with the limiter limits rotation of the protecting enclosure.

EFFECT: increased safety of the process machine in case of the work tool destruction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in hand electric tools, in particular, angle grinders. The machine comprises a motor, an angle reducer, a working shaft with a nut of abrasive wheel fixation and two handles. Various versions are provided for fixation of abrasive wheel on the working shaft and mutual location of transverse and longitudinal handles of the machine. The working shaft and the specified nut are made with at least double thread or cottered, or between the wheel and the nut there is an anti-friction fluoroplast orifice. The longitudinal handle lies in the plane of wheel rotation or goes out of this plane. The straight line stretching via centres of two handles, passes via the centre of gravity of the machine or above it in case of vertical position of the wheel plane. The transverse handle is fixed with the possibility of sliding in longitudinal guides. Or the front longitudinal handle is fixed in the same manner.

EFFECT: invention provides for safe operation of an angle grinder without breaks of an abrasive wheel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used in hand-held angular stone processing machines. Grinding head comprises case, drive shaft and conical reduction gear with two driven gears fitted on aligned vertical shaft and bushing. Two abrasive wheels are fitted and aligned on the latter to run in opposite directions, inner wheel being permanently pressed against the machine article by the spring. Through bore is made in vertical shaft to feed surfactant of powder abrasives on article surface. Abrasive wheels feature identical areas of contact with processed article and are fitted in guard jacket with pipe for connection via flexible hose with exhaust device.

EFFECT: equal torque at abrasive wheels.

The latter comprises auxiliary cover arranged to be detached from the cover main body relative to section surrounding the grinding tool to allow grinding tool section extension from the cover main body for cutting by grinding tool edge. Cover main body and auxiliary cover are formed from synthetic rubber. Cover main body has constriction section of grinding tool attachment to spindle which allows attachment of only cup-shape grinding tool.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mechanism for a damping impact of a tooth gear, which transmits the rotational power of a driving shaft to a driven shaft. In this case, the tooth gear includes a drive gear wheel on the side of the drive shaft and a driven gear wheel on the side of the driven shaft, which are engaged with each other. The mechanism for the damping impact of the tooth gear comprises a radial moving element, an axial moving element and an axial elastic element. The radial moving element is mounted between the driven gear wheel and the driven shaft. The radial moving element is supported by means of the driven gear wheel to move in the radial direction. The axial moving element moves in the axial direction by moving the radial moving element in the direction of the diameter increase. The axial elastic element performs a damping action of an impact relative to the movement of the axial moving element in the axial direction. In this case, the axial moving element moves in the axial direction by rotating the driven gear wheel relative to the driven shaft, by means of which the impact, arising at the engagement between the drive gear wheel and the driven gear wheel, is damped.

EFFECT: impact force when starting and stopping the electric motor is reduced.
