SUBSTANCE: grease lubricant composition comprises base oil, thickener and poly (meth)acrylate containing hydroxyl groups, wherein said thickener is urea compound obtained by reacting between isocyanate and primary amine, and said poly(meth)acrylate containing hydroxyl groups is copolymer comprising, as composite monomers, alkyl(meth)acrylate containing C1-20 alkyl group, and vinyl monomer containing a hydroxyl group.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lubricant composition for use in a crank case, which contains base oil and at least one additive, wherein the base oil contains more than 80 wt % base oil produced via a Fischer-Tropsch method. The lubricant composition has kinematic viscosity lower than 5.6 cSt at 100°C (ASTM D 445 test), Noack volatility (ASTM D 5800 test) lower than 15 wt % and high temperature and high shear (HTHS) viscosity (ASTM D 4683) lower than 2.0 cP. The invention also relates to use of said lubricant composition in a crank case to improve fuel efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pack of additives to motor oils, which contains washing additives, an ashless nitrogen-containing dispersant, a block-copolymer of ethylene and propylene oxides, based on ethylenediamine, an antioxidative and anti-wear additive, phenyl-α-naphthylamine and octylated diphenylamine. SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of raising the dropping temperature of lithium complex grease, involving thickening base oil with lithium soap of 12-hydroxystearic acid and adding a borate, wherein first a base oil mixture which is thickened with lithium soap of hydroxystearic acid is obtained, said base oil being industrial mineral oil or synthetic oil or a mixture of mineral and synthetic oil, having kinematic viscosity of 5-600 cS at 40°C, followed by addition of tri-2-ethylhexylborate and a metal dialkyl dithiophosphate, after which the obtained mixture whose temperature is not above 90°C is stirred to a homogeneous state, with the following ratio of components, wt %: lithium soap of 12-oxystearic acid 8.0-20.0; tri-2-ethylhexylborate 2.0-3.2; metal dialkyl dithiophosphate 0.5-2.0; base oil - the balance.

EFFECT: high reliability and longer service life of friction assemblies of machines and mechanisms by providing dropping temperature of the lubricant.

SUBSTANCE: described is a grease lubricant which contains a base oil mixture which is based on oils with viscosity which is common for industrial lubricant materials (from ISO VG 2 to ISO VG 1500), an ionic liquid, a thickener selected from a group consisting of a urea thickener as well as common additives. The grease lubricant can be used at common operating temperatures from higher than 120°C to 260°C, especially at high operating temperatures from higher than 180°C to 260°C, and at low temperatures of up to -60°C. The invention also relates to a method of preparing similar grease lubricant compositions.

EFFECT: longer service life of the grease lubricant, negligible wearing of antifriction bearings, high oil separation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing consistent urea grease, which is carried out in an apparatus using an extruder and having several reaction zones mounted in a row and linked by a fluid medium. The apparatus includes: (a) a first feed zone; (b) a second feed zone; (c) a first reaction-mixing zone; and (d) a cooling-mixing zone, wherein said zones lie in the apparatus in the order (a), (b), (c), (d), and the method involves feeding a first starting component into the first feed zone (a); and feeding a second starting component into the second feed zone (b); reaction of the first and second components in the first reaction-mixing zone (c); and cooling and mixing the product of the first reaction-mixing zone in the cooling-mixing zone (d) to obtain consistent urea grease. The invention also relates to apparatus for realising the present method.

EFFECT: invention has such advantages as operational stability, has flexibility, with possibility of applying to many types of consistent urea grease without significant change to the used equipment.
