SUBSTANCE: device for automatic crystal sorting by weight can be used for sorting crystalline mineral raw materials, in particular diamonds, by weight groups and comprises of a crystal loading unit, a unit of crystal supply to a control position, a crystal mass determination unit, a sorted crystal distribution unit and a control unit, a twin crystal reject unit, a dual-feed detection unit. The crystal loading unit is made in the form of a removable hollow drum with a protrusion on its inner surface, forming a double helix, and is rotatably mounted in the roller system. The unit for supplying the crystals to the control position is made in the form of two horizontal screw conveyors arranged in series and connected to the control unit. The conveyors are arranged and controlled so as to maximize the stretching of the crystals along the screws. The dual-feed detection unit is in the form of an inclined labyrinth of a step type, the twin crystal rejection unit is made in the form of a chamber rotating in a vertical plane and connected with a labyrinth in the upper part, with a twin crystal bin and the sorted crystal distribution unit in the lower part. The sorted crystal distribution unit is made in the form of an inclined branch pipe, rotating around a vertical axis and mounted over a horizontal plate, equipped with an optical sensor, having holes, connected with the sorted diamond bins through transport channels in the form of inclined tubes.

EFFECT: device makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the separation of crystals into weight categories, also due to eliminating the simultaneous weighing of crystals during their simultaneous fall.

FIELD: pulp and paper industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of extraction of a reaction wood and-or normal wood from a nonstandard large wood chips and is intended for use in a pulp and paper industry. The invention provides for reduction of the nonstandard large wood chips to small-sized chips, their exsiccation with following mixture with water. Then the small-sized wood chips containing high density of extractive substances and having a high specific weight are settling. The settled small-sized wood chips are extracted for excretion of valuable extractive substances, in particular, lignites. The more light-weight small-sized chips floated on water surface are removed to return the normal timber for production of a paper stuff. The invention ensures a simple and economically efficient method of concentration of a gnarled timber material and-or normal timber out of a nonstandard large-scale wood chips. At that the process of concentration is so effective, that makes it economically expedient to recover the extractive substances from it.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of extraction of a reaction wood and-or normal wood from a nonstandard large wood chips and is intended for use in a pulp and paper industry. The invention provides for reduction of the nonstandard large wood chips to small-sized chips, their exsiccation with following mixture with water. Then the small-sized wood chips containing high density of extractive substances and having a high specific weight are settling. The settled small-sized wood chips are extracted for excretion of valuable extractive substances, in particular, lignites. The more light-weight small-sized chips floated on water surface are removed to return the normal timber for production of a paper stuff. SUBSTANCE: method of coal concentration is characterized in that pieces of coal mass are sorted according to the grade and size, so that the smallest piece of rock of the preset grade and size is heavier than the largest lump of the actual coal of this grade and size, and then the obtained grade and size of the coal mass is supplied to a valve, with the help of which the weight of the piece is determined separately, and if the weight of this piece is equal to or greater than the given value, it is fed into a rock hopper, and if its weight is less than preset value, it is fed into coal hopper. The method is carried out on a line including a hopper for a coal mass of a certain grade and size, a box located at the bottom of the hopper and having a square cross-section, the size of which ensures free passage of the largest piece of coal mass of the given grade size through it, a device feeding a piece of coal mass on the valve located below the box, a rock hopper, a coal hopper. The device feeding pieces of coal mass to the valve includes a shaft with radially attached blades rotatably mounted clockwise and a casing located at the top and sides of the blades and guiding a piece of coal mass directly to the valve separating the pieces of rock from the pieces coal. The valve contains flat flaps attached radially to the axes and in the closed state forming a trough located at an angle to the horizontal. The axles are mounted on bearings attached to the hopper body. To each axis is attached a lever located perpendicular to the axis and in the same plane as the valve flap. A weight is attached to the end of each lever which is selected so that the valve flaps are opened upon receiving a piece of coal mass of given weight or heavier than it.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of coal concentration with simplicity of the method and compactness of the coal concentration line.
